상담자 발달수준 및 역전이 활용에 따른 상담성과 = (The) effects of counselor development level and countetransference utilization ability on counseling outcome

국문 초록 (Abstract)

역전이 연구가 역전이의 긍정적인 활용과 관련된 방향으로 나아가야 한다는 제안들이 많이 있었으나 이와 관련된 경험적 연구는 충분하지 않다. 따라 본 연구에서는 상담자 발달수준과 역전이 활용이 상담성과에 미치는 영향을 경험적으로 밝히고자 하였다
본 연구 목적을 위해 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하여 검증하였다.
첫째, 상담자 발달수준에 따라 상담성과에 차이가 있는가?
둘째, 상담자 발달수준에 따라 역전이 활용 능력에 차이가 있는가?
셋째, 상담자 역전이 활용 능력에 따라 상담성과에 차이가 있는가?
넷째, 상담자 경력에 따라 역전이 활용 능력이 상담성과에 미치는 영향에 차이가 있는가?
다섯째, 상담자 발달수준은 역전이 활용 능력을 매개로 상담성과에 영향을 미치는가?
본 연구는 고등학생 이상의 내담자를 상담하고 있는 상담자와 그 내담자 각 160명을 대상으로 하였다. 역전이 활용 능력이 효과를 발현하기 위한 특성을 고려하여 5회 이상 상담을 진행하고 있는 사례들로 제한하였다. 상담자들은 인구학적 질문지, 상담자 발달수준 질문지, 역전이 활용 질문지, 상담성과 질문지에 응답하였다. 내담자들은 인구학적 질문지와 상담성과 질문지에 응답하였다. 수집된자료는 SPSS와 Amos 프로그램을 활용하여 상관분석, 일원변량분석, 구조방정식의 통계 방법을 사용하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 상담자 발달수준이 증가할수록 상담자가 평가한 상담성과도 증가하였다.
둘째, 상담자 발달수준이 증가함에 따라 역전이 활용 능력이 증가하였다.
셋째, 역전이 활용 능력이 증가할수록 상담자가 평가한 상담성과도 증가하였다.
넷째, 중급 이상의 상담자들의 경우에 역전이 활용 능력이 상담성과에 미치는 영향이 더 클 수 있다.
다섯째, 역전이 활용 능력은 상담자 발달수준이 상담성과에 미치는 영향을 매개하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 역전이를 활용하는 것이 상담성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 가능성이 있음을 보여주고 있다. 이를 통해 상담자가 역전이를 적극적으로 다룸으로써 역전이가 상담에 긍정적으로 활용될 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 역전이 활용이 상담전문가 양성 교육과정에 포함될 필요가 있음을 보주었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Many studies have discussed about countertransference utilization, yet, empirical study has been little found. Thus, this study is to investigate the influence of counselor development level and countertransference utilization on the counseling outcome.
The questions for this study were as follows:
⑴ What is the relationship between counselor's development level and the counseling outcome?
⑵ What is the relationship between counselor's development level and countertransference utilization ability?
⑶ What is the relationship between countertransference utilization ability and the counseling outcome?
⑷ What is the relationship among counselor's experiences, countertransference utilization ability, and the counseling outcome?
⑸ Does countertransference utilization ability mediate between counselor's development level and the counseling outcome?
For the study, the counselors who counseled the 160 clients aged older than or the same as old as high school students, and the clients were given questions. And that was restricted in the cases that appeared to take effect countertransference utililization more than 5 times in the process of counseling. Because at least 5 times of the cases ce was required to find the effects of the countertransference utilization ability appearance. The counselors were given statistical questions, counselor's development level questions, countertransference utilization questions, and the counseling outcome questions. The clients were given statistical questions and the couneling outcome questions.
As results, counselor's attainment from the scholarship, experience, supervised experience, and the counselor development level increased coutertransference utilization and the counseling outcome.
Second, counselor development level increased countertransference utilization ability.
Third, counselor development level increased the counseling outcome assessed by the counselors.
Forth, countertransference utiility ability increased the counseling outcome assessed by the counselors.
Fifth, there is some possibility that for intermediate counselors, countertransference utility ability featured by the counselor's experience increases the counseling outcome.
Sixth, countertransference utility ability is mediated between counselor's development level and the counseling outcome.
These results imply that countertransference utility have an positive effect on the counseling outcome. Also it need be to include for the development of counselors.
