The purpose of this review study is to evaluate sexual function and its effective factors in menopause. A systematic review was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. The key words of “menopause,” “postmenopause,” “postmenopausal,” “premenopause,” “pre-menopausal period,” “sexual function,” “sexual health,” “sexuality,” “sexual and gender disorders,” “sexual development,” “sexual dysfunction,” “sexual disorders,“ “sexual behavior and “sexual activity” were used in combination with the Boolean operators OR and AND. After reviewing the selected articles, 27 papers were selected based on the criteria for entering the study and the goals set. The results of the reviewed articles showed that, in the physical domain, the factors affecting sexual function can be mentioned, age, hormonal changes, medical problems and reproductive history. Sexual disorders in menopause can be affected by some of the individual and social characteristics and psychological problems. Considering the fact that many psychological and social injuries occur in this period following sexual disorders; therefore, policies and programs for improving the quality of life of women in menopause should be aimed at eliminating sexual dysfunction, correcting attitudes and negative emotions and help to women for more comfortable in menopause.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer type in men and is the second cause of death, due to cancer, in patients over 50, after lung cancer. Prostate specific antigen (PSA) is a widely used tumor marker for prostate cancer. Recently, PSA is discovered in non-prostatic cancer tissues in men and women raising doubts about its specificity for prostatic tissues. PSA exists in low serum level in healthy men and in higher levels in many prostate disorders, including prostatitis and prostate cancer. Thus, a supplementary tumor marker is needed to accurately diagnose the cancer and to observe the patient after treatment. Recently, soluble human leukocyte antigen-G (sHLA-G) has been introduced as a new tumor marker for different cancer types, including colorectal, breast, lung, and ovary. The present descriptive-experimental study was carried out including patients with malignant prostate tumor, patients with benign prostate tumor, and a group of health men as the control group, as judged by an oncologist as well as a pathologist. After sterile blood sampling, sHLA-G was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in each group. The data was then analyzed using one-way ANOVA. P≤0.05 was considered as statistically significant. The results showed that the mean of sHLA-G level was high in patients. Also, it was found that there was a significant difference in sHLA serum level between the three groups. The data revealed that sHLA-G can be a novel upplementary tumor marker in addition to PSA to diagnose prostate cancer.

Non-invasive methods are normally preferred to conventional invasive methods when selecting suitable embryos to improve pregnancy rates after assisted reproduction techniques. One of the most recognized non-invasive methods is to examine the supernatants of embryo culture media. Soluble human leukocyte antigen, class I, G (sHLA-G) antigen is a non-classical class I molecule that has been widely considered as a marker of pregnancy failure or implantation success. In the current study of some Iranian patients, we examined the concentration of sHLA-G at different time points after intracytoplasmic sperm injection and compared the rates to the morphology and quality of the selected embryos. We showed that the concentration of sHLA-G increases over time in high-quality embryos. We conclude that there is a positive relationship between morphology, quality, and sHLA-G concentration. We suggest that this relationship can be used to increase the chance of a successful pregnancy.
Value-based Distributed Generation Placements for Reliability Criteria Improvement
Heidari, Morteza,Banejad, Mahdi The Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers 2013 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.8 No.2
Restructuring and recent developments in the power system and problems arising from construction and maintenance of large power plants, increasing amount of interest in distributed generation (DG) source. Distributed generation units due to specifications, technology and location network connectivity can improve system and load point reliability indices. In this paper, the allocation and sizing of DG in distribution networks are determined using optimization. The objective function of the proposed method is to improve customer-based reliability indices at lowest cost. The placement and size of DGs are optimized using a Genetic Algorithm (GA). To evaluate the proposed algorithm, 34-bus IEEE test system, is used. The results illustrate efficiency of the proposed method.
A Novel Sliding Mode Based UPQC Controller for Power Quality Improvement in Micro-Grids
Heidari Mohammad Amin,Nafar Mehdi,Niknam Taher 대한전기학회 2022 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.17 No.1
This paper presents a novel State Observer Based Sliding Mode controller for UPQC inverters to enhance the power quality in microgrids. In the proposed control scheme, Enhanced extended state observer was applied on a standard sliding mode controller to boost its disturbance rejection capability. The controller was designed to be robust against parameteric and external uncertainties. Further, aff ordable UPQC-grid integration scheme suggested where the photovoltaeek system could be connected to the network via UPQC inverters. Using the suggested confi guration the active and reactive power injection capability was added to UPQC along with its commonly known advantages. Extensive MATLAB Simulink-based theoretical and experimental studies were conducted in diff erent scenarios to verify the effi ciency of the proposed method in improving the power quality indices. Using UPQC with the proposed control scheme shows the better performance than the current traditional UPQC controllers in voltage sag reduction and Harmonics minimization. The main feature of the proposed controller included its accuracy and fast tracking response

