This paper studies the fixed-time coordinated tracking problem of second-order nonlinear multi-agent systems with unknown disturbances. Based on the fixed-time distributed observer, a non-singular terminal sliding mode protocol is proposed, which could avoid singularity and achieve exact convergence. By using graph theory and Lyapunov stability method, sufficient conditions and the upper bound of setting time for fixed-time coordinated tracking are obtained. Numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of theoretical results.
Sliding Mode Control for We-energy Based on Markovian Jumping Systems
Jingwei Hu,Qiuye Sun,Yan Zhao,Jie Hu 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2019 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.17 No.7
Sliding mode control (SMC) is a promising robust control approach for the abrupt variations in complexsystem. Energy internet (EI), as a dynamic nonlinear strong coupling system, has different operating states underdifferent operating conditions (system connection, load levels and faults, etc.). We-Energy (WE), as a basic energyunit in EI, is proposed for describing the essential characteristics and operating state of EI. According the operatingstates of EI, four operating modes of WE presented in this paper can be randomly converted, which correspond thestochastic markov process. Then, based on the coupling characteristics of EI, a set of state equations is establishedto embody the markovian jumping system (MJS) of WE. Moreover, sliding surface and contorl scheme for WEbased on MJS is designed. Finally, a numerical simulation is shown to illustrate the proposed method.

A series of novel 1, 2, 4-triazole derivatives (9a-p) have been designed and synthesized as the potential antifungal agents. All compounds were characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and LCMS. Their antifungal activities against seven human pathogenic fungi were evaluated in vitro by measuring the minimal inhibitory concentrations. Most of the tested compounds were found to be more potent against Candida albicans than the control drug fluconazole.

By utilizing dynamic event-triggered control strategy, this paper deals with consensus problem of a class of heterogeneous leader-following multi-agent systems(MASs) consisting of a high-dimensional leader system but low-dimensional following systems. A kind of observer-based consensus controllers is put forward with a dynamic event-triggered function consisting of the measurement error and a threshold based on the neighbors’ discrete states to reduce unnecessary utilization of limited communication and computation resources. Meanwhile, a dynamic variable is used to generate the event-triggered law using Input-to-State Stability(ISS) criteria. Based on this criteria, the proposed control strategy ensures stability of MASs, which fully reflects of the relationship between the external control inputs of the following systems and the internal states of the leader system and fully considered the influence of disturbances or noises on the MASs. Furthermore, the Zeno behavior for triggering time sequence is excluded. At last, a numerical simulation is provided to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the theoretical results.
State Estimation for Discrete-Time Markov Jump Linear Systems Based on Orthogonal Projective Theorem
Wei Liu,Huaguang Zhang,Zhanshan Wang,Qiuye Sun 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2012 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.10 No.5
In this paper, state estimation problem for discrete-time Markov jump linear systems is considered. Based on orthogonal projective theorem, a novel suboptimal algorithm for state estimate of discrete-time Markov jump linear systems in the sense of minimum mean square error estimate is proposed. The proposed suboptimal algorithm is recursive and finite-dimensionally computable. Computer simulations are carried out to evaluate the performance of the proposed suboptimal algorithm.

Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (L. plantarum) ST was isolated from De’ang pickled tea in Yunnan Province, China. The genomes of strain ST were fully sequenced and analyzed using the PacBio RS II sequencing system. Our previous study has shown that L. plantarum ST is a potential probiotic strain. It had strong tolerance in the simulated artificial gastrointestinal tract, and in the antagonism tests, this strain showed strong antibacterial activity. Therefore, as a probiotic, it may be used in animal breeding. L. plantarum ST genome was composed of 1 circular chromosome and 7 plasmids. The length of the whole genome was 3320817 bp, and the annular chromosome size was 3058984 bp, guanine + cytosine (G ± C) content (%) was 44.76%, which contained 2945 protein-coding sequences (CDS). This study will contribute to a further comprehensive understanding of L. Plantarum ST at the genomic level and provide a theoretical basis for its future application in animal breeding.

A series of fluconazole analogues containing1,2,3-triazole fragment have been designed and synthesizedon the basis of the active site of the cytochrome P45014a-demethylase (CYP51). Their structures were characterizedby 1H NMR, 13C NMR and LC–MS. The MIC80values indicate that the target compounds 1a–r showedhigher activities against nearly all the fungi tested to someextent except against Aspergillus fumigatus. Compounds1c, e, f, l and p showed 128 times higher activity (with theMIC80 value of 0.0039 mg/mL) than that of fluconazoleagainst Candida albicans and also showed higher activitythan that of the other positive controls.
