초등학교 특별보충과정 프로그램 평가척도 개발 -CIPP 평가모형의 적용- = Development of the Evaluation Scale for Elementary School Special Supplemental Program -Applying the CIPP Evaluation Model-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop the evaluation scale for elementary school special supplemental program. To achieve the purpose, applying the CIPP evaluation model, evaluation criteria and evaluation items for the special supplemental program were selected, and then an evaluation scale for elementary school special supplemental program was developed. Subjects were six teachers concerning the management of the special supplemental course program, five specialists in the field of education measurement and evaluation, 236 elementary school teachers in the Busan metropolitan city area, and 409 elementary school teachers in cities nation wide. The results of this study were as the follows: First, 7 criteria and 36 items were found by the results of the second research problem. In context evaluation, 2 criteria and 10 items such as needs assessment & objectives creation(7 items) and previously readiness(3 items) were used. In input evaluation, 2 criteria and 10 items such as program budget(2 items) and program management schedule(8 items) were used. In process evaluation, 2 criteria and 6 items such as program activity(3 items) and program satisfactory survey(3 items) were used. In product evaluation, 1 criterion and 10 items such as result evaluation(10 items) were used. Second, the validation of the newly developed evaluation scale was conducted using confirmatory factor analysis(CFA). The measurement model offered an acceptable fit to the data (χ2=1261.665, df=572, χ2/df=2.20, GFI=.852, NFI=.869, TLI=.916, CFI=.924, RMSEA=.054).
