    The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Career-Awareness program by a class unit on Career-Attitude and Career Self-Efficacy of elementary school students.
    The hypotheses of this study were as follows:
    1. The career-awareness program by a class unit will improve on career-attitude of elementary school students
    2. The career-awareness program by a class unit will improve on career self -efficacy of elementary school students
    The subjects of this study were 34 students from a classroom among 5 classes of 5th grade who consented to participate in this study. The career-awareness program was carried out twice a week for 10 sessions.(each session took 50-60 minutes).
    The rating scale of career attitude by Gangwon-do Education & Science Research Institute(1993) for 5th-6th grade of elementary school students and 1st grade of middle school students was used in this study. The rating scale of career self- efficacy used by Nam Mi-suk(1998) for elementary school students was used in this study.
