The paper is based on data collected from the Amazon website (specific in the Handmade's Category) to understand and analyze Vietnamese artisans' business context. Data analysis is also applied to determine the factors that bring success Handmade products and compare products of the same industry among competitors to find out potential products. By collecting data from Amazon and analyzing the data, we extracted useful information for online business developers. Besides, the list of potential products in Handmade sector can be referred to improve the business and compete with competitors. This paper also proposes solutions to help Vietnamese products become more appealing to international customers on the Amazon website.

Purpose Diabetes mellitus, especially type II, is one of the most common chronic diseases. Its first-line oral treatment is metformin, commonly in combination with another agent such as sitagliptin, a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor. The commercial combination is Janumet XR 50/500 mg, in which the extended-release metformin core tablet is coated with an immediaterelease layer of sitagliptin. However, the coating process with solvents and a high temperature might affect the sitagliptin properties and product quality. Hence, the present study aimed to develop bilayer matrix tablets incorporating both drugs into two separate layers, a sustained-release metformin layer, and an immediate-release sitagliptin layer. Methods Wet granulation and direct compression methods were used for the metformin and sitagliptin layer, respectively. The optimal formulation was selected and characterized based on the design of experiments method. In vitro release and in vivo bioequivalence studies were also conducted to compare with the reference Janumet XR 50/500 mg. Results The optimized formulation immediately released sitagliptin (> 95%) within 30 min at pH 1.2 and sustained the release metformin for 10 h at pH 6.8. The in vivo behaviors of the bilayer tablets were bioequivalent to the commercial product, Janumet XR 50/500 mg. Conclusion The bilayer tablets could provide an alternative approach for combination therapy of type II diabetes.

Background/Objectives: Automation is a trend currently, and chatbots are an excellent way for organizations to automate customer service duties. The medical profession has been put under immense strain during COVID-19 outbreaks as the number of patients increases rapidly, causing medical institutions and hospitals to be overcrowded. Users will find it challenging to schedule an appointment at a clinic, provide health advice, or update information due to this. Methods/Statistical analysis: A chatbot that supports users in advising, making appointments, and screening COVID-19 patients at clinics can be a valuable resource for both the user and the clinic in this situation. This paper developed a framework for developing a chatbot for clinics using a specific Frequent Answer Question (FAQ) dataset relating to COVID-19 and frequent diseases in Vietnam. In our study, the RASA framework was used with data collected from interviewing receptionists and website of clinics. Findings: Our chatbot can act as a counsellor, assisting patients with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries about symptoms of common illnesses, in particular, COVID-19 patient screening. In addition, we integrated our chatbot with Facebook Messenger and Zalo, two major social networking sites in Vietnam. Improvements/Applications: For specific implementation with each clinic, dataset enhancement and new services information update are necessary for broader applications.

Entrepreneurs are valuable assets for any country. Rather than being confronted with new obstacles, they should be fostered and nurtured. Entrepreneurial firms have the power to influence how we live and work, in addition to producing jobs and contributing to economic progress. Entrepreneurs have the ability to change the world by creating diversified skill sets and profitable businesses that are vital to the advancement of our economies. How does one go about being a successful business, though? More resources are believed to be needed to create entrepreneurial environments in higher education that foster progressive ideas and innovation while also providing students with the practical knowledge and skills they need to navigate the troublesome, difficult, and uncertain situations that come with owning a business. This article will outline the scales of components from which to measure variables impacting universities’ ability to encourage entrepreneurial behavior among students, based on the aforementioned significance of universities. This article is based on a survey of 507 students from different universities and backgrounds in Vietnam. The research methods used are Cronbach’s alpha test and Structural Equation Modeling. From the research results, it can be seen that the university’s environment plays a significant role in fostering entrepreneurial behavior among students.

As society evolves, people are making more of an effort to learn more about human aspects, one of which is emotional intelligence, a topic on which education experts have traditionally concentrated. This is due to the fact that emotional intelligence has a significant impact on how people think and manage their emotions. On the other side, it promotes the development of expressive ability and aids people in better adapting to life. This study explores the relationship between communication skills, leadership skills, stress management, adaptability, and emotional intelligence of FPT University students to determine the factors that affect students’ emotional intelligence. To survey 500 FPT University students, this study used a sample size of 500. Previous studies used a 5-point Likert scale to assess the four skill elements. According to the results, students who completed the survey showed adequate communication skills, leadership qualities, stress management, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is influenced by communication skills, leadership abilities, stress management, and flexibility. This suggests that students who master these four skills have higher levels of emotional intelligence. The outcomes of this study reveal that students have been conscious of Emotional Intelligence since a young age. The affirmations in this research paper will benefit students and young people interested in enhancing complimentary soft skills that boost Emotional Intelligence.

Banking and finance is a broad term that incorporates a variety of smaller, more specialized subjects such as corporate finance, tax finance, and insurance finance. A virtual assistant that assists users in searching for information about banking and finance terms might be an extremely beneficial tool for users. In this study, we explored the process of searching for information, seeking opportunities, and developing a virtual assistant in the first stages of starting learning and understanding Vietnamese to increase effectiveness and save time, which is also an innovative business practice in Use-case Vietnam. We built the FIBA2020 dataset and proposed a pipeline that used Natural Language Processing (NLP) inclusive of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) algorithms to build chatbot applications. The open-source framework RASA is used to implement the system in our study. We aim to improve our model performance by replacing parts of RASA’s default tokenizers with Vietnamese tokenizers and experimenting with various language models. The best accuracy we achieved is 86.48% and 70.04% in the ideal condition and worst condition, respectively. Finally, we put our findings into practice by creating an Android virtual assistant application using the model trained using Whitespace tokenizer and the pre-trained language m-BERT.

In the context of the need to ensure appropriate signalling of the publication of high-quality, international-calibre publications in Vietnam, as well as new policies to improve the quality and effectiveness of scientific research in Vietnam, it is practical to investigate the possibility of developing a national open access database (NOAD). This study aims to answer the question of whether it is necessary to establish a NOAD in Vietnam. We used document analysis to evaluate issues related to NOADs. The results of this study show the complexity, lack of consistency, and difficulty in obtaining practical statistics and assessing research and scientific records in Vietnam today. Furthermore, the findings of this study imply that it is necessary to establish a NOAD of scientific research in Vietnam. The information in this report can be used to develop a NOAD for Vietnam in particular, and for any country that lacks one in general.
