        AI 기술을 활용한 패션쇼핑물 앱 선호도 비교분석

        인터넷 기술의 발달로 온라인 쇼핑이 활성화되면서 전자상거래 사이트가 쇼핑의 1순위로 떠오르고 있다. 기존 중국 쇼핑앱 디자인의 현황과 특징을 파악해 앱 디자인과 소비자 사용 방향성을 제시하는 것이 연구 목적으로 연구범위와 방법을 통해 자료와 문헌에서 수집한 중국 의류쇼핑 앱의 브랜드는 핑크바 앱, 스타일 매칭 앱, 가상 탈의실 앱, 신염 앱, 패션기술 가상 맞춤 개인화 앱 등이 있다. 앱의 시각적 요소의 비교 분석, 앱이 소비자 편의에 영향을 미치는 요소, AI 기술이 앱에 적용되는 이점 등을 조사하였으며, 앱별 디자인 요소의 비교를 통해 소비자의 제품 구매에 대한 영향, 쇼핑 앱반영 순서 등은 단순한 온라인 구매를 넘어 기술을 전파하고 문화성을 높이는 중요한 요소 중 하나가 되어 인류 사회의 혁신적인 발전을 제공하였다. 쇼핑 앱이 중국 시장을 성장시켰지만, 쇼핑 앱의 시각적 요소가 단순해 자체의 제품 인지도를 형성하지 못했다는 연구결과가 나왔으며, AI 기술에서도 시뮬레이션 기능의 전방위적인 응용 시스템이 없어 AI 기능은 여전히 기술적 난점이 존재한다. 이에 따라 중국 패션쇼핑 앱은 재미와 아이디어 디자인 측면에서 자신만의 매력을 발휘해 기업의 제품 인지도와 기업의 경제적 이익에 기여하고, 소비자들에게 정서적 경험을 증대시켜 쇼핑 생활을 풍요롭게 하고 있다. With the development of Internet technology, online shopping has been activated, and e-commerce sites are emerging as the top shopping list. The purpose of the research is to identify the current status and characteristics of existing Chinese shopping app designs and present the direction of consumer use. The brands of Chinese clothing shopping apps collected from data and literature through research scope and method include pink bar apps, style matching apps, virtual dressing room apps, new salt apps, and fashion technology virtual fitting custom apps. It examines the comparative analysis of visual elements of the app, the factors that affect convenience for consumers, and the advantages of AI technology being applied to the app. Through the comparison of design elements by app, the influence of consumers' product purchases and the order of reflection of shopping apps became one of the important factors that spread technology and enhance cultural beyond simple online purchases, providing innovative progress in human society. Although shopping apps have grown the Chinese market, studies have shown that the visual elements of shopping apps are simple, so they have not formed their own brand image. Even in AI technology, AI intelligence still has technical difficulties because there is no all-round application system with simulation intelligence. Accordingly, Chinese fashion shopping apps are enriching shopping life by showing their own charm in fun and idea design, contributing to the brand image of companies and economic interests of companies, and increasing emotional experiences for consumers.

        Pycnogenol attenuates atherosclerosis by regulating lipid metabolism through the TLR4–NF-κB pathway

        Atherosclerosis is a leading cause of death worldwide and is characterized by lipid-laden foam cell formation. Recently,pycnogenol (PYC) has drawn much attention because of its prominent effect on cardiovascular disease (CVD). However, its protective effect against atherosclerosis and the underlying mechanism remains undefined. Here PYC treatment reduced areas of plaque and lipid deposition in atherosclerotic mice, concomitant with decreases in total cholesterol and triglyceride levels and increases in HDL cholesterol levels, indicating a potential antiatherosclerotic effect of PYC through the regulation of lipid levels. Additionally, PYC preconditioning markedly decreased foam cell formation and lipid accumulation in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated human THP-1 monocytes. A mechanistic analysis indicated that PYC decreased the lipid-related protein expression of adipose differentiation-related protein (ADRP) and adipocyte lipid-binding protein (ALBP/aP2) in a dose-dependent manner. Further analysis confirmed that PYC attenuated LPS-induced lipid droplet formation via ADRP and ALBP expression through the Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) pathway, because pretreatment with anti-TLR4 antibody or a specific inhibitor of NF-κB (PDTC) strikingly mitigated the LPS-induced increase in ADRP and ALBP. Together, our results provide insight into the ability of PYC to attenuate bacterial infection-triggered pathological processes associated with atherosclerosis. Thus PYC may be a potential lead compound for the future development of antiatherosclerotic CVD therapy.

        Study on the Evolution Law of Sandstone Porosity under Soaking-Drying Cycles

        In view of the problem whereby the rock masses in water-level fluctuation zones of reservoir banks are susceptible to deterioration due to soaking-drying cycles, the sandstone of a typical landslide in the Three Gorges Reservoir area is selected as the test object to determine the ion concentration of an immersion solution and rock sample via periodic water-rock microscopic images, quantitative back analysis of the porosity changes caused by the dissolution of rock minerals under soaking-drying cycles, and evaluation of the sandstone porosity evolution. The results show that, 1) in the first two soaking-drying cycles, the generation rate of each ion is relatively high, and after 6 soaking-drying cycles, the ion generation rate tends to remain stable. 2) The volume reduction in calcite is the largest, followed by that in albite and potash feldspar. 3) Small porosity changes result in a considerable decrease in the compressive strength. 4) Sandstone porosity increase leads to an increase in rock pores, which is manifested as a deterioration of the macroscopic rock mechanical properties. Relevant research results could provide a reliable data basis for the study of large-scale reservoir bank slope protection and geological disaster evaluation and prediction.

      • Multi-objective Remanufacturing Supply Chain Optimization Problem with Dual Stochastic Programming

        The successful implementation of remanufacturing supply chain not only needs foundation engineering technology, but also needs the efficient supply chain model to support logistics network. But till now, the optimization problems of supply chain logistics network focus on the determination for the number and location of facilities and logistics distribution between the various facilities. Except for the decisive factors, the optimization problem of remanufacturing supply chain logistics network considers the environmental pollution factors the waste product returns and transportation. The market demand and waste product returns are actually uncertain in remanufacturing supply chain. There is few papers focus on dual uncertain factors although there are lots of studies on the problems. Therefore, based on dual stochastic programming, the optimization model of multi-phase multi-objective remanufacturing supply chain is established with maximum profit in the remanufacturing supply chain, maximum rapid response customer satisfaction and minimum environmental pollution. Dual-layer genetic algorithm mechanism was brought up. The first layer algorithm is responsible for supply chain logistics network structure. The second layer algorithm determines specific distributions for remanufacturing supply chain, based on optimized logistics network structure mechanism in the first layer algorithm. Finally, numerical examples demonstrate the validity of the model and algorithm for the optimization problem.
