Modular Intermeshing Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder 내에서 제조된 PC/ABS 블랜드의 물리적, 유변학적 성질
방대석,정우형 금오공과대학교 2006 論文集 Vol.27 No.-
The physical properties and melt behavior of PC/ABS blends may be significantly affected by mixing equipments and processing conditions. In this study, the physical and rheological properties of PC/ABS blends in a modular interrneshing co-rotating twin screw extruder were investigated. PC and ABS were blended by different conditions such as different compositions of PC and ABS, and the several types of screw configurations in a modular interrneshing co-rotating twin screw extruder. After extrusion, the specimens were fabricated by injection molding. Then the physical properties were measured by tensile and Izod-irrpact tests. The melt behavior was observed with the capillary rheometer. Mixing and melting behaviors in the extruder were investigated by the cooling experiment for the different screw configurations.
GNU Zebra를 이용한 임베디드 리눅스 라우터 개발
노철우,방석윤 신라대학교 자연과학연구소 2003 自然科學論文集 Vol.12 No.-
In this paper, we address the development of an embedded Linux router using the GNU Zebra routing protocol under the embedded Linux development environments. The objective is to establish the development methods of embedded system based on the porting of Linux kernel. The details of Linux kernel porting, which supports for a network protocol stack, to the dedicated hardware is described. By porting, the router embedded system is developed for replacing a high cost commercial router equipment with the implemented one. After establishing a test environment of the implemented router, the routing function is verified with the routing tables and performance analysis with one of the commercial routers is presented.

CdS thin films have been widely used a window material in heterojunction solar cells. In solar cell systems, where CdS thin films have been proved to be useful, partial substitution of Zn for Cd increases the optical window of the hetero-junction and also the diffusion potential. In this thesis, effects of the thickness of indium films and the annealing temperature on structural, optical and electrical properties of chemically deposited CdZnS films for the efficiency of the Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cells were investigated. Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films were grown by chemical bath deposition (CBD), which is a very attractive method for low-cost and large-area solar cells. The open circuit voltage of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cells increased due to reduced electron affinity difference between Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S and CdTe films. However, the conversion efficiency of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cell decreased because of the higher series resistance(R_(s)) than CdS/CdTe solar cell. The series resistance and conversion efficiency of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cell were improved by using indium-doped Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films as window layer. Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cells fabricated with optimal conditions exhibited V_(oc)=630mV, J_(sc)=38.89mA/㎠ , FF=0.53, and η=13.2%

This study was conducted to develop a model to describe the effect of antimicrobials [potassium sorbate (PS), potassium lactate (PL), and combined PL and sodium diacetate (SDA, PLSDA)] on the growth parameters of Listeria monocytogenes such as specific growth rate (SGR) and lag phase periods (LT) in air-dried raw sausages as a function of storage temperature (4, 10, 16, and 25℃). Results showed that the SGR of L. monocytogenes was dependent on the storage temperature and level of antimicrobials used. The most effective treatment was the 4% PLSDA, followed by the 2% PLSDA and 4% PL and 0.2% PS exhibited the least antimicrobial effect. Increased growth rates were observed with increasing storage temperatures from 4 to 25℃. The growth data were fitted with a Gompertz equation to determine the SGR and LT of the L. monocytogenes. Six polynomial models were developed for the SGR and LT to evaluate the effect of PS (0.1, 0.2%) and PL (2, 4%) alone and PLSDA (2, 4%) on the growth kinetics of L. monocytogenes from 4 to 25℃.

This study was conducted to determine the effects of microorganism inactivation using 3 ppm of aqueous ozone (AO), 1% citric acid, 1% lactic acid, and 1% acetic acid alone, as well as the combinations of AO and organic acid, for washing the raw materials of saengsik (carrot, cabbage, glutinous rice, barley) with or without agitation. The combination of AO and 1% of each organic acid significantly inactivated spoilage bacteria in both the vegetables and the grains (p<0.05). However, in the glutinous rice, no inhibitory effects were shown for total aerobic bacteria by using water, ozone, or the combination of AO with citric acid or lactic acid, without agitation. Microbial inactivation was enhanced with agitation in the grains, whereas dipping (no agitation) treatments showed better inhibitory effects in the vegetables than in the barley, suggesting that washing processes should take into account the type of food material.

The structural change and leakage of cellular substances of Saccharomyces cerevisiae attributed by high hydrostatic pressure (HHP) treatment were observed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). S. cerevisiae (ATCC16664) was inoculated in apple juice for 10 min at 23℃ and the apple juice treated at 138, 207, 276, 345, and 414 MPa pressure for 30 sec at 23℃. Increased of roughness, elongation, wrinkling, and pores on yeast cell surfaces, the yeast cell walls were severely damaged by HHP treatment from 276 to 414 MPa. Inactivation of S. cerevisiae by HHP is dependent on structural changes on the cell walls observed with SEM.
Effect of the ingredients on the microbial qualities of six varieties of Dasik during storage

This study was conducted to evaluate the microbial quality of 6 varieties of brown rice Dasik prepared with roasted bean powder, Omija juice, red ginseng, propolis, and a combination of red ginseng and propolis during storage at 5 and $30^{\circ}C$. The changes in moisture content and pH, total plate counts and molds were evaluated. In addition, the survival of artificially inoculated E. coli O157:H7 into Dasik was studied during storage. As a result, the moisture content of the samples ranged from 9 to 13% and the pH ranged from 2.7 to 6.7 (p<0.05). In Dasik made with red ginseng, propolis, or a combination of both, total plate count was not increased and the growth of artificially inoculated E. coli was inhibited (p<0.05). These results suggest that addition of ingredients such as red ginseng, propolis, and Omija juice to Dasik improves the microbial safety and quality during storage.
