가정폭력 경험 청소년의 임파워먼트가학교적응유연성에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Empowerment on School Resilienceof Adolescents Experienced Family Violence

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of empowerment on the school resilience of adolescents who were at risk by being exposed to family violence. And it's also meant to make a multiple regression analysis of a structural equation model by selecting as control variables their psychosocial traits that were thought to affect school resilience. The subjects in this study were 451 teens who were selected from among 1,055 adolescents. The selected teens were at risk because they had ever suffered family violence. After the collected data were analyzed, the following findings were given; First, in terms of psychosocial traits, better self-esteem, stronger family support, less exposure to family violence and stronger backing from teachers led to better school resilience. Second, intrapersonal empowerment and interpersonal empowerment contributed to bolstering school resilience though their demographic and psychosocial characteristics were controlled.
