The Case Study of Alcohol & Food Habits in Obese Adult Men Young-Jun Lee, O.M.D., Myeong-Jong Lee, O.M.D. Department of Oriental Rehabilitaion Medicine, College of Oriental Medicine, Dongguk University Objective : Obesity is closely related to several factors such as genetic factors, energy intake and energy expenditure. It was said that alcohol & food habits were important to formation of obesity. The purpose of this study are to find out the alcohol & food habitual characteristic of obese adult men and to promote the health of these men. Method: From May, 2000 to November, 2001, We collected 75 cases obese patients, who visited to the Health Examination Center Dept. of Kangnam oriental medicine hospital, Dongguk University who took the health examination, and control group who were matched by age and sex. We investigated the alcohol & food habits by questionnaire. Results and Conclusions: 1. The patients over BMI 25 were in excess of the standard of obesity such as Modified Broca s Index, Percent Body Fat, Abdominal Fat Distribution. But, the patients below BMI 20 were normal range of obesity degree. 2. Abdominal Fat Distribution was increased according to age and physical activity was decreased in obese group. 3. The mean of total calory by alcohol in a month was 4324.6kcal in obese group while control group was 2206.8kcal. 4. In the comparison of food habit, obese group is higher than control group in 7 articles of the 13 articles which influenced obesity.

아드레날린 동작성 약물이 구강점막의 리도케인 Clearance에 미치는 영향

Some adrenergic drugs have been used as vasoconstrictors in local anesthetics for prolongation of acting duration and minimization of side effects. But, the exact role of vasoconstrictors on the clearance of local anesthetics in oral mucosa was not investgated. This experiment was carried out to clarify the influences of some adrenergic drugs on the clearance of lidocaine in oral mucosa. Sprague-Dawley rats were devided into control(no vasoconstrictor) group, epinephrine(1:100,000)-contained group, norepinephrine(1:30,000)-contained group and phenylephrine(1:2,500)-contained group. In urethane(1.2g/㎏) anesthetized rats, 300μl of 2% lidocaine with or without vasoconstrictor injected in the palatal mucosa. According to time schedule, they were sacrificed by exsanguination immediately, 30 and 60 minutes later after injection, respectively. The palatal mucosa was removed and homogenized by mechanical force and ultrasonicated in 0.1N HCl(500μl). The samples were centrifuged after akalization. Aliquat of the supernatant was injected into HPLC. Also, systemic effects of vasoconstrictors were evaluated with recording arterial blood pressures in common carotid artery. In control animals, lidocaine clearances reached 85.4% and 89.3% at 30 and 60 minutes after injection, respectively. At 30 minutes after injection, lidocaine clearances of vasoconstrictor contained group were different from control group significantly(p<0.01), and lidocaine clearance of phenylephrine contained group appeared higher than those of the other vasoconstrictor contained groups(p<0.05). But, at 60 minutes after injection, only epinephrine contained group had lower lidocaine clearance than control group(p<0.01). Intraperitoneal injection of the same dosage of palatal mucosa injecton of these vasoconstrictors did not elicit the change of blood pressure and heart rate.

초등 교과서 수록 고전 제재 변천 연구 (2) : 건국 과도기부터 제7차 교육과정기 구비 전승 제재를 중심으로

본 논문은 해방 이후 초등학교 국어과 교과서에 수록된 구비 전승 제재의 빈도와 경향 파악을 목적으로 한다. 교과서 수록 고전 제재는 출전이 있는 기록물과 구비 전승된 텍스트로 나눌 수 있다. 이 중 구비 전승 제재는 초등 국어과 교과서의 핵심 제재로 부각되는바, 이를 검토함으로써 초등 국어과 교육의 특징적 면모를 파악할 수 있으리라 전제하였다. 본 논문에서는 구비 전승물을 설화, 민요, 그리고 속담과 수수께끼로 분류하여 접근하였다. 또한 초등 교과서에서 중요하게 다루어지는 전기 텍스트는 현대의 텍스트이지만 구비 전승된 인물 설화와 공통의 의미역을 형성하기에 본 논문에서 함께 검토하였다. 이상의 관점에 따라 전기문에 대한 단독 분석과 인물 설화와의 통합적 분석을 병행하였다. 초등 국어과 교과서의 구비 전승 제재는 5차 교육과정기 이후 급격히 양적으로 확대되었을 뿐 아니라 특정 제재들이 집중적으로 반복 수록되는 양상을 드러낸다. 특히 내용적으로 교훈성을 띠는 제재들이 반복적으로 수록되었다. 전기문은 김정호, 세종대왕의 전기가 반복 수록되는 경향이 뚜렷한데, 인물 설화와 함께 살피면 이순신 관련 기록이 단연 압도적인 수록 횟수를 보이는 것을 알 수 있다. This study is about classical materials contained in the Korean language textbook for elementary school from 1945 to the seventh education course period. This thesis is aimed to show what kind of classical materials have been contained in the textbooks during theses times, and how often they have appeared and what kind of aspect they have demonstrated in the textbooks. The classical materials contained in the textbooks can be largely classified by recorded texts and orally inherited texts. In this study, there was a review on a tendency focusing on orally inherited texts. Then, those orally inherited texts were reviewed after being divided again into narrative, folk song, saying and riddle. The biographical texts significantly dealt with in textbooks for elementary school are modern ones, yet, they were reviewed in this study altogether as they are closely coupled with orally inherited tales of great figures. Accordingly, there were a single analysis on biographical writings and an integrated analysis on biographical writings in line with tales of great figures. The orally inherited classical materials in the Korean textbooks for elementary school have been rapidly increased in terms of quantity since the 5th curriculum period. However, specific materials have been repeatedly contained in the textbooks. It seems that instructive materials have been mainly treated. As for biographical writings, the biography of Kim, Jung-Hoh and King Sejong have been repeated in the textbooks. When reviewing them with tales of great men, the record of Lee, Soon-Shin has been most frequently appeared by far.

