        Sufism, is a method based on the etiquette of conduct, to cultivate the soul and renounce the world to reach the truth and perfection of the soul. However, a group of Sufis were associated with political rulers. The Sufis were the guidance of the rulers in the form of advice, and the rulers took advantage of their advice. The Sufis also advised rulers. They helped the rulers resolve war-related tensions and conflicts between the two competitors. A different group of Sufis aimed to rule and take control of society. This article described the lifestyle of one of them. Ibn Tumart was a controversial Sufi in Morocco in the 12th century (1080-1130 AD). his aim was to defeat the Almoravids and gain control of Morocco. He did everything he could to gain power. Finally, he achieved his objective and founded the Almohad Islamic government.

      • The Right To Access Environmental Information in Egypt: A Legal Analysis

        This article analyzes the right of the public to access environmental information held by public bodies and the obligation of these bodies to provide it upon request. It combines both legal and non-legal aspects of the subject, analyzing legal rules in Egypt that grant a right to access environmental information upon request. The article focuses on the substantive provisions of the legal instruments granting a right to access environmental information upon request, and discusses how these provisions can be used to promote transparency and accountability in environmental governance. The study concludes that the right to access environmental information is a fundamental principle that plays a pivotal role in preserving environmental health and protecting essential human rights. It has significant implications for micro and macroeconomics, national security, and the legal fabric of contemporary societies.

        Preparation and characterization of a novel high-flux emulsion polyvinyl chloride (EPVC) ultrafiltration membrane incorporated with boehmite nanoparticles

        A novel high-flux emulsion polyvinyl chloride (EPVC) ultrafiltration membrane incorporated withdifferent concentrations of boehmite nanoparticles was prepared. The modified EPVC membranesdemonstrated enhanced hydrophilicity property and higher pure waterflux and lower water contactangle because of the presence of hydrophilic boehmite in membrane matrix. The results showed thatwaterflux was enhanced from 422.6 L m 2 h 1 for neat membrane to 7014 L m 2 h 1 for 0.75 wt.%boehmite incorporated membrane at 2 bar. In addition, BSAflux growth of the optimum nanocompositemembrane in comparison with the neat one was 37.2%. BSA rejection for all nanocomposite membraneswas above 98%.

      • The effect of collagen/polycaprolactone fibrous scaffold decorated with graphene nanoplatelet and low-frequency electromagnetic field on neuronal gene expression by stem cells

        This study aimed to develop a collagen/polycaprolactone (CP) fibrous scaffold decorated with Graphene (Gr) nanoplatelets (Gr-CP). In previous studies, accessibility of cells to the surface of Gr nanoplatelet was missed. Nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning which sprayed Gr nanoplatelets (1 wt.%) to synthesize the Gr-CP scaffold. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was utilized for investigation of chemical structure. Tensile tests were performed to study the influence of Gr on the mechanical properties of scaffolds. Cell differentiation was analyzed based on MAP2 and TUJ1 expression levels using real-time PCR technique in 6 groups. The variables examined in this experiment was the neural differentiating chemical medium, low-frequency electromagnetic field (LFEMF; 50Hz, 1mT) and Gr. Based on the results, Young's modulus, tensile strength and work of fracture ratio of the Gr-CP were 1.68, 2.41 and 1.42 times higher than those of the CP scaffold, respectively. MTT assay outcomes were indicative of scaffold cytocompatibility. The group treated with all three factors exhibited the highest MAP2 expression level compared to other groups. Based on the obtained results, exposing stem cells to the combined treatment of Gr and LFEMF can be used as a promising method to induce neuronal differentiation.