In this research, beside presenting real images of produced Functionally Graded Carbon Nanotube-Reinforced Composites (FG-CNTRCs) and a brief review of the synthesis method of FG-CNTRCs, static and buckling analysis of FG-CNTRC with piezoelectric layers are investigated. It is assumed that the material properties of FG-CNTRC are varied through the thickness direction using four different distributions of Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs). To capture the size effects, nonlocal elasticity theory proposed by A.C. Eringen is also adopted in our model. One of the topics in our paper is using a higher order theory with eight different displacement fields and comparing their results with each other. To solve the governing equations, an analytical method is used to find the deflections and critical buckling loads of FG-CNTRCs. To show the accuracy of present methodology, our results are compared with the results of simply supported rectangular nano plates available in the literature. In this research, the effects of aspect ratio, piezoelectric layer and nonlocal parameter are also studied. It is hoped that this work leads to more accurate models on FG-CNTRC.

Objective: D-galactose (D-gal) is well-known agent to induce aging process. In the present study, we selected crocin, the main constituent of Crocus sativus L. (saffron), against D-gal- induced cytotoxicity in human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells. Methods: Pretreated cells with crocin ($25-500{\mu}M$, 24 h) were exposed to D-gal (25-400 mM, 48 h). The MTT assay was used for determination cell viability. Dichlorofluorescin diacetate assay (DCF-DA) and senescence associated ${\beta}$-galactosidase staining assay (SA-${\beta}$-gal) were used to evaluate the generation of reactive oxygen species and beta-galactosidase as an aging marker, respectively. Also advanced glycation end products (AGEs) expression which is known as the main mechanism of age-related diseases was measured by western blot analysis. Results: The findings of our study showed that treatment of cells with D-gal (25-400 mM) for 48h decreased cell viability concentration dependency. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels which are known as main factors in age-related diseases increased from $100{\pm}8%$ in control group to $132{\pm}22%$ in D-gal (200 mM) treated cells for 48h. The cytotoxic effects of D-gal decreased with 24h crocin pretreatment of cells. The cell viability at concentrations of $100{\mu}M$, $200{\mu}M$ and $500{\mu}M$ increased and ROS production decreased at concentrations of 200 and $500{\mu}M$ to $111.5{\pm}6%$ and $108{\pm}5%$, respectively. Also lysosomal biomarker of aging and carboxymethyl lysine (CML) expression as an AGE protein, significantly increased in D-gal 200 mM group after 48h incubation compare to control group. Pre-treatment of SHSY-5Y cells with crocin ($500{\mu}M$) before adding D-gal significantly reduced aging marker and CML formation. Conclusion: Treatment of SH-SY5Y cells with crocin before adding of D-gal restored aging effects of D-gal concentration dependency. These findings indicate that crocin has potent anti- aging effects through inhibition of AGEs and ROS production.
INFINITELY MANY SOLUTIONS FOR (p(x), q(x))-LAPLACIAN-LIKE SYSTEMS
Heidari, Samira,Razani, Abdolrahman Korean Mathematical Society 2021 대한수학회논문집 Vol.36 No.1
Variational method has played an important role in solving problems of uniqueness and existence of the nonlinear works as well as analysis. It will also be extremely useful for researchers in all branches of natural sciences and engineers working with non-linear equations economy, optimization, game theory and medicine. Recently, the existence of infinitely many weak solutions for some non-local problems of Kirchhoff type with Dirichlet boundary condition are studied [14]. Here, a suitable method is presented to treat the elliptic partial derivative equations, especially (p(x), q(x))-Laplacian-like systems. This kind of equations are used in the study of fluid flow, diffusive transport akin to diffusion, rheology, probability, electrical networks, etc. Here, the existence of infinitely many weak solutions for some boundary value problems involving the (p(x), q(x))-Laplacian-like operators is proved. The method is based on variational methods and critical point theory.
