OSCILLATION AND NONOSCILLATION OF HIGHER-ORDER DIFFERENCE EQUATIONS WITH NONLINEAR NEUTRAL TERMS
Zhenguo Zhang,Aijun Yang,Congna Di 한국수학교육학회 2007 純粹 및 應用數學 Vol.14 No.2
In this paper, the oscilation and existence of nonoscilatory solutions of odd order difference equations with nonlinear neutral terms are studied respec-tively. Some new criteria are established. Furthermore, some examples are given to illustrate the advance of our results.

In this paper, the existence of bounded positive solution of the second-order nonlinear neutral differential equations are studied. Some new sufficient conditions are given. Furthermore, examples given show that the results here are almost sharp.

The transition of China's economy to high-quality development has put forward new requirements for vocational education and Upgrade of Chinese Human Capital. Since the 1990s, vocational education has gone through two stages. The first one focused on scale expansion and the improvement of school running conditions. The second one was about strengthening the connotation construction as well as improving the level of running schools, which served as a milestone for entering a new stage of transformation to high-quality development. To better prepare the high-quality vocational talents for the transformation of economic development, this paper analyzes the main existing problems in vocational education based on the historical review of the thirty years development of vocational education of China. These problems are as follows. The hierarchical structure of vocational education needs to be perfected. The professional structure of vocational education needs to be optimized. The characteristics and brand advantages of vocational education are not obvious. The power for school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education is far from strong. On this basis, this paper puts forward the ideas of promoting the high-quality development of vocational education: connecting with industries and constructing the dynamic adjustment mechanism of the profession; to meet the needs of society and promote the higher level of vocational education; adhere to innovative development, strengthen the construction of characteristic brand; improving the impetus of school-enterprise cooperation and promoting the deep integration of industry and education.

The carmine spider mite, Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval), is a serious phytophagous mite damaging importantcrops and can rapidly develop resistance to acaricides. Mitochondrial ATP synthase (F1F0 ATP synthase)is an important target site of acaricides. The role of ATP synthase in acaricide resistance remains unclear at themolecular level. In this study, twelve full-length cDNAs of ATP synthase genes were cloned and characterizedfrom T. cinnabarinus and their expression levels were determined for both progargite-resistant and susceptiblestrains. The effect of propargite exposure on gene expression was also evaluated. Analyses of gene expressionrevealed that TcATPsynU-2, TcATPsynF0-2 and TcATPsynF0-4 were significantly down-regulated in the progargite-resistant strain. TcATPsynF0-2 and TcATPsynF0-4 had a strong response to progargite exposure. Theresults suggest that lower levels of TcATPsynU-2, TcATPsynF0-2 and TcATPsynF0-4 expression might be related topropargite-resistance observed in the resistant T. cinnabarinus. This is the first attempt to identify specific ATPasegenes involved in propargite resistance in T. cinnabarinus.

Chronic high-salt diet-associated renal injury is a key risk factor for the development of hypertension. However, the mechanism by which salt triggers kidney damage is poorly understood. Our study investigated how high salt (HS) intake triggers early renal injury by considering the ‘gut-kidney axis’. We fed mice 2% NaCl in drinking water continuously for 8 weeks to induce early renal injury. We found that the ‘quantitative’ and ‘qualitative’ levels of the intestinal microflora were significantly altered after chronic HS feeding, which indicated the occurrence of enteric dysbiosis. In addition, intestinal immunological gene expression was impaired in mice with HS intake. Gut permeability elevation and enteric bacterial translocation into the kidney were detected after chronic HS feeding. Gut bacteria depletion by non-absorbable antibiotic administration restored HS loadinginduced gut leakiness, renal injury and systolic blood pressure elevation. The fecal microbiota from mice fed chronic HS could independently cause gut leakiness and renal injury. Our current work provides a novel insight into the mechanism of HS-induced renal injury by investigating the role of the intestine with enteric bacteria and gut permeability and clearly illustrates that chronic HS loading elicited renal injury and dysfunction that was dependent on the intestine.
