후 열처리에 의한 cubic - BN 상과 hexagonal - BN 상 혼합 막의 안정성 향상

이온빔보조증착법을 이용하여 e-BN(70%)/h-BN(30%) 혼합막을 합성하였으며, 이를 후속 열처리로 안정화 시켰다 보론은 e-beam evaporator로, 질소는 end-hall type 이온 건으로 공급하였으며, 기판에는 -400과 -500V의 DC 바이어스를 각 각 인가하였고, 700℃로 가열하였다. 보론의 기화속도는 1.2 Å/see였고, 질소이온의 에너지는 약 l00eV였다. 막 합성 후 같은 진공에서 후속열처리를 700℃ 및 800℃에서 l시간동안 각 각 행하였다. 후속열처리를 하지 않은 경우에는 공기 중에 노출된 직후에 막이 기판에서 박리된 반면, 800℃에서 후속 열처리를 한 경우에는 안정하였다 후속 열처리에 의하여 막 전체의 응력은 4.9 ㎬에서 3.4 ㎬로 감소하였으나, c-BN 상의 응력은 변화하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 c-BN 상의 응력 해소를 주요 안정화 기구로 보고한 기존의 결과와 다른 것으로, 후속 열처리 동안에, 비정질이나 결함이 많은 h-BN 상의 구조적, 화학적 relaxation에 의하여 막의 안정화가 진행될 수 있음을 의미한다. c-BN 상의 분율이 작은 혼합막의 경우 비 e-BN 상의 안정화가 막 전체의 안정화에 매우 중요할 것으로 판단된다. BN films composed of c-BN(70%) and h-BN(30%) phases have been synthesized by the ion beam assisted deposition (IBAD) process and stabilized by post-anneaing. Boron was e-beam evaporated at 1.2 Å/sec and nitrogen was ionized and accelerated at about 100 eV by the end-hall type ion gun. Substrates were negatively biased by DC 400 and 500 V, respectively, and heated at 700℃. Synthesized BN films were in-situ post-annealed at 700 or 800℃, respectively, for 1 hr without breaking vacuum. BN films without post-annealing were peeled off from substrates immediately when they were exposed to the air while those with post-annealing at 800℃ were stabilized. Post annealing reduced the film stress from 4.9 ㎬ to 3.4 ㎬, but no considerable stress release in the c-BN phase was observed, contrary to previous reports that the stress relaxation in the c-BN phase is the main mechanism for the stabilization. Structural and chemical relaxation of non c-BN phase is supposed to be responsible for the film stress reduction and, in turn, stabilization, especially when the c-BN content of the film is not high.

이온빔보조증착법으로 h-BN을 증착하여 이온에너지 및 기판온도에 따른 hexagonal ring의 배열 및 결정성의 변화를 연구하였다. 보론은 전자빔으로 1.5 Å/sec의 속도로 증발시켰으며, 질소는 end-hall 형 이 온건으로 60, 80, 100eV의 에너지로 공급하였다. 기판의 온도는 상온 (no heating), 200, 400, 500, 800℃로 변화시켰다. 질소이온에너지가 증가할수록 hexagonal ring의 c-축은 기판에 평행하게 배열하여 100 eV의 질소이온 에너지에서 가장 좋은 배열을 나타내었다. 이는 이온에너지가 높을수록 합성 막에 큰 압축응력이 발생하기 때문으로 생각된다. 기판온도에 따라서는 온도가 증가함에 따라 배열이 증가하다가 약 400℃에서 최대가 되고 그 보다 높은 온도에서는 배열이 감소하였다. 그리고 결정도는 온도가 증가할수록 향상되었다. 이러한 경향들은 온도가 증가함에 따라 원자 이동도는 증가하고 응력발생은 어려워지는 경향으로부터 잘 설명된다. 또한 nano-indentor로 측정한 h-BN막의 경도는 c-축의 배열정도와 같은 경향을 보였다. 이온빔보조증착법은 hexagonal ring의 배열을 통한 h-BN막 성질의 최적화에 효과적인 방법으로 판단된다. We have studied the alignment and the lattice quality of hexagonal rings of h-BN films synthesized by ion beam assisted deposition (lBAD) method. Boron was e-beam evaporated at 1.5 Å/sec and nitrogen gas was ionized using end-hall type ion gun at 60, 80, and 100 eV, respectively. Substrate was either not heated or heated at 200, 400, 500, and 800℃, respectively. As nitrogen ion energy increases, c-axes of hexagonal rings tend to align parallel to the substrate, which is explained by larger compressive stress at higher ion energies. Alignment of c-axis increases with temperature and shows maximum around 400℃. The lattice quality of hexagonal rings improves with temperature. Such behaviors can be understood from two counter trends of increasing the atomic mobility and decreasing compressive stress with temperature. Hardness of h-BN films shows the same trend with the alignment of c-axis. Ion beam assisted deposition method seems to be effective for aligning hexagonal rings and optimizing h-BN properties.

