It is very important to expand IT security product evaluation capabilities in order to provide evaluation services of good quality. In this paper, we analyse requirements of evaluation facilities to meet requirements of CCRA in order to support expansion of products for evaluation and increment of demands for evaluation and analyse qualifying and training program for fostering evaluator of evaluation facilities to meet requirements of CCRA. We expect to provide evaluation services of good quality by using the results of this paper.

The health care system revolutionized by the use of information and communication technologies. Computer information processing and electronic communication technologies play an increasingly important role in the area of health care. Role Based Access Control(RBAC) has recently received considerable attention as a promising alternative to traditional discretionary and mandatory access controls, which ensures that only authorized user are given access to protected data or resources. This paper proposes access control model for solution of problem connected with patient's information and private protection. We propose a context based access control model for health care information systems, which combines role-to-role delegations, denial permission, context concept and dynamic context aware access control. With out approach we offer great flexibility and fine-grained access control in healthcare information systems.
Pseudomonas fluorescens의 Salicylate hydroxylase를 암호하는 유전자의 클로닝

Pseudomonas fluorescens SME11로 부터 salicylate hydroxylase를 암호하는 nahG 유전자를 클로닝하기 위하여 NAH플라스미드를 주형으로 하여 PCR을 수행하였다. PCR방법으로 얻은 1.6kb DNA절편을 pT7Blue(R)벡터에 삽입시켜 재조합 플라스미드 pNY1을 제조하였으며 이것을 E. coli에 형질전환하였다. 재조합 DNA를 제한효소로 처리하여 EcoRⅤ, KpnⅠ, PvuⅡ, StuⅠ등이 존재함을 확인하였으며, 이것으로 간단한 제한효소지도를 작성하였고 재조합 DNA를 한 방향으로 deletion하여, nahG유전자를 포함한 DNA절편의 염기서열을 결정하였다. 재조합 플라스미드인 pNY1에는 1,305bp크기의 open reading frame이 존재하였으며, salicylate hydroxylase에 해당하는 434개의 아미노산을 암호하였다. 아미노산서열을 비교한 결과, P.putida KF715와 84.1%, P.putida PpG7과 71.4%, P.putida S-1 과 48.7%의 homology를 보였으며, 또한 Sphingmonas sp.와 26.8%의 homology를 보였다. Pseudomonas fluorescens SME11 carrying NAH plasmid was isolated from wastewater. To clone nahG gene encoding salicylate hydroxylase, 1.6kb DNA fragment of PCR product from NAH plasmid was inserted to pT7Blue(R) vertor and resulting recombinant DNA was named pNY1. The transformants, E.coli SMY1, clone containing the recombinant plasmid pNY1 were able to convert salicylate to catechol and produced dark brown color caused by accumulation and auto-oxidation of catechol. Restriction endonuclease mapping of 1.6kb size of the insert of the recombinant plasmid pNY1 was carried out with EcoRⅤ, KpnⅠ, PvuⅡ, StuⅠ. By means of unidirectional ExoⅢ deletion and dideoxynucleotide chain termination, we determined the nucleotide sequence of the DNA fragment containing nahG gene. One open reading frame of 1,305 bp corresponding to 434 amino acids was found in the insert DNA. Deduced amino acid sequences of the nahG gene showed 84.1%, 71.4%, 48.7%, and 26.8% homologies to those from P.putida KF715, P. putida PpG7, P. putida S-1, and Sphingmonas sp., respectively.

An 18-year-old man suffered heat stroke after continuous working for 26 hours on his first day in an aluminium utensil plant in August 1998. His job was to put a pressed aluminium utensil on the conveyer before the process of spray painting. The ranges of temperature and relative humidity measured at the local weather-station during the patient's working period were 23.6-30.2℃, 49-87% respectively. On arrival the patient was comatose and suffered generalized seizure three times. His rectal temperature was 41.2℃, blood pressure was 90/60 mmHg, pulse was 148 beats/minute and respiratory rate was 28 times/minute. The serum level of AST was 421 IU/L, ALT was 205 IU/L, LDH was 1.160 IU/L, myoglobin was higher than 500 ng/mL, CK was higher than 2,000 IU/L. He recovered consciousness 7th day of admission and discharged after 2 months but cerebellar dysarthria was remained. The patient felt himself several prodromal symptoms of heat stroke and he showed awkward behavior considered to be drowsiness, but the patient and his co-workers neglected them. This case report shows that heat stroke can be occurred tin a condition that ambient temperature, humidity, and working load are not extreme. A thorough health education and management concerned with guidelines on salt and water intake, detection of early symptoms of heat-related illness, prompt body cooling and rapid transportation to a hospital is necessary.

Aphids are one of the major pests in agricultural crops. A number of synthetic pesticides have been used for control of aphids in agriculture, but increasing public concerns over their adverse effects on the environment have required more environmentally-friendly methods for pest management. In this study, we examined plant oil formulations for the control of green peach aphid (Myzus persicae). Oil formulations were prepared by hydrolyzing the plant oils in ethanolic KOH solution and diluted at the rate of 1:500 for aphid control. The oil formulations showed aphid mortalities ranging from 24.44 to 43.33% in vitro. Significantly increased aphid mortalities were observed by the treatment of oil formulations combined with low-dosed imidacloprid. No significant difference in the aphid mortality was observed between the oil formulations. Mass spectrometry analyses of aphids treated with the low dosed-imidacloprid plus the plant oil formulations detected similar concentrations of imidacloprid between the treatments. In field trial bioassays against aphids, significantly decreased aphid population were observed in the pepper plants treated with soybean oil formulation combined with the low-dosed imidacloprid, while aphid population dramatically increased in the pepper plants treated with the low-dosed imidacloprid alone. These results suggested that the plant oil formulations can be used as an environmentally-friendly method for enhancing the insecticidal effectiveness, which may play a role in reducing the use of synthetic pesticide in agriculture.

Uterine rupture during pregnancy, while quite rare, can have devastating consequences for both mother and fetus if it does occur. Uterine surgery is recognized risk factor for uterine rupture during pregnancy. Presently, adenomyomectomy is performed not infrequently as a treatment for infertility. However, the potential adverse outcomes associated with this procedure have not been extensively investigated. We report a case of spontaneous uterine rupture at 22 weeks of gestation following adenomyomectomy, leading to a stillbirth and maternal hypovolemic shock due to severe hemorrhage. If a pregnant woman with a history of uterine surgery presents with sudden abdominal pain, uterine rupture must be considered as a differential diagnosis. Given that spontaneous uterine rupture after adenomyomectomy can occur in the second trimester of pregnancy, it is crucial for patients with adenomyosis desiring to conceive to carefully consider the implications and risk of undergoing adenomyomectomy.
