상담자발달수준과 자기위로능력 및 역전이관리능력과의 관계 = (The) relationship among counselors' developmental level, soothing ability, and countertransference management ability

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 상담자를 대상으로 상담자 발달수준과 자기위로능력 및 역전이 관리능력간의 관계를 알아보고 상담자의 역전이 관리 능력에 영향을 미치는 상담자의 개인적 특성 변인을 알아보는 데 그 목적을 두었다.
이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구가설을 설정하였다.
【가설 1】상담자발달수준에 따라 자기위로능력과 역전이관리능력은 유의미한 차이가 있을 것이다.
【가설 2】상담자발달수준과 자기위로능력 및 역전이관리능력은 각각 유의미한 상관이 있을 것이다.
【가설 3-1】상담자발달수준과 그 하위요인은 자기위로능력에 유의미한 영향을 미칠 것이다.
【가설 3-2】자기위로능력과 그 하위요인은 역전이관리능력에 유의미한 영향을 미칠 것이다.
【가설 3-3】 상담자발달수준과 그 하위요인은 역전이관리능력에 유의미한 영향을 미칠 것이다.
본 연구는 이와 같은 연구가설의 검증을 위해 남·여 상담자 105명을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 사용된 측정도구로는 심홍섭(1998)이 제작한 「상담자 발달수준 척도」, Glassman(1989)이 개발한 Self-Report Measure of Soothing Receptivity를 박효서(1999)가 번안한 『자기위로능력 척도』, 그리고 Van Wagoner. Gelso. Hayes와 Diemer(1991)가 개발한 CFI : (Countertransference Factors Inventory)를 장세미(1999)가 번안한 것을 최가희(2002)가 요인 분석한 「역전이관리능력 척도」를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료처리는 SPSS/WIN 11.01 프로그램을 사용하여, 차이분석, 상관분석, 단계적(stepwise)방식의 중다회귀분석을 실시하였고 모든 가설은 유의수준 ".05"이하에서 검증되었다.
본 연구의 결과 및 논의를 가설별로 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 상담자발달수준에 따라 자기위로능력과 역전이관리능력은 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 상담자발달수준 상·하에 따라 자기위로능력 하위요인 중 회복력이 유의미한 차이를 보였고(p<.05), 역전이관리능력 하위요인은 모든 영역에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<0.1).
둘째, 상담자발달수준과 자기위로능력 및 역전이관리능력은 각각 유의미한 상관을 보였다. 상담자발달수준과 자기위로능력 간에는 .298의 정적 상관을 보였으며(p<.01). 두 하위요인간에 .192∼.413 범위에서 유의한 상관을 보였다(p<.05). 자기위로능력과 역전이관리능력 간에는 .373의 정적 상관을 보였으며(p<.05), 두 하위요인간에 .214∼.529 범위에서 유의한 상관을 보였다(p<.05). 상담자발달수준과 역전이관리능력 간에는 .653의 정적 상관을 보였으며(p<.01), 두 하위요인간에 .255∼.664의 범위에서 높은 상관을 보이고 있다(p<.05).
셋째, 상담자발달수준과 자기위로능력은 역전이관리능력에 유의미한 영항을 미치며. 상담자발달수준 또한 자기위로능력에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자기위로능력에 대해서 인간적 · 윤리적태도만이 통계적으로 유의미하였고. 영향력은 약 13.3%였으며, 역전이관리능력에 대해서 회복력만이 통계적으로 유의미하였고. 영향력은 약 16.2%였고. 역전이관리능력에 대해서 알아차리기만이 통계적으로 유의미하였고, 영향력은 약 41.7%였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship among counselors' developmental level. soothing ability, and countertransference management ability.
In order to solve the research problems the following hypotheses were set up.
[Hypotheses 1] Soothing ability, and countertransference management ability will be significantly different according to counselors' developmental level.
[Hypotheses 2] There will be significant corelations among counselors' developmental level, soothing ability, and countertransference management ability.
[Hypotheses 3-1] Counselors' developmental level will have significant effect on soothing ability.
[Hypotheses 3-2] Soothing ability will have significant effect on countertransference management ability.
[Hypotheses 3-3] Counselors' developmental level will have significant effect on countertransference management ability.
In order to verify the above hypotheses which set up this study sampled 105 counselors in Korea(Seou1, Kyonggi and Pusan area). The instrument used for this study were 'Korean Counselor Level Questionnaire1 (Shim, 1998). 'Self-Report Measure of Soothing Receptivity」 (park, 1999). 'CFI : Countertransference Factors Inventory1 (Chang, 1999). The data analyzed by difference test, correlation analysis and regression analysis (stepwise) using SPSS/WIN 11.01 program. All static values were tested in the level of significant p<.05.
The result of this research were summarized as follows:
First, there was partially significant difference in soothing ability, and counter- transference management ability by counselors' developmental level.
Second, there were partially significant correlation of counselors' developmental level. soothing ability, and countertransference management ability. There was significant positive correlation between counselors' developmental level and soothing ability(r = .298, p<.0l). Also there was significant correlation in the range of .192∼.413 between their sub-factor (p<.05). There was significant positive correlation between soothing ability and countertransference management ability (r= .373. p<.05). Also there was significant correlation in the range of .212∼.529 between their sub-factor (p<.05). There was significant positive correlation between counselors' developmental level and countertransference management ability (r=.653, p<.0l). Also there was significant correlation in the range of .276∼.664 between their sub-factor (p<.05).
Third. counselors' developmental level and soothing ability will have partially significant effect on soothing ability, also counselors' developmental level will have significant effect on counselors' developmental level . Humanistic and ethical attitudes among the sub-factors of counselors' developmental level had a influence of 13.3% on the entire soothing ability. Resiliency among the sub-factors of soothing ability had a influence of 16.2% on the entire countertransference management ability. Emotional awareness among the sub-factors of counselors' developmental level had a influence of 41.7% on the entire countertransference management ability.
