        지역 그래픽을 복합적으로 활용한 중국 무한(武漢) 지하철 사인 시스템에 관한 연구

        중국은 매우 빠른 속도로 발전하고 있다. 새롭고 복잡한 환경의 출현은 대량의 안내 표지를 절실히 필요로 한다. 그러나 중국의 안내 표지 디자인의 관련 연구는 아직 시작 단계에 처해있고, 이에 대응하는 이론 연구도 상대적으로 뒤처져 있다. 중국 도시 상황으로 살펴보면, 효과적인 이론 지도가 없다는 전제하에, 많은 사인 그래픽 기호의 사용은 모두 체계적이지 않고, 사인디자인의 각도에서는 그래픽 기호를 합리적으로 조직하고 사용하지 않는다. 게다가 승객이 역명을 잘못 파악하는 등 많은 문제들이 자주 발생하기 때문에, 본 연구에서는 그래픽 기호학 이론 연구 방법을 통해서, 해외 저명 사례를 조사 분석하고, 중국 무한(武汉) 지하철 4호선에 그래픽 기호학을 적용하여, 이후 실험 모형을 통하여 그래픽 기호를 무한 지하철의 사인 시스템에 응용하면, 빠르고 효과적으로 역명을 식별할 수 있고, 무한 지역의 창의적인 도시 특색을 확연히 드러낼 수 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. China is in the process of high maturity. New and complex environment is in urgent need of sign system, while the related research of China’s sign design is still in its infancy and the corresponding theoretical research is relatively lagging. In general, foreign sign design has more images, less literal data, and is lack of interpretation and analysis of the idea and design method, from practice. The experience taken from practice is very limited. Currently, many Chinese cities do not have a theory of effective sign system on many occasions lead to the use of the sign system are more casual. It even exists many description unexplained problems and so on. Therefore, this paper through the theoretical study of semiotics and graphical, and analysis the typical cases overseas, and thus proposed a proposal which use sign system in Wuhan Metro Line. Through the model test of use graphical symbols in Wuhan Metro sign system, it is not only can fast and effectively identify the name of the station, but also to highlight the city of Wuhan personalized features.

        Inhibition of Microcystis aeruginosa by the Extracellular Substances from an Aeromonas sp

        Growth of Microcystis aeruginosa could be inhibited significantly within 24 h by the extracellular substances prepared from Aeromonas sp. strain FM. During the treatment, the concentration of extracellular soluble carbohydrates increased significantly in algal culture. Morphological and ultrastructural changes in M. aeruginosa cells, including breakage of the cell surface, secretion of mucilage, and intracellular disorganization of thylakoids, were observed. HPLC-MS analysis showed that the extracellular substances of Aeromonas sp. strain FM were a mixture of free amino acids, tripeptides, and clavulanate. Among these, the algaelysis effects of lysine and clavulanate were confirmed.

      • Changes and Features of Indian Diplomacy in the Context of the US Indo-Pacific Strategy

        During the Trump administration (January 2017 to December 2020), the United States formulated the “Indo-Pacific Strategy” and officially established a strategic competition with China throughout the government. The strategy aimed to woo allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region and accelerate the construction and promotion of the “Quadrilateral Security Dialogue”. India, as the “world's largest democracy”, has unresolved border issues with China, making it a key target for the United States to woo, and thus forcing India to change its foreign policy. On February 11, 2022, the Biden administration introduced a new version of the “Indo-Pacific Strategy”, which further clarified the overall framework of strategic competition with China, continued to deepen the strategic setting with the prominent features of wooing allies and confronting China, emphasized the core role of the Quad and the central position of ASEAN countries, highlighted the military deterrence of the US-UKAustralia alliance, and created an “anti-China circle” in multiple fields such as biosecurity, science and technology, economic finance, and climate change. Although India is the founding country of the Non-Aligned Movement and has long relied on “independent and autonomous” foreign policy, the current new geopolitical environment where Sino-Indian relations are at a low point due to the border issue, Russia-Ukraine conflicts continue due to NATO's eastward expansion, and the rapid development of the Quad, signifies the power balance in the Asia-Pacific and Indian Ocean regions. This also indirectly reflects the progress of India's own “Indo-Pacific Strategy” and the implementation of the US “Indo-Pacific Strategy”, thus providing a dimension for predicting the development trend of the strategic competition between China and the US.

      • RUNES II : A Distributed Rule Engine Based on Rete Network in Cloud Computing

        In recent years, cloud computing has drawn more and more attention. Increasingly amount of systems and applications have been constructed in cloud environments, yet few researches of rule engine has been done. Rule engine technologies have been widely used in the development of enterprise information systems. These rule-based systems may encounter the problem of low performance, when a large amount of fact data are matched with these rules. Deploying rule engines in cloud environments can increase the capability and efficiency of these systems. In this paper, we propose an approach to implement rule engine based on a message-passing concurrency model in cloud computing. The approach can be extended conveniently and it can deal with extensive rules and facts efficiently. To improve the performance of the rule engine, an algorithm of allocation is proposed. A resource cost model is explored to make high efficient use of resources in cloud. In addition, we implement the rule engine system RUNES II in cloud platform and conduct experiments to show its performance.