Many CAE(Computer Aided Engineering) Software have been used in development Process for improving the quality and performance of automotive parts in various fields such as structure, crash, safety and so on.. Recently, as the automotive industry has become more competitive, The use of CAE analysis has been growing to reduce development cost and times for the survival strategy. But in case of Injection Molding for the automotive plastic parts, the method of trial and error by one's experience still has been used. With this conventional method, it will hard to meet the situation in the rapidly changing market situation and industry environment. This report shows how to optimize part design and connect systematically all of processes from part and mold design to manufacturing through the efficient use of injection molding analysis in development process.
증례 : 호흡기 ; 저절로 호전된 다발공동성 결절 형태의 IgG4 연관 폐 질환의 1예

IgG4 연관 폐 질환은 다양한 방사선학적 형태로 나타난다. 공동화를 동반한 다발성 폐 결절의 경우, 감별 진단으로 다발성 폐 전이, 결핵 또는 진균 감염, 패혈성 폐렴 등을 우선적으로 고려하게 된다. 본 증례는 임상적으로 다른 질환에 합당하지 않은 경우라면 IgG4 연관 폐 질환의 가능성을 고려하여, 적극적으로 조직 검사를 시행할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 또한 본 증례는 스테로이드 치료 없이 저절로 소실된IgG4 연관 폐 질환의 국내 첫 보고의 의미가 있다. Immunoglobulin (Ig) G4-related disease was recently recognized as a systemic fibro-inflammatory disease characterized by dense lymphoplasmacytic infiltrates, storiform fibrosis, and obliterative phlebitis with IgG4-positive cells in the target tissues. This disease can localize to a single organ or be diffuse in multiple organs. Pulmonary manifestation in IgG4-related lung disease presents as various sized nodules, lung masses, patchy ground-glass opacities, consolidation, thickened bronchovascular bundles, nodular pleural lesions, and interstitial lung disease. Traditional treatment for IgG4-related lung disease includes systemic (cortico) steroids. Here, we report a case of IgG4-related lung disease presenting as multiple cavitary nodules that spontaneously regressed without systemic steroid use. (Korean J Med 2016;90:449-454)

Synthetic gas is mixture of H₂, CO, and N₂ obtained by reforming hydrocarbon-based fuel. This study focused on flammability limit of the synthetic gas before exhaust synthetic gas injection for increasing efficiency of catalyst during cold-start period. Previous studies on hydrogen combustion were performed under air conditions as oxidizer. However, for combustion synthetic gas in an exhaust manifold, an advanced research is required because flammability limit is changed by ambient pressure and concentration of O₂ in exhaust system. This study researches on flammability limit of synthetic gas by changes in ambient pressure and concentration of H₂ and O₂ in a constant volume chamber. Moreover, this study observes combustion characteristics of hydrogen and synthetic gas by measuring pressure in the constant volume chamber and by visualizing combustion of the synthetic gas. The result shows primary factors in flammability limit of synthetic gas are volume fraction of H₂, O₂ and those sum. Furthermore, it also shows that increasing ambient pressure expands flammability limit of the synthetic gas.
한국군 장병의 유행성이하선염 항체 보유율 및 유행성이하선염 백신 접종 후 항체 양전율

This study was performed to determine the seroprevalence of Mumps and seroconversion rate after Mumps vaccination(PriorixTM) in young soldiers in Republic of Korea Army. Study population was army and air force troop. Mumps seroprevalence was tested with Mumps IgG in pre-vaccination and 6 month later after vaccination. A total 244 subjects were enrolled in the study to analyze the anti-mumps immune status. Overall anti-mumps IgG seropositive rate was 81.1% and anti-mumps IgG seroconversion rate was 88.5%. According to age, rank seroprevalence and seroconversion rate difference was not significant. It was suggested that the routine Mumps vaccination for Korean military personnel might be necessary.
