<P>We present the electronic characterization of single-layer 1H-TaSe2 grown by molecular beam epitaxy using a combined angle-resolved photoeinission spectroscopy, scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy, and density functional theory calculations. We demonstrate that 3 x 3 charge-density-wave (CDW) order persists despite distinct changes in the low energy electronic. structure highlighted by the reduction in the number of-bands crossing the Fermi energy and the corresponding modification Of Fermi surface topology. Enhanced, spin-orbit coupling and lattice distortion in the single-layer play a crucial role in the formation of CDW order. Our findings provide a deeper understanding of the nature of COW order in the two-dimensional limit.</P>

Identifying material parameters that affect magnetic properties of ferromagnets is key to optimize materials better suited for spintronics applications. Here, we propose an effective hole doping method to modulate the magnetic anisotropy of a van der Waals ferromagnet, and explore the physical origin of this effect. Experimental measurements of the doping and thickness dependent magnetic properties of thin Fe3-xGeTe2 show a significant suppression of the magnetic anisotropy with hole doping. From the measured and calculated doping dependent electronic structure, we find that the energy gain by the spin-orbit induced band splitting is reduced by the chemical potential shift associated with hole doping, which in turn reduce the magnetic anisotropy energy. The identified mechanism provides an understanding of the doping induced modulation of magnetic properties in Fe3GeTe2 thin films.
Temperature-Dependent Electron–Electron Interaction in Graphene on SrTiO3

<P>The electron band structure of graphene on SrTiO3 substrate has been investigated as a function of temperature. The high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission study reveals that the spectral width at Fermi energy and the Fermi velocity of graphene on SrTiO3 are comparable to those of graphene on a BN substrate. Near the charge neutrality, the energy-momentum dispersion of graphene exhibits a strong deviation from the well-known linearity, which is magnified as temperature decreases. Such modification resembles the characteristics of enhanced electron electron interaction. Our results not only suggest that SrTiO3 can be a plausible candidate as a substrate material for applications in graphene-based electronics but also provide a possible route toward the realization of a new type of strongly correlated electron phases in the prototypical two-dimensional system via the manipulation of temperature and a proper choice of dielectric substrates.</P>

Kiosk is a self-service technology that enables customers to select and purchase products themselves without encountering service providers, providing convenience to consumers, and reducing labor costs for businesses. However, there are few studies on the consumer experience in the service situation where Kiosk is provided for consumers. Therefore, this study examines the effect of the interaction between perceived waiting time and technology anxiety on the intention to use Kiosk and the impact of the co-consumers who moderates this relationship, and then, investigates the effect of perceived control that mediates this relationship. An experimental study has been conducted to test the hypotheses. As a result, technology anxiety moderated the effect of perceived waiting time on the intention to use Kiosk. In addition, this relationship was found to be moderated according to the presence or absence of co-consumers, and the moderated moderation effect was significantly mediated by perceived control. The results of this study provide marketing practitioners with how technology anxiety can be reduced their negative effect on consumers when using Kiosk, that is, how users can enhance perceived control.

With the development of information and communication technology, new types of sexual crimes are occurring such as the "Nth room case". In general, profiling techniques have been presented to identify criminals or criminal groups to prevent cybercrime. However, it is difficult to secure data that can identify the characteristics of criminals due to the nature of digital sexual crimes that cleverly exploit victims" psychology by using foreign SNS and messengers which anonymity is guaranteed. In addition, screening potential criminals can cause problems related to human rights violations, and type 1 errors in the profiling process can treat innocent citizens as potential criminals, getting the wrong person. In this paper, we present a framework based on the routine activity theory, to detect vulnerable users, for preventing digital sexual crimes. We introduce a way to create an RNN-based vulnerable users classifier by learning the victims" SNS posts and utilize the classifier in practice. It encourages the vulnerable users to avoid criminals by recognizing that they are exposed to sexual crimes, and guides countermeasures in case of crimes so that investigators may help to quickly collect evidence and arrest the perpetrators.
