        Dieulafoy’s lesion is very rare cause of gastrointestinal bleeding, Deiulafoy’s lesion is exposure of non ulcerative, abnormally large tortuous, thick- walled artery in the muscularis mucosa through a small submucosal defect. It is usullay found on stomach antrum and lesser curvature side of the proximal body, and possibly found on any sites throughout whole gastrointestinal tract, but rarely on rectum. The principal of treating Dieulafoy’s lesion was the surgical resection of lesion, but recently remarkable advances in endoscopic technique make endoscopic approach more popular. We report a case of rectal Dieulafoy’s lesion successfully treated with endoscopic hemoclipping in an elderly female patient.

        放射性核種의 大氣放出로 인한 集團線量 評價

        방사성핵종의 대기방출로 인한 인근주민의 연간 집단선량을 대기확산모델과 USNRC에서 제안된 지상먹이연쇄모델을 결부시켜 AIRDOS-EPA전산코드를 사용하여 평가하였다. 평가결과는 전신의 경우, 3.348×10 -1 man-rem으로 GASPAR전산코드에 의해 계산된 값과 다소 차이가 있었으나 갑성선의 경우, 84.95man-rem으로 낮게 평가되었다. Annual collective dose within 50 miles radius of Ko-ri I reactor site due to normal airborne effluent discharges in 1979 has been estimated by AIRDOS-EPA computer code. Gaussian plume equation is used for estimation of both horizontal and vertical dispersion of radionuclide release into the atmosphere. Also, radionuclide concentrations in meat, milk, and fresh produce consumed by near-by population are estimated by coupling the output of the atmospheric transport models with the USNRC terrestrial food chain models. Annual collective doses are found to be 3.348×10 -1 whole body man-rem and 84.95 thyroid man-rem Whole body man-rem calculated by AIRDOS-EPA computer code do not differ greatly from that calculated by GASPAR computer code, but value for thyroid man-rem have been estimated lower than that calculated by GASPAR computer code.

        This presentation focus on the way of show to spread wheelchair dance sport among disabled people and integrate wheelchair dance sport in recreational and in competitive way into korea as well as International Paralymic Committee Wheelchair dance sport. Today, There is a little resource at this moment event hough when the first International competition in Wheelchair dance sport took place in Sweden on 1977. because Wheelchair dance sport was the latest sport to become an "IPC sport" in 1998. Wheelchair dancing emanated from ballroom dancing associated with dancers who were not disabled. It can be to participate all kind of different disabled people with wheelchair to join Wheelchair dance sport which is so social and recreational at the same time, combi-dance is a natural way for the disabled person to interact with a person without a disability. In wheelchair dance sport both partners are equal in all fields of psychological, social, and physical rehabilitation when developing the action of motion. Actually, Wheelchair dance sport is the new way to integrate with a disability and without disability as well as inter disability. It seem to new method in a form of social hobby with disabled person to interact with a person without a disability. The most important goal in wheelchair dance sport is to direct the efforts of work for close contact disabled people to improve every day life skill and their health, social relationship with able body.

      • 운동 종료 후의 당질·단백질·지질의 혼합물 섭취가 근 글리코겐 회복에 미치는 효과

        In this study 8 male athletes and 8 female athletes for matches requiring endurance were examined for the purpose of comparison and analysis on the effect of absorption of sugars and effect of absorption of sugars+protein+fats restoration of muscular glycogen after elapse of 4 hours subsequent to closing 90 minutes exercise. (Amount of energy absorbed was same). Examinees were tested with 3 kinds of performance such as CPF Performance whereby they were made to take ① sugars (0.75 g/㎏) and protein (0.1g/㎏) and fats (0.02 g/㎏) after elapse of 1 hour subsequent to long hours of exercise and CHO Performance whereby examines were made to take ② sugars (1g/㎏) alone and Performance whereby they were made to take ③ placebo (which does not contain any sugars, protein or fats). Also the examinees took meals which had same amount of energy and nitrogen during the Performance on the date prior to experiment or on the date of experiment. Women during the exercise showed significantly higher rate of oxidation of fats, basic element of energy than that of men. In CHO Performance and CPF Performance value of blood sugar and density of insulin were significantly higher in comparison with performance with placebo. At such cases there was no difference between different genders. Same kind of phenomena were confirmed with restoration of muscular glycogen. From such fact it could be observed that absorption of fats alone and absorption of sugars+protein+fats in comparison with absorption of placebo after exercise promoted relatively higher level of restoration of muscular glycogen for both men and women.

        Started from England in 1895, National Trust in Japan was inaugurated in 1968 as a foundation. This study offers some conditions or National-Trust-oriented Korean environmental organizations to be established in the future, as follows: 1. The programs to improve people's understanding in the National Trust, which make people participate in the organization voluntarily, should be developed. 2. The necessity of an environmental organization like National Trust should be understood correctly by sufficient publicity activities to increase the interest on the environment conservation with National Trust. 3. It is required to have experts at each departments, namely, for historical environment as well as ecological and landscape environment. 4. A fund should be raised for the financial aspect. 5. The lawful system should be set up and aligned. so that data could be worked together with the governmental facilities and other relevant organizations.

