        21세기는 지식 정보화와 병행하여 문화의 세기가 될 것으로 예견된다. 문화상품의 고부가가치를 창출하기 위하여 영동군이 보유하고 있는 국악 인프라와 연계하여 국가 문화산업의 전략적 우위를 도모하고 전통문화의 전승과 발전에 일익을 담당코저 한다. 난계 박연 선생의 탄생지인 심천면 고당리 일원에 국악을 테마로 하는 체험촌 조성이 필요하였다. 영동군에서는 한국의 정신세계를 재조명하고 전통문화에 대한 이해와 접근이 용이한 관광자원으로 국악체험촌을 건립하여 관광명소를 육성하고자 한다. The 21st century is predicted to be the century of knowledge and information and culture. To create high value of cultural goods, in conjunction with Korean Classical Music infrastructures which Yeongdong County has, this proposal was planning to be contributed to the development of traditional culture and folklore. Yeongdong County revisited in the spirit world and build an understanding of Korea and Experience Music Village with easy access to the traditional culture and tourist resources and to foster the attractions.

        커뮤니티 도서관의 사용자 중심 공간 구성에 관한 연구

        The rapid development of information technology makes people"s lifestyles constantly changing, bringing great changes to the library building. As a product of the development of public libraries, community libraries have an important impact on community cohesion and revitalization through providing targeted learning and leisure services to residents. Under the trend of social and community development, the community library"s user-centered space must adapt to the diverse needs of community users and make the self-improvement. First of all, this study summarizes the concept of community and community libraries through literature review, and then make a theoretical investigation on the composition of user-centered space. Finally this study bases on the cases of community library buildings in the United States and Britain, and initially explores the composition of user-centered space in these libraries, and then analyzes and summarizes the architectural characteristics of it. Exploring how community can be activated and cohesive through community libraries user-centered space. Hope that this study can provide some reference to the contemporary community library design.

        Blend fibers of chitosan–agarose by electrospinning

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>A novel fibrous system, chitosan/agarose, was successfully developed via the electrospinning of their blend solutions. The trifluoroacetic acid (TFA)/dichloromethane (DCM) mixture was used as a suitable solvent for both chitosan and agarose. It was found that smooth, continuous fibers were generated at an agarose content of less than 50%. Moreover, with the increase of the agarose content from zero to 50%, the average diameter of the fibers was significantly decreased from about 1.76 to 0.14μm. The FT-IR analysis revealed a gradual shift of the absorption band in the blend fibers, suggesting the strong interaction and good compatibility between chitosan and agarose.</P>

        말단 수산화기를 가진 폴리락타이드와 이미다졸로 블록된 이소시아네이트를 이용한 폴리우레탄 바이오접착제의 합성 및 물성 평가

        A series of novel imidazole-blocked diisocyanate bioadhesives (IBAs) were synthesized from reaction of toluene 2, 4-diisocyanate (TDI), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), hydroxyl-terminated polylactide (HO-PLA-OH), 1,1,1-trimethylolpropane (TMP), and imidazole. Synthesis of IBAs was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) revealed that the TDI-based IBA had lower thermal dissociation temperature and a faster deblocking rate than IBA based on IPDI. Hydroxyl-terminated polyurethane (HPU) was introduced to study the adhesive effect of the synthesized IBAs. Improvement on elastic modulus, tensile strength and water resistance of IBA-modified HPU in comparison with neat HPU suggested the good adhesive effect of IBA due to the strong chemical reaction between released NCO groups from IBA and hydroxyl groups from HPU.

        A Study on Fracture Behavior at the Composite Plates of CFRP and Aluminum Bonded with Sandwich Type

        The weight of machinery such as the aircraft, automobiles etc., has a great impact on the consumption of fuel and electricity. Thus, we have been researching on the enhanced design to make the weight of aircraft and automobile lighter. It is quite important and urgent to enhance the overall performance for the purpose of significantly reducing the weight of the machine. The aim of this study is to analyze the mechanical behavior of the aluminum plate sandwich and the carbon fiber reinforced plastic sandwich and aluminum foam specimen through the compression simulation analysis. In experiment, the maximum load of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic sandwich was 49.15 kN, the maximum load of the aluminum sandwich was approximately 51.2 kN, the maximum load of the aluminum foam specimen was 3.27 kN while the load cell moved 12 mm as the rigid displacement. It was affirmed that the results of simulation and experiment were very similar. In simulation, the maximum equivalent stress of carbon fiber reinforced plastic sandwich was larger than the equivalent stress of aluminum plate sandwich. The analysis and the experimental results obtained from this study could be applied in many areas employing CFRP and aluminum plate.

