      • 담양신설 IC의 교통소음도 조사연구

        After the vehicle has become a large formation with high-speed, loud noise from an express highway is increasing, and the number of large-scale apartment complexes, which are recently being constructed in the metropolitan area nearby the express highway and IC, is increasing gradually. Compared with a main road, the traffic volume and the speed of a vehicle between IC and the ramp way [turn-off] are smaller. If the ramp way is rightly connected with the downtown area, however, the traffic-noise that comes about in surrounding areas will be in conjunction with the traffic-noise from the main road of express highway and that of the ramp way. This research has selected a place that hasn't had a road or a commercial quarter nearby the main-road of IC and ramp way. Then we have studied the traffic-noise status under minimizing influence of its outer-noise, which occurs in IC. 1. The traffic volume change of a small and full-sized car with time has been kept on regularity in 2004 and 2005. As the traffic volume of a full-sized car has diminished remarkably, it has been maintaining through 6:00a.m.-10:00 a.m. As it has decreased since lO:OO a.m.. we have also observed the traffic proportion going up. 2. Monthly traffic volume of small cars was higher in May, August and October than other months. We have observed that the high traffic volume during these months is due to the following: May-The Damyang festival, August-a high-demand season, October-viewing scarlet maple leaves. Monthly traffic volume of full-sized cars was generally higher in August, but it has decreased during 2006. This was due to the many construction trucks that were working on the extension of the 88 Olympic expressway. Therefore, there was more traffic volume in 2006 compared to 2004 and 2005. 3. In this study, the noise figures have been less than 55 dB(A) in 18 spots. There were 14 spots from 55dB(A) to 58dB(A). 58-61dB(A) : 20, 61-64dB(A) : 17, 64-67dB(A) : 18. There were 8 spots we observed at the highest level from 67dB(A) to 70dB(A). Those were the nearby spots separating the main road and Damyang IC. 4. Traffic-noise at the boundary between IC and the main road of an expressway was higher than that of the same distance in other places. 5. We have observed that traffic-noise is low in places with mountains that serve the role of soundproofing walls. Thus, the fundamental sound hadn't affected it.

      • 월출산국립공원 수질특성에 관한 연구

        Because mountain streams have narrow widths and steep slopes compared to streams and lakes, hours of immobility are considerably short, and the quality of mountain streams has been greatly influenced by rainfall, land-use, components of the streambed and types of forests. During the summer when heavy rainfall occurs, eroded earth and sand flow into mountain streams and cause temporarily high turbidity. It is also the cause of eutrophication, which is frequently found in downstream. As evaluation standards for the quality of mountain streams were not established in Korea, this quality was evaluated by examining some items based on quality standards for drinkable water and research on the influences of pollution in mountain streams, which showed that these were seldom in downstream water systems. Mountain streams within Wolchulsan National Park flow into a reservoir and when characteristics of mountain streams from forests and rainfall that flow into mountain streams through forest ecosystems were studied, results of measuring its changes are as follows. Monthly changes of pH were low between April and August and higher starting October, and the EC was measured higher in the winter and the spring and tended to be low starting April. The EC on the 19th of May and the 23rd of October and the concentration of floating materials and COD_(Mn) were observed to be higher due to the influence of rainfall on the 19th of May and the 22nd of October, and it was judged that the washing out of dried deposits attached to the water pipe and the leaching of woods were influenced by rainfall. It is considered that real-time monitoring of water quality for a long time and water quality conditions during and after rainfall should be examined for ensuring basic data of water quality and evaluating characteristics and seasonableness of mountain streams, which may be greatly changed by artificial influence in the future.

      • 통합교육 환경에서 장애학생 체육수업을 위한 교육과정 탐색

        This study was to acquire the concept and application of the instructional adaptation which is one of the curriculum for the enhancement of quality on the physical education class students with special needs in inclusive education setting. Today, many of the students with special needs who are willing to take educational experience are receiving regular curriculum education which is mainly prepared for students without disabilities and lack of support or instructional plan. As a result in such a case, the fact that it is a challenging concern for the students with special needs to expect the education under the suitable condition becomes crucial. Therefore, the overall instructional adaptation of the regular classes is required in order to meet the educational needs of an each individual student with special needs exhibiting the varying degrees of disorder. For the most productive achievement of the exercise on the inclusive education setting based on normalization, deinstitutionalization, LRE, REI, and the basic concept of inclusion, the physical education class being performed under the setting which is as similar to the real life as possible, special education teacher and the role of the general education teachers presenting coorperation, responsibilities, and teaching capacities are fundamental. The curriculum for the physical education class under the inclusive education setting requires the adaptation of teaching setting, teaching format, teaching method, teaching content and evaluation method by IEP for the successful physical education class to obtain the successful accomplishment in regard of emotional as well as psychological basis by the following above. In conclusion, the professional adapted physical education programs has to be designed. Plus, exercise skill and sociality are expected to be advanced to offer equal distribution of an opportunity for getting involved in regional community, and furthermore, the students with special needs should be able to adapt and to be integrated into the society as equal status compared to the students without disabilities.