This system allows interactive access to a global dynamic view of the campus with the ability of interrogation, evaluation, and communication of the campus data management which relate to the fabric of the campus, its utility infrastructure or its inhabitants.

        여자 창던지기 도움닫기 최종 1보 착지와 릴리즈 국면의 운동학적 분석

        S. M. HONG, Y. S. LEE, T. S. Kim. The Kinematic Analysis of the Last Stride Landing and Release Phase in the Woman Javelin. Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 14, No. 1, pp. 51-63, 2004. The purpose of this study was to investigate a three dimensional kinematic variables about the last stride and the release phase of the throwing technique for female javelin throwers. For the motion analysis, Six female javelin throwers were used as subjects. Three-dimensional coordinates were collected using the Kwon3D Motion Analysis Package Version 2.1 Program. Two S-VHS Video Cameras were used to record the locations and orientations of control object and the performances of the subjects at a frequency of 6.0 HZ. After the kinematic variables such as the time, the distance, the velocity, and the angle were analyzed about the last stride and release phase, the followings were achieved; 1. For the effectively javelin throwing, the subjects appeared to do long the approach time in the phasel of landing phase, and short the delivery time in release phase 2. In the release event, the other subjects except for subject A appeared to throwing in the lower condition than the height of themselves. This result showed to slow the projecion velocity. 3. For increase the projection vcelocity of the upper extremity joint in the release event, it appeared to do extend rather the shoulder angle than increase the extension of elbow joint. 4. The body of COG angle showed to gradually increase nearly at the vertical axis in the release event. But the front lean angle of trunk showed a small angle compare to increase of the body of COG angle. Therefore for the effectively momentum transmission of the whole body in the javelin, the front and back lean angle of trunk appeared to do fastly transfer the angle displacement in the arch posture or the crescent condition during the deliverly motion of the release phase.

      • 콩나물의 asparagine 함량에 미치는 요인 구명

        알코올의 숙취해독에 뛰어난 효과가 있는 것으로 알려진 sparagine은 콩나물의 뿌리에 함량이 가장 많은 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구논문에서는 콩나물 뿌리 발생에 미치는 재배실의 온도, 일당 관수횟수, 재배일수 및 동일용기에 사용한 콩 량에 대한 영향을 조사하여 얻어진 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 아가통과 풍산나물콩의 수율은 재배일수에 따라 경시적으로 증가하였으며, 재배실 온도가 20℃에서 보다 30℃에서 높았으며, 콩나물의 수율은 5회 관수, 8일 재배시 가장 높았다. 2. 아가콩과 풍산나물콩의 콩나물 부위별 건물중의 비율은 자엽이 가장 많았고 뿌리가 가장 낮았으며, 재배실 온도가 20℃에서 보다 30℃에서 비율이 더 높았다. 3. 아가콩의 sparagine 함량은 재배실 온도 30℃에서 5회 관수 8일 재배한 하배축에서 18.9%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 4. 풍산나물콩의 sparagine 함량은 재배일수가 길수록, 재배온도가 높은 경우 높았으며, 하배축에서 가장 높았고, 30℃에서 2회 관수 8일 재배시 하배축에서 18.8%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 5. 아가콩은 300g, 풍산나물콩은 500g 치상시 수율이 가장 높았으며, 잔뿌리의 수는 아가콩과 풍산나물콩 모두 치상량이 증가함에 따라 증가하는 경향이었다. It is known that the content of asparagine, an excellent detoxifying substance of alcohols in human body, is the highest in the roots of soy-sprout. At the same time, it is inferred that soy-sprouts producing more roots are better for detoxifying. In this experiment, the effects of room temperatures on number of watering per day, and duration of soy-sprout culture were carefully investigated. Some of the results obtained are as follows; 1. The yield rate of soy-sprouts for Agakong and Pungsannamulkong was continuously increased up to 9 days. It was higher in room temperature of 30℃ than in 20℃ and was the highest at 8th day of culture with 5 times of watering per day. 2. The asparagine content in soy-sprouts of Agakong and Pungsannamulkong was the highest in cotyledon and the lowest in roots. This rate was higher in the room temperature of 20℃ than in 30℃. 3. The highest asparagine content of soy-sprout of Agakong was 18.9%, obtained in the room temperature of 30℃, cultivated for 8 days with 5 times of watering per day. 4. The highest asparagine content of Pungsannamulkong was 18.8%, obtained in hypocotyl cultivated in the room temperature of 30℃ for 8 days with the number of 2 times watering per day. 5. When an cultivation apparatus of 5 liters volume was used, the optimum seed amount for the highest yield rate was 300g for Agakong and 500g for Pungsannamulkong. At the same time, the number of lateral roots showed increasing tendency with more amounts of soybean seeds used.
