        초등 저경력교사에 필요한 행정업무역량과 보유도 및 교육요구 분석

        이 연구는 초등학교 저경력교사에게 필요한 행정업무역량을 조사 분석하고, 저경력교사의 행정업무역량 보유도와 교육요구를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 교사역량 관련 선행연구와 관련 법령, 연수 프로그램에서 행정업무역량을 추출해낸 후 FGI(Focus Group Interview)와 설문지를 통해 필요한 행정업무역량군과 세부 역량을 조사 분석하고 이에 대한 정의도 내렸다. 이를 기반으로 저경력교사의 행정업무역량의 보유도와 교육요구를 분석하는 단계적 방법을 활용하였다. 연구결과 저경력교사에게 필요한 행정업무역량은 교무행정업무역량군, 관계역량군, 교직소양역량군의 세 가지 역량군으로 구분할 수 있었고, 그 아래 총 15개의 세부역량이 도출되었다. 교무행정업무역량군, 관계역량군, 교직소양역량군 등에 속한 하위 역량까지 15개의 세부역량 보유도를 분석한 결과, 저경력교사들은 ‘학교업무와 교육행정 이해 역량’, ‘업무처리 역량’, ‘비판적 사고 역량’, ‘도전정신’, ‘자율성’, ‘공직관’에 대한 보유수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 배경 변인별 집단 간 차이를 살펴보면 연령과 경력이 높은 교사, 부장교사, 1급 정교사 연수를 이수한 교사가 그렇지 않은 교사에 비해 행정업무역량보유도가 유의하게 높았다. Borich 교육 요구도 분석법과 LFM을 활용하여 저경력교사의 행정업무역량에 대한 교육요구 및 우선순위를 중복 검증한 결과, 저경력교사들은 ‘업무처리 역량’, ‘학교업무와 교육행정 이해 역량’, ‘갈등조정 역량’, ‘의사소통 역량’, ‘분석적 사고 역량’에 대해 높은 교육요구를 가진 것으로 확인되었다. The purpose of this research is to analyze administrative task competencies(ATC) required from the elementary novice teachers and analyze their possession of ATC and educational needs. The findings show that ATC were categorized into three groups of competencies for the school task administration, relationships, and knowledge of the teaching profession. There were total 15 detailed sub-competencies among the three groups. This research analyzed the possession level of the 15 detailed competencies among the novice teachers and found that they had a low level of competencies for understanding the school affairs and educational administration, processing the works, doing critical thinking, having a challenging spirit, having autonomy, holding a viewpoint of public office. This research examined differences between groups according to the background variables and found that the possession level of ATC was significantly higher among the teachers with older age and longer career than those with younger age and shorter career, among head teachers than common teachers, and among the teachers that completed first level in-service training for regular teachers than those who did not(p<.001). By using Borich s analysis method of educational needs and LFM, the investigator tested in duplication the short-career teachers educational needs and priorities for ATC and found that they had high educational needs for competencies for work handling, understanding of school affairs and educational administration, conflict mediation, communication, and analytical thinking. This present research identified ATC required from short-career teachers, analyzed their perceived importance and possession level, educational needs, and priorities of ATC, and provided a direction for teachers education to reinforce the ATC of short-career teachers in the future, thus holding its significance.

      • 과산화수소 분해 촉매 담지 조건에 따른 촉매 유효 수명 상대 비교

        일반적으로 단일추력기는 궤도 위에서 오랜 시간 머무르며 펄스 및 정상 작동 모드를 통해 궤도를 유지하는 역할을 한다. 단일추력기용 촉매는 자세제어에 요구되는 속도 증분을 신속히 제공할 수 있도록 높은 신뢰성을 확보하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 촉매의 유효 수명이 충분히 확보되어야만 긴 임무 시간 동안 주어진 유량을 분해할 수 있다. 충분한 촉매 유효 수명 확보를 위해 촉매 담지 조건 선정에 유의할 필요가 있다. 촉매 담지 조건은 촉매 활성물질과 촉매 제작 공정에 따라 달라진다. 본 연구에서는 이산화망간 촉매, 열처리한 이산화망간 촉매와 이산화망간 납 촉매의 촉매 유효 수명을 상대 비교하였다. 총 1분 동안 50 N 급 과산화수소 단일추력기 발사 시험을 통해 각 촉매의 유효수명을 측정하였다. 실험 결과 이산화망간이 가장 촉매 유효 수명이 길었으며, 과산화수소 단일추진제 추력기의 촉매로 실험군 중 가장 적합한 것으로 판단되었다. A monopropellant thruster play a role to maneuver the orbit of a space vehicle for a long period of time with a pulse and steady operation. A catalyst using in the thruster should offer outstanding reliability to provide the velocity increment required for long duration time. The longer catalyst effective life is advantageous to fully decompose the given mass flow rate using the mission. Thus it is necessary to examine the catalyst loading methods for improving the effective life of the catalyst. The catalyst loading is dependent on catalyst active material and manufacturing process. In this study, the catalyst effective life was relatively compared among the candidates; manganese dioxide catalyst, heat-treated manganese dioxide catalyst and manganese dioxide lead catalyst. The catalyst effective life of each catalyst was compared using 50N hydrogen peroxide monopropellant thruster firing test for one minute. Manganese dioxide catalyst is the most suitable for hydrogen peroxide monopropellant thruster because it has longer catalyst effective life.

