1960년을 전후한 시기에 아베 고보(安部公房)는 대중을 향한 전위적 표현의 직재적인 전달, 이에 호응하는 형태로 이루어진 예술성과 대중성의 지양, 또는 그 결과로서 요구되어지는 예술의 종합화를 텔레비전이라는 새로운 시청각 미디어에 기대하고 있었다. 그는 주로 각본 집필을 통해 수많은 TV드라마 제작에 관여하였는데, 1962년 7월 14일부터 11월 24일에 걸쳐 방영된 「전위 드라마 시리즈: 바라시는 대로(お氣に召すまま)」에서는 기획·구성·감수·원안을 담당하는 등 시리즈 제작 전반을 책임지게 된다. 그런데 본 시리즈 방영 중에 스폰서로부터 불평불만을 듣게 되는 일이 발생하였다. 이에 아베 고보는 스폰서라는 존재를 희화화한 드라마 「몬스터(モンスタ一)」를 만든다. 1962년 11월 16일에 방송된 「몬스터」에는 자본주의와 소비사회에 대한 비평성이 눈에 띄는 동시에 뮤지컬이나 코미디 요소를 도입한 예술의 종합화에 의해 예술성과 대중성을 지양하고자 한 흔적이 엿보이는데, 이러한 드라마의 의도는 시청자에게 그다지 전달되지 못한 채로 무수한 비판을 받게 된다. 하지만 TV 제작 현장에서 스폰서의 존재와 직면한 후 이를 드라마의 소재로 등장시켜 상대화했다는 점에서 「전위 드라마 시리즈: 바라시는 대로」「몬스터」는 아베 고보의 텔레비전 활동에 있어 매우 중요한 의미를 지닌다고 할 수 있다. In the period around 1960, Abe Kobo was looking forward to a new audiovisual media called television in that the direct delivery of avant-garde expression toward the public, the sublation of artistry and popularity, or the synthesis of art. He was involved in the production of many TV dramas mainly through screenwriting. In the series "Avant drama series: As you like(Okini mesu mama)" which was broadcasted from July 14 to November 24, 1962, he was responsible for the overall production of the series including planning, composition, supervision and original bill. However, there was a claim from the sponsor during the airing of this series. Abe Kobo creates a drama "Monster" that shows the existence of a sponsor. "Monster" which was broadcasted on November 16, 1962, showed remarkable criticism of capitalism and consumer society, while at the same time showing signs of suppressing artistry and popularity by integrating arts that introduced musicals and comedy elements. It can be said that "As you like" and "monster" have a very important meaning in the television activities of Abe Kobo in that he confronted the presence of sponsors in TV production site and relativized them as material of the drama.

<▼1><P>Birds and mammals, phylogenetically close amniotes with similar post-gastrula development, exhibit little conservation in their post-fertilization cleavage patterns. Data from the mouse suggest that cellular morphogenesis and molecular signaling at the cleavage stage play important roles in lineage specification at later (blastula and gastrula) stages. Very little is known, however, about cleavage-stage chick embryos, owing to their poor accessibility. This period of chick development takes place before egg-laying and encompasses several fundamental processes of avian embryology, including zygotic gene activation (ZGA) and blastoderm cell-layer increase. We have carried out morphological and cellular analyses of cleavage-stage chick embryos covering the first half of pre-ovipositional development, from Eyal-Giladi and Kochav stage (EGK-) I to EGK-V. Scanning electron microscopy revealed remarkable subcellular details of blastomere cellularization and subgerminal cavity formation. Phosphorylated RNA polymerase II immunostaining showed that ZGA in the chick starts at early EGK-III during the 7th to 8th nuclear division cycle, comparable with the time reported for other yolk-rich vertebrates (e.g. zebrafish and <I>Xenopus</I>). The increase in the number of cell layers after EGK-III is not a direct consequence of oriented cell division. Finally, we present evidence that, as in the zebrafish embryo, a yolk syncytial layer is formed in the avian embryo after EGK-V. Our data suggest that several fundamental features of cleavage-stage development in birds resemble those in yolk-rich anamniote species, revealing conservation in vertebrate early development. Whether this conservation lends morphogenetic support to the anamniote-to-amniote transition in evolution or reflects developmental plasticity in convergent evolution awaits further investigation.</P></▼1><▼2><P><B>Summary:</B> Early chick embryos share previously unappreciated features with anamniote embryos such as the timing of zygotic gene activation and yolk syncytial layer formation.</P></▼2>

We propose a novel collision-avoidance algorithm for the active type RFID regarding an indoor tracking system. Several well-known collision avoidance algorithms are analyzed considering the adequacy for the indoor tracking system. We prove the superiority of the slotted ALOHA in comparison with CSMA for short and fixed length packets like an ID message in RFID. Observed results show that they are not applicable for active type RFID in terms of energy efficiency. Putting these all together, we propose a dedicated collision avoidance algorithm considering the unique features of the indoor tracking system. The proposed method includes a scheduled tag access period (STAP) as well as a random tag access period (RTAP) to address both of the static and dynamic characteristics of the system. The system parameters are determined through a quantitative analysis of the throughput and energy efficiency. Especially, some mathematical techniques have been deployed to obtain the optimal slot count for RTAP. Finally, simulation results are provided to illustrate the performance of the proposed method with variations of the parameters.
