The Effects of Career Self-efficacy Program Apply to the Middle School Boy Students .
The purpose of this study is to develop the career self-efficacy program and examine its effects which apply it to the middle school boy students.
First, The career self-efficacy program has a significant effect on the enhancement of third-year middle school boy students' career self-efficacy.
Second, The career Self-efficacy program has a significant effect on the sub-factors of third-year middle school boy students' career self-efficacy: career exploration.
Third, The career self-efficacy program has a significant effect on the sub-factors of first-year middle school boy students' career self-efficacy: decision making.
Therefore, this study is meaningful in that the career self-efficacy program have been developed and tried, and its effect have proved.
