외국인 근로자의 문화적응도, 사회적 지지와 건강증진행위 = Acculturation, Social support, and Health Promoting Lifestyle Behavior among foreign workers in South Korea.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 건강 취약 집단인 국내 거주 외국인 근로자의 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시행되었다. K도에 거주하고 있는 150명의 외국인 근로자를 대상으로 연구 변수는 영어, 베트남, 한국어로 준비된 설문지로 조사하였다. 분석 결과 외국인 근로자의 건강증진행위 평균은 중간이하이며, 종합적 건강증진행위 과 하부 영역(건강 책임, 신체적 활동, 영양, 영적 성장, 대인관계, 스트레스 관리)은 문화적응도와 사회적 지지와 유의하게 상관관계가 있었다. 다중 회귀 분석 결과 국내 외국인 근로자의 건강증진 행위의 중요한 영향 요인은 사회적 지지와 문화적응도이었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Foreign workers in South Korea are medically vulnerable population, the aim of this study was to investigate related factors for promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors among foreign workers. The data were collected from 150 foreign workers in K-do and study variables were assessed by self-report are prepared in Korean, English, and Vietnamese versions. The Results are that the mean HPLP Ⅱ score was below average, overall HPLP Ⅱ and all subcategories of HPLP Ⅱ(Health responsibility, physical activity, nutrition, spiritual growth, interpersonal relations, stress management) were significantly related to acculturation and social support. Multiple regression analysis revealed that determinants of foreign workers ’Health Promoting Lifestyle Behavior include social support, acculturation.
