초등학생의 진로자기효능감 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램 개발 = Development of a Group Counseling Program to Improve Career Self-Efficacy of Elementary School Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop a group counseling program to improve career self-efficacy of elementary school students and to test if this program improve career self-efficacy. This group counseling program to improve career self-efficacy is researched, analyzed, designed, developed and applied. It surveyed 172 forth grade elementary students for actual requirement. As a result, this program consist of 11 session to improve career self-efficacy: career exploration, career decision and career performance. It designed activity pooling and warehousing. It developed final program by pilot test, experts of theories, on-the-spot experts. To verify the hypotheses, the “Career Self-Efficacy Scale” is used. The object of study are two classes of 4th grade in elementary school composed of one class of the experimental group and the other of the control group. The statistical results are analyzed by Mixed ANOVA. Experience report of groups and observations by counselors are analyzed in order to supplement the reliability limits of quantitative result. The results from this research are as follows. Compared to the control group, the experimental group utilizing group counseling program has shown a significant statistical difference in the improvement of career self-efficacy. The result of content analysis also indicated that those participants' response to the effect of the program was positive and accordingly it validated its positive effect on the enhancement of career self-efficacy.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초등학생의 진로자기효능감 향상을 위하여 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 실시하여 그 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 프로그램 구안을 위해 박인우(1995)의 집단상담 프로그램 개발 모형에 기초하여 조사, 분석, 설계, 구안, 적용의 과정을 거쳤다. 이에 따라 조사 단계에서는 초등학생의 진로자기효능감 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램의 개발을 위하여 이론적 배경과 선행연구들을 고찰하였고, 울산광역시 N초등학교의 4학년 학생 173명을 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하여 그 결과를 프로그램 구성 시 반영하였다. 분석 및 설계 단계에서는 선행연구와 요구조사 분석을 바탕으로 프로그램의 목표를 정하고 전반적인 프로그램의 진행방법에 대한 기초 설계와 더불어 프로그램 활동을 선정하였다. 구안 단계에서는 전문가에게 검증 및 예비 적용을 통하여 최종적으로 11회기의 집단상담 프로그램을 구안하였다. 적용 단계에서는 초등학교 4학년 2개 학급을 선정하여 한 학급을 실험집단에, 다른 학급을 통제집단에 각각 35명씩 배치하고 실험집단에는 1주에 2회씩 프로그램을 실시하였다. 검사 도구는 박명심과 김성회(2006)의 고등학생용 진로자기효능감 척도를 대상에 알맞게 수정․보완하여 사용하였다. 자료처리는 혼합변량분석(Mixed ANOVA)을 통해 통계적 분석을 했으며 양적 결과에 대한 해석을 보완하기 위하여 집단원의 경험보고서와 상담자의 관찰내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과 초등학생의 진로자기효능감 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램은 초등학생의 진로자기효능감 향상에 효과가 있었다.
