초등학생이 지각한 부모양육태도와 자아개념이 직업포부수준에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Parents' Rearing Attitude and Self-Concept on Occupation Aspiration Level of Elementary School Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of parents' child rearing attitude and perceived by elementary school students and the students' self concept on their vocational aspiration. Especially, the level of vacational aspiration is divided into level of status and achievement expectation related to their desired jobs to examine their vocational aspiration more specifically. We surveyed on 389 students who are 5th and 6th graders of 3 elementary schools located in Seoul by distributing questionnaires about parents' child rearing attitude, the students' self-concept, and vocational aspiration. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were implemented to find out the relations between parents' child rearing attitude perceived by elementary school students and their level of vocational aspiration, and between elementary school students' self-concept and their level of vocational aspiration. First, according to the analysis, fathers' achievement oriented/non-achievement oriented attitude, mothers' achievement oriented/non-achievement oriented attitude and, mothers' and affectionate/hostile attitude have positive impact on the students' level of status related to their desired job respectively. However, it was found that parents' chid rearing attitude doesn't have positive impact on the students' vocational aspiration and achievement expectation. Second, General subject self-concept among sub-factors of self-concept, and general subject self-concept and physical appearance self-concept among sub-factors of achievement have positive impact on the students' level of status related to their desired job.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초등학생이 지각한 부모의 양육태도와 자아개념이 직업포부수준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 특히 직업포부수준을 장래희망 직업에 대한 지위수준과 성취기대 두 가지 측면으로 정의함으로써 초등학생의 직업포부를 보다 구체적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울에 위치한 초등학교 3곳의 5, 6학년 학생 389명을 대상으로 부모의 양육태도와 자아개념, 직업포부수준에 대한 설문지를 배포하여 자료를 수집하였다. 초등학생이 지각한 부모의 양육태도와 직업포부수준과의 관계 그리고 초등학생의 자아개념과 직업포부수준과의 관계를 알아보기 위해서 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 아버지의 성취-비성취적인 양육태도는 초등학생의 지위수준에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 어머니의 성취-비성취적인 양육태도와 애정-거부적인 양육태도도 지위수준에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 직업포부 성취기대에는 부모의 양육태도가 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아개념의 하위요인 중 일반교과 자아개념이 지위수준에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 성취기대에는 일반교과 자아개념과 신체외모 자아개념이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