        DETERMINATION OF AMINOGLYCOSIDE ANTIBIOTICS BY A COLORIMETRIC METHOD BASED ON THE AGGREGATION OF GOLD NANOPARTICLES

        A sensitive and selective colorimetric biosensor for determination of gentamicin, amikacin and tobramycin was proposed with the unmodified gold nanoparticles (GNPs) as the sensing element. Gentamicin, amikacin and tobramycin can rapidly induce the aggregation of gold nanoparticles and is accompanied by a color change from red to blue. The concentration of gentamicin, amikacin and tobramycin can be determined by using UV-Vis spectrometer. The experimental parameters were optimized with regard to pH, incubation time and the concentration of the GNPs. Under optimal experimental conditions, the linear range of the colorimetric sensor for gentamicin/amikacin/tobramycin were 2.67–33.93 ng mL-1, 13.33–66.67 ng mL-1 and 20–180 ng mL-1, respectively. The corresponding limit of detection (3σ) was 0.354 ng mL-1, 0.999 ng mL-1 and 0.579 ng mL-1, respectively. This assay was simple and used to detect aminoglycoside antibiotics in milk and medicine products.

        Parkinson’s Disease with Fatigue: Clinical Characteristics and Potential Mechanisms Relevant to α-Synuclein Oligomer

        Background and Purpose The aim of this study was to identify the clinical characteristics and potential mechanisms relevant to pathological proteins in Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients who experience fatigue. Methods PD patients (n=102) were evaluated using a fatigue severity scale and scales for motor and nonmotor symptoms. The levels of three pathological proteins—α-synuclein oligomer, β-amyloid (Aβ)1-42, and tau—were measured in 102 cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples from these PD patients. Linear regression analyses were performed between fatigue score and the CSF levels of the above-listed pathological proteins in PD patients. Results The frequency of fatigue in the PD patients was 62.75%. The fatigue group had worse motor symptoms and anxiety, depression, and autonomic dysfunction. The CSF level of α-synuclein oligomer was higher and that of Aβ1-42 was lower in the fatigue group than in the non-fatigue group. In multiple linear regression analyses, fatigue severity was significantly and positively correlated with the α-synuclein oligomer level in the CSF of PD patients, after adjusting for confounders. Conclusions PD patients experience a high frequency of fatigue. PD patients with fatigue have worse motor and part nonmotor symptoms. Fatigue in PD patients is associated with an increased α-synuclein oligomer level in the CSF

      • Highly Sensitive Detection of Hormone Estradiol E2 Using Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering Based Immunoassays for the Clinical Diagnosis of Precocious Puberty

        <P>The hormone estradiol (17 beta-estradiol, E2) plays an important role in sexual development and serves as an important diagnostic biomarker of various clinical conditions. Particularly, the serum E2 concentration is very low (<10 pg/mL) in prepubertal girls. Accordingly, many efforts to develop a sensitive method of detection and quantification of E2 in human serum have been made. Nonetheless, current clinical detection methods are insufficient for accurate assessment of E2 at low concentrations (<10 pg/mL). Thus, there is an urgent need for new technologies with efficient and sensitive detection of E2 for use in routine clinical diagnostics. In this study, we introduce a new E2 assay technique using a surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-based detection method. The SERS-based assay was performed with 30, blood samples to assess its clinical feasibility, and the results were compared with data obtained using the ARCHITECT, chemiluminescence immunoassay. Whereas the commercial assay system was unable to quantify serum levels of E2 lower than 10 pg/mL, the limit of detection of E2 using the novel SERS-based assay described in this study was 0.65 pg/mL. Thus, the proposed SERS-based assay has a strong potential to be a valuable tool in the early diagnosis of precocious puberty due to its excellent analytical sensitivity.</P>

        Optimization of APE1547-catalyzed Enantioselective Transesterification of (R/S)-2-methyl-1-butanol in an Ionic Liquid

        Aeropyrum pernix esterase (APE1547) was successfully used to catalyze the enantioselective transesterification of (R/S)-2-methyl-1-butanol in an ionic liquid (IL). Effects of various reaction conditions on the synthetic activity of the enzyme as well as enantioselectivity, including the type of IL, acyl donor, temperature, water activity,and substrate molar ratio were inverstigated. APE1547showed good catalytic performance (activity > 0.8 μmol/min/mg, E > 25), and the enzyme-IL mixture was recycled five times with only a slight decrease in catalytic performance.

      • Macrophage-secreted Exosomes Delivering miRNA-21 Inhibitor can Regulate BGC-823 Cell Proliferation

        Exosomes, membranous nanovesicles, naturally carry bio-macromolecules or miRNA and play impoetant roles in tumor pathogenesis. Here, we showed that macrophages cell-derived exosomes can function as vehicles to deliver exogenous miR-21 inhibitor into BGC-823 gastric cancer cells. Exosomes loaded with miR-21inhibitor significantly increased miR-21 levels in BGC-823, but miR-21inhibitor loaded in exosomes exerted an opposite effect. miRNA transfected with exosomes had less cellular toxicity to host cells compared to conventional transfection methods. The miR-21inhibitor loaded exosomes promoted the migration ability and reduced apoptosis of BGC-823 gastric cancer cells. These observations indicate that miR-21 acts as a tumor promoter by targeting the PDCD4 gene and preventing apoptosis of gastric cancer cells through inhibition of PDCD4 expression. Furthermore, exosome -mediated miR-21 inhibitor delivery resulted in functionally more efficient inhibition and less cellular toxicity compared to conventional transfection methods. Similar approaches could be useful in modification of target biomolecules in vitro and in vivo. These findings contribute to our understanding of the functions of miR-21 and exosomes as a carrier for therapy of gastric cancer.
