        일본의 공보육

        본 논문은 1988년 일본의 소자화 충격(“1.5 쇼크”)에 대비하기 위한 일본의 공보육 정책과 제도를 소개함으로써, 현재 한국의 출산율 저하에 대한 보육 정책 및 제도 정립에 도움을 주고자 하는데 목적을 두었다. 일본의 보육, 특히 공보육에 대한 연구 및 학습은 우리나라 공보육의 방향과 미래를 설정하고 예측하는데 매우 유익한 준거틀이 될 것이라 믿기 때문이다. 일본의 공보육으로부터 우리나라 공보육이 배울 수 있는 점으로는 첫째, 전 국가가 총력을 모아 아동 보육에 정진하고 있으며, 막대한 예산이 이를 뒷받 침하고 있다는 점을 들 수 있다. 둘째, 공보육을 통해 아동, 부모, 보육 종사자가 공동으로 성장하고 있다는 점이다. 셋째, 보육소가 사회적 기대에 대해 적절히 대응하고 변화하고 있다는 점을 들 수 있다. 넷째, 보유논쟁이 소모적 논쟁이 아니라, 합의를 통한 공동노력으로 발전적으로 전개되고 있다는 점을 들 수 있다. 다섯째, 공보육이 ‘아동의 교육권.생존권을 보장하기 위해 생활상 필요한 서비스’로서 사회적 인식과 합의를 얻게 되었다는 점이다. 여섯째, 보육정책이 사회전반에 걸친 여성복지.가족복지 정책과 맞물려 결정.실행되 고 있다는 점이다. 일곱째, 강력한 보육운동의 역사와 실천력을 들 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to introduce the Japanese public educare policy and programs for 1.5 shock in Japan. Besides I think that these works will help educare policy and programs against Korean low birth rate develop better. I believe learning and studying Japanese educare can be a very useful standard in fixing and forecasting the future of Korean educare. I suggest some learning points from the Japanese educare as follows; (1) In Japan, whole country are taking educare policy and programs into account as the most important with enormous budget for educare. (2) Japanese public educare is helping children, parents and educare laborers grow up. (3) According to social expectation, Japanese day-care centers have been adjusted and changed properly. (4) Dispute between educare and education is not just a consumption. Through mutual consent, it is developed with great efforts. (5) They reach a social recognition and consensus on the fact that public educare is regarded as a social service to secure children's rights for education and lives. (6) Educare policy and programs have been decided and carried out accompanied with welfare policy for women and family. (7) There have been powerful but flexible educare movement for a long time by educare theachers and children`s parents.

        As young children develop intellectually they begin to understand the physical principles of buoyancy that explain the conditions under which objects float or sink. Under Piaget's system of intellectual development, this understanding occurs when the learner reaches the concrete operational level of thinking. The purpose of this study is to develop and teach buoyancy unit is underdeveloped in the primary science education. This study was carried out as follows : 1) The concepts of buoyancy unit are composed of the experience science which the student can easily acquire in every day life. 2) The individual or cooperative learning and holistic learning approach were taken as instructional methods. This study suggests that buoyancy unit which can give not only children faith and confidence but also participant actively in the unit with interest and concern. Then, the new instructionals or cooperative learning and holistic learning approach should be applied to the modernization of open education in practical and effective method.

        입원환자의 변비 중재를 위한 프로그램의 개발

        Purpose: The purposes of this study were to develope and evaluate a constipation intervention program for inpatients. Method: To develope this program, Six phases were processed including the organization of team, the analysis of medical chart, the development of tentative constipation intervention program, the test of content validity, the test of clinical validity and the determination of final constipation intervention program. To evaluate the clinical validity of this program, 10 subjects who were in the C University Hospital were selected from March, 2001 to October, 2001. Result: The clinical validity was supplied by the pilot test, showing the potential effect of the program. Based on the validity results the final algorithm and the form of nursing record for this program which consist of the 3-step assessments and the intervention protocol were presented in this study. Conclusion: The advantage of this program is being able to assess and manage constipation simultaneously and is especially effective to patients who are at risk for developing constipation during their admission. Further study needs are also necessary to evaluate the effect of this program on the self-symptom of constipation.

      • 일 지역 주민들의 건강 행위에 관한 조사 연구

        The purposes of this study were to know the health behavior of the population of one village and to investigate the influencing factors to do health behavior. The analysing methods of these collected data were frequencies, crosstabs, and means procedure using SPSS. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Male respondents were practicing health behavior more than female respondents were. 2. The older respondents were not consulting regularly and they didn't exercise compared with the younger respondents. 3. The more educated respondents were drinking and smoking more, and were consulting and eating regularly than the less educated respondents were. 4. Those who perceived themselves healthy were practicing health behavior more than those who didn't perceive themselves healthy. 5. Those who concerned about their health states were not practicing health behavior than those who didn't concern about their health states. 6. Those who had more knowledge about hypertension were practicing more health behavior except drinking alcoholic beverage. 7. Almost all respondents didn't do exercise for health control.

