        The main purpose of the article is to determine the economic consequences of the impact of war on labor resources and tourism in terms of ensuring economic security. Today, in the context of Russia's invasion of the territory of Ukraine, an important aspect of people's lives is confidence in their safety. But no less important is the provision of economic security, its impact on the labor and tourism aspects of this type of security, the negative impact on which is carried out under the influence of war. Modern society is faced with the same problems that were a hundred years ago: technological progress, the balance of power in the world community, social problems, military conflicts. In the modern development of society, no one can deny the amazing scientific progress in new technologies and communications.That is why it is important to understand how dangerous war is not only for human life, but also for the economy of the state, its labor and tourism aspects.

        The main purpose of the study is to determine information and communication technologies for the innovative development of tourism training in higher education institutions in the context of COVID-19. Innovative development is associated with the rejection of well-known cliches, stereotypes in teaching, upbringing and personal development, creates new standards for personal-creative, individually directed tourism activities, develops pedagogical technologies implemented in this activity. As a result, the main aspects of information and communication technologies for the innovative development of tourist training in higher education institutions in the context of COVID-19 were characterized.

      • Prediction of Protein Structure by Template-Based Modeling Combined with the UNRES Force Field

        <P>A new approach to the prediction of protein structures that uses distance and backbone virtual-bond dihedral angle restraints derived from template-based models and simulations with the united residue (UNRES) force field is proposed. The approach combines the accuracy and reliability of template-based methods for the segments of the target sequence with high similarity to those having known structures with the ability of UNRES to pack the domains correctly. Multiplexed replica-exchange molecular dynamics with restraints derived from template-based models of a given target, in which each restraint is weighted according to the accuracy of the prediction of the corresponding section of the molecule, is used to search the conformational space, and the weighted histogram analysis method and cluster analysis are applied to determine the families of the most probable conformations, from which candidate predictions are selected. To test the capability of the method to recover template-based models from restraints, five single-domain proteins with structures that have been well-predicted by template-based methods were used; it was found that the resulting structures were of the same quality as the best of the original models. To assess whether the new approach can improve template-based predictions with incorrectly predicted domain packing, four such targets were selected from the CASP10 targets; for three of them the new approach resulted in significantly better predictions compared with the original template-based models.         Evaluation of Inbreeding and Genetic Variability of Five Pig Breeds in Czech Republic

        The complex analysis of the pedigree records of Czech Landrace (CLA), Czech Large White-dam line (CLWd), Czech Large White-sire line (CLWs), Duroc (DC), and Pietrain (PN) was performed to determine trends of genetic diversity (GD), and to find the main sources of the GD loss. The total size of the pedigree was 132,365, 391,151, 32,913, 13,299, and 7,160 animals in CLA, CLWd, CLWs, DC, and PN, respectively. Animals born in the years 2011 through 2013 were assumed as the reference population. The average pedigree completeness index for one generation back was 95.9%, 97.4%, 91.2%, 89.8%, and 94.2% for appropriate breeds. Number of ancestors explaining 100% of gene pool was 186, 373, 125, 157, and 37 in CLA, CLWd, CLWs, DC, and PN, respectively. The relative proportion of inbred animals (58%, 58%, 54%, 47%, and 25%), the average inbreeding (2.7%, 1.4%, 2.5%, 3.6%, and 1.3%) and the average co-ancestry (3.1%, 1.6%, 3.3%, 4.2%, and 3.3%) were found over the past decade in analysed breeds. The expected inbreeding under random mating increased during the last 10 years in CLWs and PN and varied from 1.27% to 3.2%. The effective population size computed on the basis of inbreeding was 76, 74, 50, 35, and 83 in 2012 in CLA, CLWd, CLWs, DC, and PN, respectively. The shortest generation interval (1.45) was observed for CLWd in sire to son selection pathway. The longest generation interval obtained PN (1.95) in sire to daughter pathway. The average relative GD loss within last generation interval was 7.05%, 4.70%, 9.81%, 7.47%, and 10.46%, respectively. The relative proportion of GD loss due to genetic drift on total GD loss was 85.04%, 84.51%, 89.46%, 86.19%, and 83.68% in CLA, CLWd, CLWs, DC, and PN, respectively. All breeds were characterized by a high proportion of inbred animals, but the average inbreeding was low. The most vulnerable breeds to loss of GD are DC and PN. Therefore, a breeding program should be more oriented to prevent the increase of GD loss in these breeds.