      • 보건소에 등록한 결핵환자 관리에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to obtain available data concerning tuberculosis control at health Center and to recommend more effective measures to government. The study showed following results; Out of registered patients there were 55.4% with minimal tuberculosis, 34.1% moderately advanced cases, and 10.5% far advanced cases. 16.2% of registered patients had treatment in the past and these patients tended to be the more severe case. After discorvering of Tb, the registered term, in the health center showed 31.3% of it without delay, 48.7% of it within on week, 67.7% of it within one month, and 32.3%, of it after one month Duration of chemotherapy after registration was within 12 months and they were the major part of 98.6%. 23% patients positive appeared comes out in the sputum smear at the time of registration. In X-ray test, there were 43.2% in minimal Tb, 18.9% in moderately advanced Tb, and 9.5% in far advanced Tb. The regular patients chemotherapy came out 95.9% and it was highly rate, the one in sputum examination came out 91.9%, and the one in X-ray test came out 93.2% When we examined the contact examination by extent disease, it appeared that 67.6% of Tb patients examined and 44% of moderately advanced Tb patients highly appeared.

        백서의 원위부 피편에 동맥유입의 중요성에 관한 실험적 연구

        Microsurgery and myocutaneous flap have been developed recently for wide employment in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Therefore, the delay procedure has been declined in its use recently, because it has many difficult problems. If the flap is longer and larger, it should be delayed for complete survival, but delay requires considerable time. Therefore, as a substitute for delay, vascular anastomosis in the distal part of a flap will theoretically give the same effect. In this study, we investigated the importance of arterial inflow in the distal side of a flap in rats. The experiment was done in 3 different groups according to the design of flaps and in each group 3 subgroups were made. In A flap, the superficial epigastric artery was preserved or anastomosis. In V flap. the superficial epigastric vein was preserved or anastomosis. In C flap, as a control flap, both artery and vein were severed. In result, A flaps in all 3 groups were completely survived. Both V and C flaps in all 3 groups were showed distal necrosis. But C flaps were showed more necrosis than V flaps. In conclusion, we suggest the possibility that a large flap may be transposed in one stage with vascular anastomosis in the distal part-preferably artery and vein, or artery only.

      • 도로교통소음의 수평·수직적 전달 및 감쇠 특성

        This study has been conducted to achieve the following objectives: First, in order to understand the horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the road traffic noise, we selected actively developed areas within 100 meters away from the road to measure the level of traffic noise near a road. To measure the noise near a railroad, we selected areas within 100 meters away from the road. In this way, we analyzed the horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the traffic noise occurring in diversified areas. Second, in order to understand the vertical propagation and attenuation characteristics for the road traffic noise, we measured and analyzed the distributional characteristics of vertical sound pressure levels on each floor of multi-storied apartment buildings according to changes of traffic load and types, and the existence or nonexistence of soundproof walls. For the case of the road traffic noise, we also selected we measured and analyzed the different noise levels on each floor of multi-storied apartment buildings from the soundproof wall. The results of Horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the road traffic noise are as follows: In cases of the soundproof wall + raising ground, raising ground, cutting land, and flat land as distance increases, the sound pressure level steadily decreases. The soundproof wall + raising ground has an especially high distance decrease compared to the other areas, and the sound pressure level for the raising ground is higher than that of the cutting land with a measurement of 10.7~12.1dB(A). Vertical propagation and attenuation characteristics for the road traffic noise are as follows: The amount of sound pressure level decrease is 12.6- 14.5dB(A) for first floor when measuring the vertical sound pressure levels at soundproof wall, which indicates a fairly large decrease. At fifth and sixth floor, the amount of decrease is 2.3dB(A), which indicates a small decrease.

        양측성 누낭점액종의 치험례

        Lacrimal obstruction is associated with lacrimal duct injury, posttraumatic scars, infection and congenital anormaly etc. There are now available a variety of surgical methods depending on the site of obstruction. Dacryocystorhinostomy is the treatment of choice for patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction. The various modified procedures were introduced to perform a dacryocystorhinostomy since Toti. The nasolacrimal duct obstruction is characterized by epiphora and mucopurulent material discharge from the lacrimal sac clinically. The preoperative dacryocystography combined with lacrimal scintillography provide the most comprehensive anatomic and functional assessment of the drainage system avilable. Authors have experienced one case of bilateral nasolacrimal duct obstruction associated with lacrimal mucocele and got satisfactory results using dacryocystorhinostomy. So we could report them with reviews of the relative references.

      • 가지의 RAPD 분석을 위한 PCR 최적조건 구명

        The Purpose of this study was to optimize PCR condition for RAPD analysis in eggplant. 3×3×3 factorial experiment for template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase was conducted. Another factorial experiment for denature, annealing, extension temperature on the optimal PCR condition was also conducted. The best template DNA concentration was 60ng(0.5unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, and 1unit Taq polymerase and 7.0mM MgCl2). Clear bands were observed from 2.5mM, 4.5mM, and 7.0mM of MgCl2 concentration if template DNA concentration and amount of taq polymerase were properly combined. Amount of taq polymerase for the optimal PCR condition was 0.5unit and 1unit when template DNA concentration and MgCl2 concentration were properly combined. When we consider results from template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase, 3 conditions(60ng of template DNA, 2.5mM MgCl2 and 0.5unit taq polymerase; 60ng of template DNA, 2.5mM MgCl2 and 1unit taq polymerase; and 60ng of template DNA, 7.0mM MgCl2 and 1unit taq polymerase) were best combinations for the optimal PCR condition. Reaction temperatures for the optimal PCR condition were 84℃, 32℃, 62℃; 90℃, 40℃, 72℃; and 92℃, 36℃, 72℃.
