Purpose – In the online environment, the group definition, marginal scope, and transmission methods of short video creators and audiences have all changed, but the centrality of the audiences’ essence will not change. Their thinking characteristics and behaviors ultimately determine the influence of digital products spread in the network. This paper attempts to explore the relationship between audience trust and communication mechanism from the source of information: the trust or suspicion generated by the creator’s identity type information, and explore its influence on the popularity of communication. Design/Methodology/Approach – We systematically reviews the connotation and extension of audience trust in online media, definition and characteristics of network identity, the disclosure of creator identity types, character setting, authentication and supervision of identity, and communication popularity. Findings – The interaction between short video media and audience includes: information dissemination, value judgment and emotional transmission. Audience trust plays a bridge and check position in the dissemination of short video media, which determines the survival and development of short video media. These contents can provide short video creators with basic information that can effectively affect user behavior, provide them with a basis for decisionmaking in the creation process, increase audience trust, and improve the popularity and effectiveness of media communication. Research Implications – It provides a new research perspective for influencing user identification, social recommendation and other fields.

Using the volume-limited Main galaxy sample constructed from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 7 (SDSS DR7), we explore the environmental dependence of the fraction of 'unconventional' galaxies: luminous blue and faint red. It is found that the fraction of faint red increases apparently with increasing local density, and the fraction of luminous blue declines substantially with increasing local density, which shows that there is an environmental dependence for color beyond that for luminosity.

In this paper, we establish complete convergence for sequences of extended independent random variables and arrays of rowwise extended independent random variables under sub-linear expectations in Peng's framework. The results obtained in this paper extend the corresponding ones of Baum and Katz [1] and Hu and Taylor [11] from classical probability space to sub-linear expectation space.

In this paper, seven equivalent conditions of complete moment convergence and complete integral convergence for negatively orthant dependent (NOD, in short) sequences are shown under two cases: identical distribution and stochastic domination. The results obtained in the paper improve and generalize the corresponding ones of Liang et al. \cite{10}). In addition, an extension of the Baum-Katz complete convergence theorem: six equivalent conditions of complete convergence is established.

Occurrence of Leaf Blight on Cosmos Caused by Alternaria cosmosa in Korea

In 2011, a leaf blight disease was observed on cosmos (Cosmos bipinnatus) leaves in Nonsan, Korea. The causal pathogen was isolated and identified based on morphological and molecular approaches. Morphological characteristics of the pathogen matched well with the Alternaria cosmosa and also easily distinguishable from Alternaria zinniae reported from cosmos seeds by producing branched beak. Phylogenetically, the pathogen could not be distinguished from A. passiflorae based on the sequence analysis of a combined data set of Alt a1 and gpd genes. However, A. passiflorae was distinguished from the present species by having conidiophores with 4 to 5 conidiogenous loci. The results indicate that the present Alternaria species is A. cosmosa. Pathogenicity tests revealed that the isolate was pathogenic to the leaves of Cosmos bipinnatus. This is the first report of Alternaria blight disease caused by A. cosmosa on cosmos in Korea.

The pabS gene of Agaricus bisporus 02 encoding a putative PABA synthase was cloned, and then the recombinant protein was expressed in Escherichia coli BL21 under the control of the T7 promoter. The enzyme with an N-terminal GST tag or His tag, designated GST-AbADCS or His-AbADCS, was purified with glutathione Sepharose 4B or Ni Sepharose 6 Fast Flow. The enzyme was an aminodeoxychorismate synthase, and it was necessary to add with an aminodeoxychorismate lyase for synthesizing PABA. AbADCS has maximum activity at a temperature of approximately 25oC and pH 8.0. Magnesium or manganese ions were necessary for the enzymatic activity. The Michaelis-Menten constant for chorismate was 0.12 mM, and 2.55 mM for glutamine. H2O2 did distinct damage on the activity of the enzyme, which could be slightly recovered by Hsp20. Sulfydryl reagents could remarkably promote its activity, suggesting that cysteine residues are essential for catalytic function.