        Impact factor surge in Korean medical journals during the COVID-19 era: a bibliometric study

        Purpose: The multiyear COVID-19 pandemic has affected the volume and speed of publications in scientific journals. This study evaluated trends in the impact measures of international medical journals published in Korea, including the journal impact factor (JIF). Methods: We selected Science Citation Index Expanded journals with the country/region set to Korea and the academic category classified as “clinical medicine” in Journal Citation Reports. Trends in indicators such as the JIF and Journal Citation Indicator (JCI) were assessed for journals with JIF information from 2018 to 2022. Ratios and differences between the measures were calculated to determine the extent of the change. Results: We identified 43 journals, and the average JIF of those journals increased from 2.33 in 2018 and 2.50 in 2019 to 3.45 in 2020 and 3.86 in 2021. Other measures, such as the 5-year JIF and JCI, steadily increased, and the proportion of gold open access journals also increased significantly. However, the JCI and Eigenfactor scores remained steady or showed relatively small increases. Furthermore, impact measures declined in 2022, including a JIF decrease to 3.55. Conclusion: We presented trends in quantitative measurements for international medical journals in Korea, and found an overall increase. Journals need to maintain a rigorous publication process to improve the quality of their research and the research community needs to exercise caution when using quantitative measures to evaluate journals. Further research is required to examine the quantitative indicators of journals, including their publication policies, research topics, and long-term trends.

      • DNA Barcording of Blueberry Gall Midge Dasineura oxycoccana (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae)

        The blueberry gall midge, Dasineura oxycoccana (Johnson), was recently invaded into Korea, which causes serious damage to blueberries. In the blueberry production regions, the gall midge affects most blueberry varieties, Vaccinium spp., such as rabbiteye and highbush blueberries, causing substantial yield loss by damaging flower and leaf buds. Last year we investigated and collected the midges in the blueberry farms from Korea and USA (New Jersey and Georgia). To confirm inter- and intra-specifc variations of D. oxycoccana, we tested COI DNA barcode using 180 collective individuals plus 37 GenBank references including other Dasineura species. As results, we found the same haplotype from 126 individuals in Korea, USA, and Canada. Most of the remaining haplotypes were closely related to the former, whereas there were 7 unique haplotypes genetically very distant from the major haplotype. Especially, the two haplotypes in Cheonan, Korea, were genetically farthest from the major, and the existence of two different species in New Jersey and Sunchang were confirmed. We would present haplotype diversity and geographic relationships of D. oxycoccana.

      • Preliminary population genetics study of blueberry gall midge Dasineura oxycoccana (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae) from Korea and USA

        To compare genetic characteristic and differentiation between Dasineura oxycoccana populations, we collected 20 local samples from Korea and USA between 2012 and 2013. We established population genetics from Principal component analysis (PCA) and STRUCTURE using newly developed 12 microsatellites for 362 individuals. PCA results showed that Korean populations were divided into three genetically different groups. Correspondingly, STRUCTURE results indicated that Korean populations had at least three different genetic origins, which was totally different from USA populations. Among them, two populations occurring in Heongseong and Cheonan seemed to have species-level difference when matching with previous DNA barcoding result.

      • Development and characterization of 12 microsatellite loci from blueberry gall midge Dasineura oxycoccana (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae)

        The blueberry gall midge, Dasineura oxycoccana (Johnson), which has been recently introduced into Korea, is a notorious pest on blueberries. This invasive insect has rapidly spread throughout Korea including Jeju island. So far, we have no epidemic information, such as invasion routes and subsequent dispersal rates in Korea. To understand population genetics of D. oxycoccana, we have developed 12 novel microsatellite loci. To obtain its sequence data, the next generation sequencing was performed using mixed individuals collected from Korea and USA. The developed loci were polymorphic, with 6 to 16 alleles in 35 individuals from a single population of Hwaseong. The analyses revealed that all 35 individuals had different multilocus genotypes with heterozygosity ranging from 0.568 to 0.790. These markers will facilitate population genetic studies of D. oxycoccana.
