상담자의 불안정 성인애착과 작업동맹의 관계: 포커싱적 태도로 조절된 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과 = The Relationship between Counselors’ Insecure Adult Attachment and Working Alliance: Mediating Effect of Countertransference Management Moderated by Focusing Manner

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 상담자의 불안정 성인애착, 역전이 관리능력, 작업동맹 간의 관계에서 포커싱적 태도의조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 전국의 청소년 및 성인 대상 상담자 308명이었으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 불안정성인애착과 작업동맹의 관계에서 역전이 관리능력의 유의한 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 둘째, 상담자의 불안정 성인애착과 역전이 관리능력의 관계에서 포커싱적 태도의 조절효과가 나타났다. 셋째,상담자의 불안정 성인애착이 역전이 관리능력을 통하여 작업동맹에 이르는 경로에서 포커싱적 태도의 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 작업동맹의 질을 예측하는 상담자의 개인적, 전문적 특성 요인을 확인하고자 하였으며, 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the moderated mediating effect of Focusing manner on the relationshipbetween counselors' insecure adult attachment, countertransference management, and workingalliance. The subjects of the study were 308 youth and adult counselor. As a result of thestudy, first, the significant partial mediating effect of countertransference management in therelationship between insecure adult attachment and working alliance was verified. Second, themoderating effect of focusing manner was found to be significant in the relationship betweenthe counselor's insecure adult attachment and countertransference management. Third, amoderated mediating effect of focusing manner appeared in the path from the counselor'sinsecure adult attachment to the working alliance through countertransference management. Thisstudy tried to confirm counselor's personal and professional characteristics that predict thequality of the working alliance, and discussed limitations and suggestions for the future study.