      • 1,2-proPanediol 이 propionaldehyde로 轉時의 메카니즘 : Vitamin B_12 CO-enzyme를 要하는 反應

        Vitamin B_12 Co-enzyme을 必要로 하는 많은 特有한 反應이 最近에 記術되었다. 그러나 아직도 이 Co-enzyme의 觸媒機能은 알려져있지 않다. 이 問題를 解決함에 B_12를 要求하는 反應의 메카니즘을 理解하여야 한다. 이런 硏究를 究明하는 方法으로는 1.2 Propanediol이 Propionaldehyde로 cobamide를 要하는 轉換을 硏究하는데있다. 分子內의 산화환원 反應인 이 反應은 第1.2次의 水酸基群이 CHO 基群으로 置換하고 있다. 實驗上으로 區分할 수 있는 두개의 메카니즘은 第二次 水酸基群의 환원을 위해 存在한다. 이 환원을 위하여 必要되는 水素는 溶媒나 Propanediol 分子自體에서 생긴다. 이 두가지 일어날 수 있는 일을 區別하기 위하여 重水에서 酸素의 전환을 시행했다. 萬一 第二次水素群을 置換하는 水素가 溶媒에 依해 供給된다면 結果로서 생기는 Propionaldehyde는 α-位置에 重水素를 包含한다. 한편 萬一水素가 Propanediol 分子自體에서 유도된다면 Propionaldehyde는 溶媒로부터 Propion을 형성하는 결과로 重水素를 結合하지 않는다.

      • 간호사들의 가족 지지 정도와 직무 만족도에 관한 조사 연구

        This study was to examine the degree of family support and job satisfaction of nurses and the relationship between family support and job satisfaction of nurses. The research design was descriptive study. Data were obtained by use of questionnaire from November to December 1992. Instruments used for this study were the family support scale developed by kang and the job satisfaction scale developed by Kim and Yun. Data were analysed by computer using SPSS program for T-Test, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation. The results of this study were as follows. 1. The average score of the family support of the subjects was 4.1439 out of 5 point. 2. The average score of the job satsfaction of the subjects was 2.7872 out of 5 point. 3. There was a significant relationship between family support and job satisfaction of the subjects. 4. The subjects who got married, worked at primary health center, and were older represented higher score of family support and job satisfaction than those who were single, worked at hospital, and were younger did.

      • 제주도내 간호사들의 건강 개념에 관한 조사 연구

        Nursing is to satisfy the health needs of nursing clients. People's image is formed through perception and their image of health influences their behavior. So nurse's image of health is regarded as component part to comport nursing activities. This study was desinged to identify nurse's image of health. The subjects of this study were 78 nurses who were working in general hospitals or health clinics in Cheju. Data were collected from December 5, to December 24 in 1994 by using open-ended questionnair. The subjects of this study answered as follows. When they heard the word 'health', 26 of 78 subjects thought of happiness, luck, and pleasure, 19 subjects thought of vitality freshiness, vigor and etc, 8 subjects thought of robust, sturdy, healthy and etc, and 17 subjects thougtht of wellbeing, tranquility, peace, and etc. The subjects of this study recognized health as a broad conception including physical, mental and social wellbeing and vitality and maintenance of qualified level of living.

        보육교사 양성 교과과정에 관한 비교적 고찰

        This study was designed to identify alternative curricula to give the high-quality on-the-job educare services and to enhance the early childhood educare teachers' professional knowledge and skills. To achieve this purpose, I compared American, Japanese and Korean training systems of the early childhood educare teachers with respect to the following characteristics, (1) educare`s social background, (2) parents' expectation of educare teachers, (3) a term of school`s education, (4) curriculum's guideline and (5) contents of curricula As a result of this study, I have identified the following six principles in order to an improved curriculum for Korea. 1. Because the purpose of educare is to improve children`s and their families' welfare, Educare curriculum is ought to be guided to achieve this purpose comprehensively. 2. Educare curriculum is ought to be made up clarifying the basis of educare curriculum's domain and being linked with each other. 3. Educare curriculum is ought to be made up considering the connection with basic and advanced course. 4. Giving priority to the subjects which enhance professional knowledge and skills of early childhood educare teachers. And minimizing the numbers of subjects except these. 5. Reinforcing those subjects which are related to their own families and the communities as a whole. 6. Emphasizing the practice and field subjects in order to directly experience educare programs. In conclusion, I presented the alternative curricula of basic and advanced courses. The above principles habe been integrated and used as a foundation of new curricula.
