In this paper, a wireless heart sound stethoscope system and its characteristic waveform method with an electronic stethoscope, wireless transmitter and receiver modules are proposed. Heart sounds recorded by this system can be easily transmitted to personnel computers using wireless communication devices. moreover, the kinematic model inducing from the human eardrum property is proposed for various heart sounds analysis. The validity of the hardware system of the heart sound characteristic waveform method and normal heart sound signals recorded from on are tested and verified.
The Rise of India's Right Wing and Its Impact on Sino-Indian Relations

China and India are good neighbors and partners, linked by mountains and rivers, and have a long history of friendly exchanges. The exchange of civilizations between the two countries has set a good example for global civilizational dialogue. Conflicts, confrontation, and friction have dominated Sino-Indian relations in recent years owing to the rise of the global right wing, and the risk of confrontation caused by a lack of political mutual trust between China and India has increased. The main reason is that, against the backdrop of the global right wing's sharp rise, the Indian right wing has promoted a steady rise in anti-China sentiment throughout the country, resulting in a steady decline in Sino-Indian relations. The ongoing deterioration of Sino-Indian relations, against the backdrop of an increasingly complicated international and domestic situation, is not conducive to China's peaceful development. To get Sino-Indian relations back on track, China must first correctly understand the situation of India's domestic right wing and then grasp the development of India's domestic situation over time. At the same time, it must firmly grasp the development direction of Sino-Indian relations and resolve contradictions and conflicts between China and India in a timely manner in order to maintain regional peace and stability as well as create a favorable environment for China's sustainable development.

Submerged cultures of Ganoderma lucidum, a valuable mushroom in traditional Chinese medicine, were used for production of bioactive Banoderic acids and Ganoderma polysaccharides. The significant effects of oxygen supply were demonstrated in both shake flasks and bioreactors. By changing the medium loading volume in a shake flask, a different value of initial volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient ($K_L$a) was obtained, and a higher $K_L$a value led to a higher biomass density and a higher productivity of both intracellular polysaccharide and ganoderic acid. In a stirred bioreactor, at an initial $K_L$a of 78.2 $h^{-1}$, a maximal cell concentration of 15.6 g/L by dry weight was obtained, as well as a maximal intracellular polysarcharide (IPS) production of 2.2 g/L and its maximal productivity of 220 mg/(L.d). An increase of initial $K_L$a led to a higher production and productivity of GA, and the GA production and productivity at an initial $K_L$a of 96.0 $h^{-1}$ was 1.8-fold those at an initial $K_L$a of 16.4 $h^{-1}$. The fundamental information obtained in this study may be useful for efficient large-scale production of these valuable bioactive products by the submerged cultures.
Does HBV Infection Increase Risk of Endometrial Carcinoma?

Objective: Connections between chronic inflammation and tumor development and progression are now generally accepted. Recent evidence indicates that hepatitis B is associated with several types of cancer, but whether endometrial carcinoma (EC) is included has not been reported. Methods: We analyzed HBV serum marker status in 398 patients with endometrial cancer, comparing them to 788 control women undergoing health examination. Results: The total prevalence of HBsAg tested positive in cancer group was significantly higher than the control group (12.8% vs 6.0%, P=0.001), while positive HBsAb was significantly lower (41.2% vs 68.5%, P=0.001). Hepatitis B carriers in endometrial cancer group were also more frequent than in the control group (9.3% vs 5.5%, P=0.013). Interestingly, in the endometrial cancer group, 147 cases were HBV serum marker negative, which was also higher than in the control group (36.9% vs 15.6%, P=0.001). Conclusion: There may be a correlation between HBV infection and endometrial carcinoma.
Recent advances in bioreactor engineering

A bioreactor is the core of biological processes. To design an appropriate bioreactor system for a particular bioprocess, intensive studies on the biological system, such as cell growth, metabolism, genetic manipulation, and protein or other product expression are needed to understand the cells’ requirement on their physical and chemical environments. It is also necessary to control and optimize the bioreactor environment via operating variables in order to favor the desired functions of cells and achieve cost-effective large-scale manufacture. This article briefly describes fundamental design principles and new types of bioreactors such as centrifugal impeller and wave bioreactors. Bioreactor operation factors and modes including mixing, oxygen supply, shear force, fed-batch, and perfusion cultures are discussed. The trends in bioreactor engineering are also briefly shown.

중국경제는 현재 제2의 전환기에 있으며, 따라서 중국의 거시조절은 제2의 전환기로 나아가고 있다. 거시조절 제2기 전환점의 기본적인 특징을 정확히 분석하고 인식하는 것은 향후 거시조절정책을 제대로 시행하는 기본전제 중 하나이다. 이 기본적인 특징들은 주로 경기과열을 조절하고 경기냉각을 조절한다. 보상적 조절은 향후 장기간 기본적 임무 중 하나가 될 것이다. 이 외에 거시조절수단과 거시조절 기능 및 거시조절의 조직구조는 모두 그 특수성을 가지고 있다. 目前我國經濟正在進行第二次轉軌,由此決定了我國的宏觀調控正在進行第二次轉型。正確分析和認識宏觀調控第二次轉型的基本特征,是做好今后宏觀調控的基本前提之一。這些基本特征可能主要是旣調控經濟"過熱",也調控經濟"過冷"、償債性調控可能是今后흔長一個時期的基本任務之一。除此之外,宏觀調控手段、宏觀調控職能、以及宏觀調控的組織机構,都有其特殊之處。