        A Neuro-Computational Approach to Understanding the Mental Lexicon

        Human lexical knowledge does not appear to be organised to minimise storage, but rather to maximise processing efficiency. The way lexical information is stored reflects the way it is dynamically processed, accessed and retrieved. A detailed analysis of the way words are memorised, of the dynamic interaction between lexical representations and distribution and degrees of regularity in input data, can shed some light on the emergence of structures and relations within fully-stored words. We believe that a bottom-up investigation of low-level memory and processing functions can help understand the cognitive mechanisms that govern word processing in the mental lexicon. Neuro-computational models can play an important role in this inquiry, as they help understand the dynamic nature of lexical representations by establishing an explanatory connection between lexical structures and processing models dictated by the micro-functions of human brain. Starting from some linguistic, psycholinguistic and neuro-physiological evidence supporting a dynamic view of the mental lexicon as an integrative system, we illustrate Temporal Self Organising-Maps (TSOMs), artificial neural networks that can model such a view by memorising time series of symbolic units (words) as routinized patterns of short-term node activation. On the basis of a simple pool of principles of adaptive Hebbian synchronisation, TSOMs can perceive possible surface relations between word forms and store them by partially overlapping activation patterns, reflecting gradient levels of lexical specificity, from holistic to decompositional lexical representations. We believe that TSOMs offer an algorithmic model of the emergence of high-level, global and language-specific morphological structure through the working of low- level, language-aspecific processing functions, thus promising to bridge the persisting gap between high-level principles of grammar architecture (lexicon vs. rules), computational correlates (storage vs. processing) and low-level principles and localisations of brain functions. Extensions of the current TSOM architecture are envisaged and their theoretical implications are discussed.

        Sufism, Dervishism or mysticism is a method based on the etiquette of conduct, to cultivate the soul and renounce the world to reach the truth and perfection of the soul. In other words, Sufism is a method of esoteric behavior. Its subject is the negation of self-centeredness and self-annihilation and joining the Creator of the universe. The method of Sufism is self-control and abandonment of worldly interests. The Sufis worship, observe and discover in an empty, secluded, dark and small house. But a group of Sufis were associated with political rulers. The Sufis also sought the guidance of the rulers in the form of advice, and the rulers took advantage of their advice. Some Sufis were advisers to the rulers. In matters related to the war, they were a kind of help to the rulers and tried to resolve the tension and conflict between the two adversaries and rivals. The Sufis also sided with sultan in war and jihad, who was a supporter of the truth. They personally participated in the war and jihad. Another group of Sufis sought to rule and gain power among the people. I want to briefly describe the lifestyle of one of them. Controversial figure, one of the 12th century Sufi sheikhs (1151 AD) in Andalusia named Ibn Qasi. His origin was Roman and Christian and he was raised in Silves. From Ibn al- Arif, the famous Andalusian Sufi learned the teachings and the meth nod. His dream was to rule Andalusia and rule the region. He did everything he could to gain power and was eventually killed by his followers.

        이집트는 약 1억 명의 인구를 가진 이슬람 국가이다. 이집트의 인구는 약 90%가 이슬람교, 10%가 기독교(콥트고 9%, 기타 기독교 1%)이다. 이집트 법률과 법체계의 필수적인 원천 중 하나는 이슬람 법학이다. 이집트 헌법에 따르면 콥트교도들은 기독교의 인권, 결혼, 이혼을 따라야 하며 상속은 이슬람법을 따라야 한다. 남녀를 구분하지 않는 기독교(콥트교)와 달리 이슬람법은 남성은 여성의 2배에 달하는 상속을 받는다. 이집트에서 기독교인과 무슬림 사회에서 이것은 오랫동안 논쟁거리로 대두되어 왔다. 특히 콥트 소수민족을 대변하는 인권 운동가들은 이러한 논쟁을 해결하기 위해 사회적으로 많은 노력들을 행해왔다. 본 논문은 ‘콥트’ 용어의 기원과 이집트에서 콥트인의 사회적 위치를 연구하며 그들이 이집트 전통문화와 관습에서 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴본다. 또한, 이집트에서 콥트 소수민족 여성의 상속 현황을 연구한다.