        MoRBP9 Encoding a Ran-Binding Protein Microtubule-Organizing Center Is Required for Asexual Reproduction and Infection in the Rice Blast Pathogen Magnaporthe oryzae

        Like many fungal pathogens, the conidium and appressorium play key roles during polycyclic dissemination and infection of Magnaporthe oryzae. Ran-binding protein microtubule-organizing center (RanBPM) is a highly conserved nucleocytoplasmic protein. In animalia, RanBPM has been implicated in apoptosis, cell morphology, and transcription. However, the functional roles of RanBPM, encoded by MGG_00753 (named MoRBP9) in M. oryzae, have not been elucidated. Here, the deletion mutant ΔMorbp9 for MoRBP9 was generated via homologous recombination to investigate the functions of this gene. The ΔMorbp9 exhibited normal conidial germination and vegetative growth but dramatically reduced conidiation compared with the wild type, suggesting that MoRBP9 is involved in conidial production. ΔMorbp9 conidia failed to produce appressoria on hydrophobic surfaces, whereas ΔMorbp9 still developed aberrantly shaped appressorium-like structures at hyphal tips on the same surface, suggesting that MoRBP9 is involved in the morphology of appressorium- like structures from hyphal tips and is critical for development of appressorium from germ tubes. Taken together, our results indicated that MoRBP9 played a pleiotropic role in polycyclic dissemination and infection- related morphogenesis of M. oryzae.

        Hierarchical Real-Time MAC Protocol for (m,k)-firm Stream in Wireless Sensor Networks

        In wireless sensor networks (WSNs), both efficient energy management and Quality of Service (QoS) are important issues for some applications. For creating robust networks, real-time services are usually employed to satisfy the QoS requirements. In this paper, we proposed a hierarchical real-time MAC (medium access control) protocol for (m,k)-firm constraint in wireless sensor networks shortly called HRTS-MAC. The proposed HRTS-MAC protocol is based on a dynamic priority assignment by (m,k)-firm constraint. In a tree structure topology, the scheduling algorithm assigns uniform transmitting opportunities to each node. The paper also provides experimental results and comparison of the proposed protocol with E_DBP scheduling algorithm.

        Teaching unawareness: the curriculum of desire and love in the risk society

        We are living in a world risk society where different forms of risk have become a part of daily life, such as energy crisis, financial crisis, global terrorism, and ecological crisis. Beck (World risk society, Polity Press, Cambridge, 1999) argues that knowing about 'unawareness' might provide another way for us to reconsider the problems of the risk society. This paper focuses on the discussions of the unawareness of the social practices of desire, because it may be the key point of the neoliberal world that has the strongest influence in this world. There are three main parts in this article. The first discusses the interlinked relationship between the risk society and desire, and the unawareness of the social practices of desire. Unawareness is identified according to three aspects: dualism, individualism, and rationalism. The second part focuses on the discussion of the possible ways to solve the three aspects of unawareness, for example, co-presence, holistic epistemology, and compassion. Finally, three suggestions are proposed for the future curriculum: reconstructing the subject-centered knowledge, the curriculum of desire, and the curriculum of love.

        Performance Study for S-MAC in Wireless Sensor Networks

        Efficient energy management is a very important issue in wireless sensor network since wireless sensor nodes are usually battery-powered. Recently, S-MAC protocol based on low duty-cycle has been proposed to reduce energy consumption. Even though research effort has been made to evaluate performance of S-MAC by conducting various simulations, however, some important simulation parameters are not well evaluated yet. In this paper, we identify the performance of S-MAC under different amount of streams and different patterns such as data rate and traffic. Through analyzing the simulation results, we discover weakness of S-MAC as well as analyze impact of amount of streams and packet pattern.

        A Real-Time MAC Protocol with Extended Backoff Scheme for Wireless Sensor Networks

        Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are formed by a great quantity of sensor nodes, which are consisted of battery-powered and some tiny devices. In WSN, both efficient energy management and Quality of Service (QoS) are important issues for some applications. Real-time services are usually employed to satisfy QoS requirements in critical environment. This paper proposes a real-time MAC (Medium Access Control) protocol with extended backoff scheme for wireless sensor networks. The basic idea of the proposed protocol employs (m,k)-firm constraint scheduling which is to adjust the contention window (CW) around the optimal value for decreasing the dynamic failure and reducing collisions DBP (Distant Based Priority). In the proposed protocol, the scheduling algorithm dynamically assigns uniform transmitting opportunities to each node. Numerical results reveal the effect of the proposed backoff mechanism.
