고등학생의 진학준비행동 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 개발된 척도가 없어 진로준비행동 척도를 대신 사용했던 진학준비행동관련 연구의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 고등학생의 대학 진학을 위한 진학준비행동 척도를 개발하기 위한 목적으로 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 진로준비행동과 진학준비 참고하여 이론적 구인체계를 구성하고 예비문항을 작성하여 고등학생 251명을 대상으로 예비 행동의 개념이 포함된 선행연구와 고등학교 진로진학전문가들의 개방형 설문조사 결과를 참고하여 이론적 구인체계를 구성하고 예비문항을 작성하여 고등학생 251명을 대상으로 예비 연구를 실시하였으며, 본 연구 문항을 제작하여 341명의 고등학생을 대상으로 본 검사를 실시하여 타당성을 검증하였다. 최적의 요인을 추출하기 위해 주축 요인법을 사용하였으며 유의미하게 해석 가능한 요인 패턴을 찾기 위해 배리맥스 회전법을 사용하여 요인 부하량이 .4 이상인 문항을 추출한 결과 3개 요인과 17문항을 최종적으로 선택하였다. 요인분석을 통해 추출된 3개 요인을 ‘학습노력 행동’, ‘진로탐색 행동’, ‘진학정보탐색 행동’으로 명명하였으며, 예비 연구와 본 연구 자료 수집결과를 분석하여 고등학생의 진학준비행동 척도를 개발하였다.
본 연구에서 개발된 고등학생의 진학준비행동 척도 17문항은 문항-전체 간 상관이 높고, 내적합치도로 알아 본 결과 신뢰도도 만족할 정도로 높았다. 또한 척도의 준거-관련 타당도를 검증하기 위해 진로성숙도와 자아정체감과의 상관분석을 수행하였는데 그 결과 고등학생의 진학준비행동은 진로성숙도와 자아정체감과 모두 정적으로 비교적 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted for the purpose of developing a University entrance preparation behavior Scale in High School Students. To this end, the preparation behavior and a preparatory course prior research that contains the concept of behavior and go high school career of open by referring to a survey showed that theoretical experts and to form the recruitment system and fill in the high school students conducted a preliminary study of 251 people It was, by making the main study by conducting a test targets 341 high school students were performing a validation.

The three factors extracted from the factor analysis "behavior learning efforts", "career exploration behavior‘, was named university entrance exploration behavior", the pre-study and analyze the results of this research data collected by the scale of the behavior preparatory high school It was developed.
Preparation behavior scale 17 items are items of high school - a high correlation between overall were satisfied with the results so also my confidence out unsuitable roads. In addition, the measure compliance-related validity was carried out to verify the correlation of self - identity and career maturity and preparatory behaviors as a result of high school students showed a relatively high correlation with both static and career maturity and self-identity.
