The gastrointestinal motility is regulated by extrinsic and intrinsic neural regulation. Intrinsic neural pathways are controlled by sensory input, inter-neuronal relay and motor output. Enteric motor neurons release many transmitters which affect post-junctional responses. Post-junctional responses can be excitatory and inhibitory depending on neurotransmitters. Excitatory neurotransmitters induce depolarization and contraction. In contrast, inhibitory neurotransmitters hyperpolarize and relaxe the gastrointestinal smooth muscle. Smooth muscle syncytium is composed of smooth muscle cells, interstitial cells of Cajal and platelet- derived growth factor receptor α-positive (PDGFRα+) cells (SIP syncytium). Specific expression of receptors and ion channels in these cells can be affected by neurotransmitters. In recent years, molecular reporter expression techniques are able to study the properties of ion channels and receptors in isolated specialized cells. In this review, we will discuss the mechanisms of ion channels to interpret the post-junctional responses in the gastrointestinal smooth muscles. (J Neurogastroenterol Motil 2013;19:426-432)

본 연구의 목적은 주요 프로스포츠팀 조직들의 젊은 성인층을 위한 마케팅 촉진 전략의 알려진 효과를 조사하는데 있다. X세대는 스포츠마케팅에 있어서 중요한 부분으로 21세에서 32살 사이의 출생집단을 말하며 전 미국인구의 17%를 차지하는 약 4700만명에 이른다. 이 연구의 대상자들은 프로 스포츠팀 조직에 있는 127명의 마케팅 책임자들로 30 MLB,30 NFL, 29 NBA, 27 NHL 그리고 11 MLS로 구성되었으며 각 기업 마케팅 책임자들이 설문지를 통해 젊은 성인 시장의 판매 촉진에 알려진 효과를 개선시킬 수 있도록 하였고 마케팅 저술지, 서적, 그리고 마케팅 촉진 전략에 관련된 이전의 연구들을 기초로 하여 작성되었다. 본 연구는 어떤 촉진전략들이 X세대시장에 접근하는데 있어서 가장 효과적인 것인가와 평균홈게임 참석과 마케팅효과 점수와의 관계, 어떤 광고와 판매촉진 전략들이 X세대 시장에 접근하는데 있어서 가장 효과적인지를 결정하기 위해 시도된다는 것이다. 시장 촉진 전략은 젊은 성인 시장에 접근하는데 있어서 가장 효과적으로 알려진 판매촉진이다. 인터넷 웹사이트는 젊은 성인시장에 접근하는데 있어 가장 효과적 광고 전략으로 인지되고 있으며, 또한 선수의 외모는 젊은 시장에 접근하는데 있어서 가장 효과적인 판매 촉진 전략으로 인지되어지고 있다.
A STUDY ON THE VALUES IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION

The purposes of this study have been to aid the students and teachers of physical education to arrive at a greater understanding of the philosophic foundations upon which the profession is based by studying the meaning and significance of the various positions of classical philosophy and by interpreting these theories in physical education. Unfortunately, a lot of students and teachers of physical education do not understand exactly what the values of physical education are. If the students and teachers of physical education want to study or teach successfully, they will have to better understand and define of the values of physical education through a study of the elements composing philosophy of physical education. Therefore, this study was an attempt to help clear up some often confusion which exists concerning the values of physical education. Based on the related literature researched for this study the following conclusion would seem to be appropriate: 1. Through participation in games and sports, male students and female students were different in the way they valued physical activities. Female students were more positive than male students in their expressed values of physical education. 2. Athlete students and nonathlete students do have different termal values and yet both groups are reasonably similar to successful professionals. Also, both athlete students and nonathlete students clearly perceived a difference between morality in sports and games and in everyday life. 3. Athlete students have better attitudes than nonathlete students. Through participation in games and sports, students gain knowledge, learn to reason, make judgments, and are placed in situations favorable to creative intelligence. 4. Athlete students are more self-realization than nonathlete students. Through participation in games and sports, students gain an understanding of their uniques and is guided in planning a program designed to help development their individual capacities.
