Purpose: This study aims to examine the stress distribution effect of tightening torques of different abutment screws in a custom-abutment implant system on the abutment-fixture connection interface stability using finite element analysis. Methods: The custom-abutment implant system structures used in this study were designed using CATIA program. It was presumed that the abutment screws with a tightening torque of 10, 20, and 30 N·cm fixed the abutment and fixture. Furthermore, two external loadings, vertical loading and oblique loading, were applied. Results: When the screw tightening torque was 10 N·cm, the maximum stress value of the abutment screw was 287.2 MPa that is equivalent to 33% of Ti-6Al-4V yield strength. When the tightening torque was 20 N·cm, the maximum stress value of the abutment screw was 573.9 MPa that is equivalent to 65% of Ti-6Al-4V yield strength. When the tightening torque was 30 N·cm, the maximum stress value of the abutment screw was 859.6 MPa that is similar to the Ti-6Al-4V yield strength. Conclusion: As the screw preload rose when applying each tightening torque to the custom-abutment implant system, the equivalent stress increased. It was found that the tightening torque of the abutment influenced the abutment-fixture connection interface stability. The analysis results indicate that a custom-abutment implant system should closely consider the optimal tightening torque according to clinical functional loads.

풍력발전시스템은 정격풍속미만에서는 토크를 제어하여 바람의 에너지를 최대로 하고 정격풍속이상에서는 피치를 제어하여 발전량을 정격으로 유지한다. 본 논문에서는 풍력발전시스템의 피치제어를 신경망을 이용하여 제어 하는 방안을 제시한다. 피치제어의 목적은 정격풍속 이상에서 발전기의 회전속도를 일정하게 제어하여, 결과적으로 발전기의 출력을 정격전력으로 유지한다. 이 논문에서는 신경망 피치제어기의 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 발전기의 정 격회전속도와 현재 회전속도 차이를 풍속과 함께 신경망의 입력으로 사용하는 방법을 제안하였다. 신경망의 훈련 알 고리즘은 오류역전파(error back-propagation) 방법이 사용되었고, Matlab/Simulink를 사용하여 제어가 원활하게 되는 것 을 확인하였다. Wind turbine system can obtain the maximum wind energy using torque control under the rated wind speed, and wind turbine power is controlled as the rated power using pitch control over the rated wind speed. In this paper, we present a method for wind turbine pitch controller using neural networks. The purpose of the pitch control is to control generator speed and power in the above rated wind speed. To improve the neural network pitch controller, the difference between a rated and current speed of generator has been used for another input of neural networks as well as wind speed. Error back-propagation algorithm is used for training the neural network pitch controller and simulation and Matlab/Simulink is used for verifying that this system is controlled well.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to review the research trends in the treatment of pharmacopuncture for vascular dementia in Traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: We searched for articles in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database from January 2000 to August 2020. Results: Among the total 63 articles, 9 articles were selected. All studies were randomized controlled trial studies. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) was most frequently used as diagnostic criteria. Effective rate and Activity of Daily Living (ADL) were most commonly used as outcome measurements. Angelica gigantis Radix (當歸), Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge (丹蔘), and Astragali Radix (黃芪) were the most commonly used ingredients in pharmacopuncture. Joksamni (ST36) and Sinsu (BL23) were the most commonly used acupoints for pharmacopuncture treatment. Based on the Risk of Bias (RoB) of these 9 articles, the overall quality of studies was low. Conclusions: Pharmacopuncture could be considered for the treatment of vascular dementia. In the future, various systematic studies on dementia are needed.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to review the research trends in the treatment on narcolepsy in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: We searched articles in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) October 2009-September 2019. Keywords were 发作性睡病, 嗜睡病, and 嗜睡症. Results: Among a total of 81 articles, 12 articles were selected. The International Classification of Sleep Disorders was most frequently used as a diagnostic criteria. Feng Chi (GB20) and Baek Hoi (GV20) are the most commonly used acupoints in acupuncture treatment. Glycyrrhizae Radix (甘草), Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba (白朮), and Poria (Hoelen) (茯苓) are the most commonly used preparations in herbal medicine. The effective rate is most commonly used as an outcome measurement. Conclusions: Acupuncture and herbal medicine could be considered to improve the symptoms of narcolepsy. In the future, this study could be primary data for the development of more clinical research on the treatment on narcolepsy in Korean medicine.

본 논문에서는 정격풍속 이상에서 발전량을 일정하게 유지하기 위하여 회전속도의 변화율을 이용한 신경망 피치제어기가 제안되었다. 제안된 신경망 피치제어기는 발전기의 정격 회전속도와 현재 회전속도의 차이를 기본정보로 사용하고 추가적으로 발전기 회전속도의 변화율을 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션은 Matlab/simulink에서 수행되었으며, 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 피치제어기를 사용한 풍력발전기는 발전기의 정격 회전속도인 122.9[rad/s]로 잘 유지 되는 것을 확인하였다. The neural network pitch controller using changing rate of generator speed has been suggested in this paper to regulate wind turbine power above the rated wind speed. The changing rate of generator speed is used in the suggested pitch controller as well as the difference between the rated and current generator speed. Matlab/simulink has been used for simulations and it has been shown that the suggested pitch controller regulates generator speed as the rated speed of 122.9[rad/s].
