        Microwave filter usually is employed one or more elements which are resonant in the sense a high standing wave is present. In this Paper, the Cascade of two directional Couplers is equivalent to a Single-directional Coupler. In additon, the bandstop filter and band pass filter consisted with two directional Couplers was shown the experimental Curves for -5dB. This filter, which is Constructed of two directional Couplers, is presented the good band stop filter characteristics and bandpass filter characteristics in Centre frequenly 10 GHZ.

      • 마이크로센서 응용을 위한 실리콘 미세가공 기술

        Silicon micromachining technology can be used to build microsensors and actuators by using tools derived from standard IC processing. For the silicon micromachining the etching characteristics of tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide (TMAH) by dissolving silicon powder or silicic acid have been studied. The 3, 5 and 10wt.% TMAH solutions, with dissolved silicon powder (6g/l) or with dissolved silicic acid(Si(OH)4, 16g/l) were used. And ammonium peroxydisulfate (APODS, 2g/l) dissolved in the solutions were also used. The etch rates of silicon and the etched surface roughness were observed with various etching conditions. The crystallographical aspect on the crystal orientation of silicon have been studied. With sufficiently fresh solutions, these TMAH concentration and combination of etchants, provide repeatable etch properties, does not attack exposed aluminum or silicon dioxode, and provide smooth (100) silicon surfaces.

      • 링급전 선로를 이용한 원판형 마이크로 스트립 패치 안테나 설계

        A antenna using ring feed line is designed at the frequency 9.2541 GHZ. It is used for designed of each antenna element in consideration of effects of dielectric, conductor, and radation loss, also the optimized feeding points, are obtained for the impedance matching between transmission line and each antenna element. It is shown that the measured VSWR were 1.67( = λ /4) and 1.95(= λ /2) at the frequency 9.2541 GRZ, and the three disk microstrip patch antenna with λ /40r □ away from ring feed line was differant radation pattern.

      • 이동 통신용 광대역 마이크로스트립 안테나 설계에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the transformed QMSA to load a capacitor without limitation of the electric force on QMSA(Quarter-wavelength Microstrip Antenna) is designed. Bandwidth of the designed and manufactured antenna is 22.42% at the resonant frequency of 2.15 GHz and the resonant frequency and bandwidth versus change of any arbitrary feed point is observed. Since the size of wide slot width between the left and right parallel plate to load a capacitor is very wide bandwidth, our antenna will be suitable for very wide bandwidth communication.

      • 2 GHz대 소형 안테나의 설계 및 제작

        In this paper, a small antenna structure to load a capacitance on transformed QMSA (Quarter-wavelength Microstrip Antenna) from MSA(Microstrip Antenna) is proposed. It is obtained the improved high gain and bandwidth than QMSA. This is available as a small antenna for wireless telephones and will be quite useful for indoor communication. Also, the antenna's equivalent circuit with transmission line model is designed to find more accurate resonant frequency, which is calculated return loss value. The calculated value is agreed resonably with experimental value.

      • 이동통신용 내장형 마이크로스트립 듀얼밴드 안테나 설계

        In this paper, Dualband internal antenna for GSM/DSC handset is proposed. The antenna has a size of about 38mm×90mm×1mm, giving a total mobile phone PCB for support and fold type patch of about 30mm×8mm×3.2mm. This antenna characteristic facilitates the fine-tuning of the two operating frequencies of 909MHz and 1762MHz in this dualband design. The measured radiation pattern in the E-plane and H-plane for operating frequencies of 909MHz and 1762MHz is compared and analyzed. The designed and fabricated two band internal antenna for GSM/DSC handset have a gain between 0dBi and 2.0dBi at all bands. Also, the electric firld distribution and directivity on human head caused by portable phone is analyzed. An analysis model is composed of a human head model and the antenna mounted on the same ground plane as portable telephone size.

      • 마이크로스트립 위상 변환 어레이 안테나 설계

        In this paper, microstrip patch array antenna[MPAA], relative current of which is distributed to 1:2:2:1, is designed and fabricated by using Tschebyscheff's polynominal expression. The proposed antenna with have directional beam pattern is small light and thin. Also there is array antenna with 14˚ beamwidth. The center frequency is 10.2553G㎓. MPAA is compared with single microstrip antenna[SMA] characteristics. MPAA was found to have a narrower radiation power beamwidth and a higher maximum radiation power gain relative to SMA. If there is phase shift by use of PIN diode, beam scanning of perfect electronic method is possib1e. It is suitable for the compacted radar system.

      • 링 급전 선로를 이용한 구형 마이크로스트립 안테나의 입력 어드미턴스

        Rectangular microstrip antenna array using ring feed line is analyised. Input admittance of antenna are attained by using the radiation admittance of rectangular microstrip patch antenna and the transmission line. The return loss are calculated in the frequency 6-10 GHZ. The measured values are in good agreement with calculated values.

      • 실내통신용 마이크로스트립 루프 안테나에 관한 연구

        Recently the various systems, communication and broadcasting using satellite, mobile communication, remote sensing and GPS etc. are appeared and being miniaturized to improve the portability. When the antenna is miniaturized, it decreases the efficient and narrows the bandwidth. Now the miniaturization technique of the antenna is the more important problem. In spite of these restrictions, Microstrip Antenna(MSA) can meet these requirements and can be utilized practically. In this paper, a microstrip antenna with a small loop consisting of the left and right parallel plate to load capacitor is proposed. It is obtained the improved small size than the antenna of the transformed MSA and the antenna of the left and right parallel plate to load capacitor on MSA. Equivalent circuit of transmission line model is designed to find more accurate resonant frequency. Also, the designed and fabricated antenna can receive both vertically and horizontally polarized waves to operating frequency of 1.5[GHz]. Therefore proposed antenna is available as a small antenna for wireless communication and will be quite useful for indoor communication.
