The main purpose of this paper is to introduce a pair new class of primal and dual problem associated with an operator. We prove the sufficient optimality theorem, weak duality theorem and strong duality theorem for these problems. The equivalence between the generalized optimization problems and the generalized variational inequality problems is studied in ordered topological vector space modeled in Hilbert spaces. We introduce the concept of partial differential associated (PDA)-operator, PDA-vector function and PDA-antisymmetric function to show the existence of a new class of function called, ($T_{\eta};{\xi}_{\theta}$)-invex functions. We discuss first and second kind of ($T_{\eta};{\xi}_{\theta}$)-invex functions and establish their existence theorems in ordered topological vector spaces.
Cytokinins Enhance Sugar-Induced Anthocyanin Biosynthesis in Arabidopsis
Prasanta Kumar Das,박연일,신동호,최상봉,유상동,최길주 한국분자세포생물학회 2012 Molecules and cells Vol.34 No.1
In higher plants, the regulation of anthocyanin synthesis by various factors including light, sugars and hormones is mediated by numerous regulatory factors acting at the transcriptional level. Here, the association between su-crose and the plant hormone, cytokinin, in the presence of light was investigated to elucidate cytokinin signaling cascades leading to the transcriptional activation of anthocyanin biosynthesis genes in Arabidopsis seedlings. We showed that cytokinin enhances anthocyanin content and transcript levels of sugar in-ducible structural gene UDP-glucose:flavonoid 3-O-glucosyl transferase (UF3GT) and regulatory gene PRODUCTION OF ANTHOCYANIN PIG-MENT 1 (PAP1). Genetic analysis showed that cytokinin signaling modulates sugar-induced anthocyanin biosynthesis through a two-component signaling cascade involving the type-B re-sponse regulators ARR1, ARR10 and ARR12 in a redundant manner. Genetic, physiological and molecular biological approaches demonstrated that cytokinin en-hancement is partially dependent on phytochrome and cryptochrome downstream component HY5, but mainly on photosynthetic electron transport. Taken together, we suggest that cytokinin acts down-stream of the photosynthetic electron transport chain in which the plastoquinone redox poise is modulated by sugars in a photoreceptor independent manner.
Sugar-Hormone Cross-Talk in Anthocyanin Biosynthesis
Prasanta Kumar Das,박연일,신동호,최상봉 한국분자세포생물학회 2012 Molecules and cells Vol.34 No.6
Anthocyanins, a class of flavonoids, are recognized for their diverse functions in plant development and beneficial effects on human health. Many of the genes encoding anthocyanin biosynthesis enzymes and the transcription factors that activate or repress them have been identified. Regulatory proteins that control anthocyanin biosynthesis by regulating the expression of different structural genes at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels are differentially modulated by environmental and biological factors such as light, temperature, sugar and hormones. This minireview summarizes the recent findings contributing to our understanding of the role of sugars and hormones in the modulation of the anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway with emphasis on the coordinated regulation of the critical transcriptional R2R3-MYB/bHLH/WD40 (MBW) complex in Arabidopsis.

Delafossite compounds are layered ternary oxides known for simultaneous exhibition of significant carrier conduction and optical transparency. To survey effect of simultaneous cationic and anionic hole doping in prototype delafossite CuCrO2, we have analyzed the structural, optical, impedance and transport mechanism of CuCr1 xLixO2 ySy (x and y ranging 0–2 atomic %) prepared by solid state heating. The substitutional site occupancy of Li•• Cr and S×O are confirmed and quantified by Rietveld analysis. Valence band dispersion is demonstrated upon Li•• Cr and S×O co-doping by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy with extended contribution from shallow S 3p antibonding states. From diffuse reflectance spectra, the optical gap (~3.5 eV) is evaluated to be wide even upon co-doping. Carrier density and hole mobility for CCO/(Li•• Cr +S×O ) to be 5.32 × 1015 cm 3 and 23.50 cm2V 1s 1, respectively. This scheme of band engineering is indicative of a more persuasive alternative to reach the hole conductivity bottleneck threshold.
EXTENSION OF EGERVÀRY THEOREM ON OPTIMAL SOLUTION OF ASSIGNMENT PROBLEM: LOGICAL APPROACH
Susanta Kumar Mohanta,Prasanta Kumar Das 경남대학교 기초과학연구소 2020 Nonlinear Functional Analysis and Applications Vol.25 No.3
A technique to solve the balanced linear assignment problem is introduced using graph theory and is based on logical approach. In the method, the aim is to find a matching in which the sum of weights of the edges is as large as possible, in a weighted bipartite graph. Generally it consists of finding a minimum-weight perfect matching and is a specialization of the maximum weight matching problem for bipartite graphs. The concept of decision matrix ([1]) is applied for finding last two assignments.
ON STUDY OF f-APPROXIMATION PROBLEMS AND σ-INVOLUTORY VARIATIONAL INEQUALITY PROBLEMS
Siddharth Mitra,Prasanta Kumar Das 경남대학교 기초과학연구소 2022 Nonlinear Functional Analysis and Applications Vol.27 No.2
The purpose of the paper is to define f-projection operator to develop the f-projection method. The existence of a variational inequality problem is studied using fixed point theorem which establishes the existence of f-projection method. The concept of ρ-projective operator and σ-involutory operator are defined with suitable examples. The relation in between ρ-projective operator and σ-involutory operator are shown. The concept of σ-involutory variational inequality problem is defined and its existence theorem is also established.