        “When the going gets tough, the tough go shopping.” This expression used as a part of an article, (Cotton Incorporated's Lifestyle Monitor™, 2002) look into the group that depicts a part of numerous contemporary consumers' ways of life, that is, shopping to ease a negative state of mind. This type of shopping is alluded to as retail therapy or retail therapy. Retail therapy or compensatory consumption is frequently connected in the observation to brighten oneself up through the buy of self-treats and additionally lacking self. The significance of the study is to identify the factors influencing the consumption behaviour among women with reference to retail therapy. Most of the research in this area belongs to socio-psychology, psycho-sociology and clinical psychology. The concrete and crystallized conceptual framework in the field of consumer research is very few. The complex theoretical background which lacks unified conceptual framework. Thus, the present research aims to understand the influence of selfconcept theories on consumption behaviour. The research question broadly focuses on the two major aspects of the study that is importance of self-discrepancy in understanding behavioural response in consumer behaviour. Another aspect is to investigate in detail the various moods and emotions related to retail therapy among women. The research question of self-discrepancy has several sub-components ideal-self, self-incongruence, ought-self, satisfaction, dissatisfaction, dejection, disappointment and actual-self are analysed. The various emotions (described in the hypotheses section) related to consumption behaviour w.r.t retail therapy which are aligned and relatable to self-discrepancy concepts are analysed to understand the relationship with the outcome-retail therapy among women. The study uses the sequential transformative strategy of mixed method research. In the present study, the qualitative data is collected is followed by quantitative data collection. The qualitative approach includes in-depth interviews, focus group discussion and quantitative data collection was through the self-administered questionnaires. The study uses inferential analysis and structural equation modelling for the data analysis. The present work holds critical ramifications for consumers' well-being and prosperity. The findings propose that consumer’s uncovered passionate turbulence may be more inclined to overspending and sinking overwhelmingly into obligation because of their expanded eagerness to pay for status-related items. the consumption is both reactive and proactive which originates from self and terminates in consumption. This is cyclic and extends temporary relief.

        Maximum Likelihood Calibration of the UNRES Force Field for Simulation of Protein Structure and Dynamics

        <P>By using the maximum likelihood method for force-field calibration recently developed in our laboratory, which is aimed at achieving the agreement between the simulated conformational ensembles of selected training proteins and the corresponding ensembles determined experimentally at various temperatures, the physics-based coarse-grained UNRES force field for simulations of protein structure and dynamics was optimized with seven small training proteins exhibiting a variety of secondary and tertiary structures. Four runs of optimization, in which the number of optimized force-field parameters was gradually increased, were carried out, and the resulting force fields were subsequently tested with a set of 22 alpha-, 12 beta-, and 12 alpha + beta-proteins not used in optimization. The variant in which energy-term weights, local, and correlation potentials, side-chain radii, and anisotropies were optimized turned out to be the most transferable and outperformed all previous versions of UNRES on the test set.</P>

      • Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors in Ph+ Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Therapy: a Review

        Chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) is a clonal myeloproliferative hematopoietic stem cell disorder. Deregulated BCR-ABL fusion tyrosine kinase activity is the main cause of CML disease pathogenesis, making BCR-ABL an ideal target for inhibition. Current tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) designed to inhibit BCR-ABL oncoprotein activity, have completely transformed the prognosis of CML. Interruption of TKI treatment leads to minimal residual disease reside (MRD), thought to reside in TKI-insensitive leukaemia stem cells which remain a potential reservoir for disease relapse. This highlights the need to develop new therapeutic strategies for CML either as small molecule master TKIs or phytopharmaceuticals derived from nature to achieve chronic molecular remission. This review outlines the past, present and future therapeutic approaches for CML including coverage of relevant mechanisms, whether ABL dependent or independent, and epigenetic factors responsible for developing resistance against TKIs. Appearance of mutant clones along the course of therapy either pre-existing or induced due to therapy is still a challenge for the clinician. A proposed in-vitro model of generating colony forming units from CML stem cells derived from diagnostic samples seems to be achievable in the era of high throughput technology which can take care of single cell genomic profiling.

        Formation of the nanodots and change of the characteristics of thin magnetic films under laser irradiation

        Results of experimental investigations of laser radiation interaction with the Ti, Co, NiFe, TbFe and LaSrMnO3 films are presented. It is shown, that it is possible to improve magnetic characteristics and to obtain magnetic films with regular distribution of nanodots by the laser radiation. It is observed an increasing of magnetic permeability and the reduction of the coercive force after irradiation of the NiFe films by the nanosecond laser pulses that are induced by the substantial growth of the size of the nanodots in the process of recrystallization. Magnetic nanodots of 100.200 nm size are produced by the method of the laser cutting of the continuous magnetic films, or are formed in a nonmagnetic matrix by the diffusion in the multilayered films and oxidization of TbFe and LaSrMnO3x films at the irradiation of the nanosecond laser pulses.
