상담자 애착회피와 작업동맹 간의 관계에서 상담자 발달수준의 조절효과 = The Moderating Effects of Counselor Development Levels on the Relationship of between Counselor attachment avoidance and Working alliance

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was aimed to identify the moderating effects of counselor development levels on the relationship between counselor attachment avoidance and working alliance. Survey data was collected from 106 clients and 98 counselors in the counseling institutions that participated in research. The participants are asked to rate the three factors: 1) Experience in Close Relationship-Revised, 2) the Korean Counselor Level Questionnaire and 3) the Working Alliance Inventory. The following results were found: First, the moderating effects of counselor development level were found on the relationships between counselor attachment avoidance and working alliance of counselors. Second, the moderating effects of counselor development level were not found on the relationships between counselor attachment avoidance and working alliance of clients.