상악 중절치 결손을 동반한 골격성 Ⅱ급 부정교합 환자의 치험예

The causes of the missing teeth are classified as congenital missing, trauma and extraction due to dental caries, variable problems are occured clinically by the missing teeth. The missing of the upper incisors especially would assume a serious aspect, and could be treated by three methods of orthodomtic treatment, prosthodontic treatment and autotrans-plantation of the premolar teeth. The patient of this report had the skeletal class II malocclusion with the left upper central incisor missing, and have been treated with the fixed applianc after extraction of the right upper central incisor and both lower second premolars. The result were obtained as follows: 1. Treatment was done 1 year 6 months. 2. Normal overbite and overjet were achieved. 3. Cuspal interdigitation was obtained normally. 4. Space problem was resolved with resin restoration of the upper lateral incisors. 5. The upper canfles were used as the upper laterals after cuspal contouring. 6. Retention would be required with adequate retainers for a long time to prevent relapsing after treatment.

계절상품 판매매출액 시계열의 계절 조정에 관한 연구

The seasonal adjustment is an essential process in analyzing the time series of economy and business. There are various methods to adjust seasonal effect such as moving average, extrapolation, smoothing and X11. One of the powerful adjustment methods is X11-ARIMA Model which is popularly used in Korea. This method was delivered from Canada. However, this model has been developed to be appropriate for Canadian and American environment. Therefore, we need to review whether the X11-ARIMA Model could be used properly in Korea. In this study, we have applied the method to the annual sales of refrigerator sales in A electronic company. We appreciated the adjustment by result analyzing the time series components such as seasonal component, trend-cycle component, and irregular component, with the proposed method.

고정성 교정장치를 이용한 치아이동시 발생되는 마찰력

Tooth movement would be impeded by frictional force arised between archwire and tube, bracket or elastics in the fixed orthodontic appliances, which could be changed variably by such several factors as the contact area, normal(perpendicular) force and the condition of contact surface. There were many literatures about frictional force in the orthodontic region, but different results were obtained from little controlled research so that was very difficult in clinical application. Therefore we have reviewed comprehensively previous literatures about frictional force and thus several results were obtained as follows: 1. For use species of the orthodontic wire, frictional force was influenced mainly by surface roughness of wire in the absence of binding, while that was influenced mainly by normal force in high binding angulation. 2. For the cross-section and diameter of the wire, the contact area influenced mainly on frictional force in the absence of binding, while wire stiffness influenced mainly on frictional force in high binding angulation. 3. The greater the bracket width, the greater frictional force, and frictional force of the plastic bracket was larger than that of the metal bracket. 4. For ligation type, frictional force of the stainless steel ligation was larger than that of the elastic ligation, and frictional force was directly proportional to ligation force. 5. Variable frictional force were occured from the saliva combined with such another factors as normal force and mode of surface oxide et al.

고랭지채소의 계약재배실태와 발전방향

The study was focused on contract farming for mountain area vegetables. The data were collected by field survey at mooreung-ri, Jeongseon-Gun in 2003, and published and unpublished data by office of mountain area vegetable and Jeongseon agricultural cooperative. Major finding were as follow. Production by the contract farming of chinese cabbage was about 25% of total production and 414 farms produced it by the contract farming. However the portion has been increasing gradually. Effects of price increasing and income increasing of the contract farming were respectively 1.3% and 0.9% than ordinal production. Agricultural cooperatives decided the contract price by average price. production cost, management cost. and etc. during 5 years. The income by Danbo that Mindoongsan Jakmokban produced by contract farming with Kimchi producer was highest among 5 sailing production types. From the study followings should be considered for developing plans of mountain area vegetable. First. plans should be prepared for market failure. Second. incentives should be given to farmers who fulfilled the contract. Third. farmers should be organized by production unit and marketing support systems should be constructed.

Due to various difficulties associated in explanation of multicomponent phase equilibrium behavior based on a molecular interaction forces among various molecular configurations and thermodynamic analysis, model fitting by means of response surface methodology have been attempted for ternary and quaternary systems. It is demonstrated that model fitting and parameter estimations for quaternary system are possible with this methodology.

고랭지채소농가의 경영실태 분석 : 강원도 정선군 남면 무릉리 지역을 중심으로 In Case of MooReung-Ri in Jeongseon-Gun

The study was focused on management analysis for vegetable farm in mountain area. The dater were collected by field studies at mooreung-ri, Jeongseon-Gun in 1995 and 2003. The major findings were as follows. Land size per farm was 24,600 pyeong, and work day was between 150 days and 250 days by farms in 2003. Each farm has 5.7 agricultural machines in 2003. Nominal income per farm was 74,770 thousands won in 2003. Income from radish and chinese cabbage took 96.2% among the income. Production cost per farm was 51,030 thousand won, and wage, highest input, took 33.4% among the cost in 2003. Each farm had debt for 56,930 thousand won in 2003. The break even production for radish and chinese cabbage was estimated as 208.5 ton in 2003. 15 farms produced more than 208.5 ton, and 12 farms produced less than 208.5 ton. The farms that produced less than 208.5 ton need to increase farm size to make profit in the future. The production to make maximum profit was estimated as 652.224 ton. In the case of 1995, the break even production was 161.775 ton, and the production to make maximum profit was estimated as 2220.4 ton.
