Social commerce (SC) which refers to a subset of electronic commerce using social media (SM) (Owyang, 2009) has been rapidly grown in the B2C marketplace. As the salient characteristics of the SC, the social interaction could be essential to the success of the intermediary (Wikipedia 2011; Goldstein 2006; IBM 2009). There are a few studies that have empirically identified the role of the social interaction factors on the growth and consumer purchase behavior in SC (Stephen and Toubia 2009; Yoo et al. 2011). We have challenged to identify the role of SC characteristics such as the e-commerce (i.e. deal transparency) and social stimuli (i.e. social presence) in this study. Also, we could empirically validate the impact of prior reaction of a SC consumer (i.e. prior satisfaction on the general market) and prior social influence (i.e. prior word-of-mouth about the general market; WoM) on the reaction of the SC consumer. We developed our research model based on the literature of the deal transparency (e.g. Granados et al. 2010), social presence theory (e.g. Gefen and Straub 2004), Institution based trust (e.g. McKnight et al. 2002), and consumer purchase behavior (e.g. Inman et al. 2009).

<P>A Cp*Co(III)-catalyzed γ-selective C-H allylation/hydroamination cascade toward the synthesis of 3,4-dihydroisoquinolines (DHIQs) has been successfully developed, starting from NH ketimines and allyl carbonates. Notably, highly efficient and γ-selective C-H allylations were accomplished using γ-substituted allyl reagents, thus overcoming the issues of poor α/γ selectivity and low reactivity of previous transition metal-catalyzed C-H allylations. The stereochemistry of allyl carbonates was a crucial factor, and synthesis of the DHIQs was achieved using (<I>Z</I>)-allyl carbonates.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

The occurrence of a corona is that electrical discharge due to the heterogeneity that occurs when an electrical field is concentrated in an electrode due to a cusp formed on said electrode. Wire treatment at the end of a 154[㎸] dead end clamp for end users accelerates the occurrence of corona, which in tum leads to power loss and noise. In this study, the characteristics of the corona which occurs between porcelain insulators and support clamps of overhead lines used in 154[㎸] power receiving facilities for end users were investigated. The corona, which cannot be identified by one common method, was measured utilizing a IN image carrera A risk assessment for fire damage and its status was suggested. The stress distribution of the electrical field by length of bare wire was suggested by means of the finite element method (FEMLAB). As a result, it was found to affect a porcelain insulators. These results can be utilized for the enhancement of clamp installation and safety in power facilities.

For the stable production of high quality tea, the freezing resistance is a very important character. Most of the farmers have planted out-pollinated seeds that are not genetically pure. So, with small sample, a quick and simple method is required to test freezing resistance of lots of germ-plasm and early generation of hybrids. The absorbances(A530 nm) of TTC reduction solution at -5~circC were positively correlated with resistance to photoinhibition of PSII in 6 hour photoinhibitory treatments, being significantly fitted by simple linear regression (R2 =0.64** ). Chlorophyll fluorescence measured by Fv/Fm was found to be very useful in evaluating the relative levels of freezing resistance in tea.
Bronchogenic cyst masquerading as malignant pericardial effusion with tamponade

We report on a rare case involving a 23-year-old female patient with mediastinal cystic mass complicated with acute pericarditis and cardiac tamponade. Pericardial fluid demonstrated lymphocyte-predominant exudate and the level of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) was unexpectedly elevated. Successive aspiration of mediastinal cystic mass revealed a very high level of CEA (>100,000 U/mL) and carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (>15,000 ng/mL). This patient was clinically diagnosed as an infected bronchogenic cyst complicated with pericarditis and cardiac tamponade. The treatment resulted in alleviation of her symptoms.

Soy and soy foods are a rich source of isoflavones, which possess several biological activities. The effect of soy isoflavones, genistin and diadzin and their respective aglycones, on glucose uptake in adipocytes isolated from normal or high-fat fed rats was examined. As expected, insulin stimulated glucose uptake in a concentration-dependent manner. However, genistin and daidzin and their aglycones inhibited glucose uptake in a concentration-dependent (25-100μM) manner. In a time-course response, the aglycones significantly inhibited glucose uptake throughout 3 hr (after 30, 60, 120, 180 min), whereas the glycones only significantly inhibited the glucose uptake after 120 min and 180 min in the isolated rat adipocytes. Thus, the glucosides of genistein and daidzein, i.e. genistin and daidzin, were much less effective in inhibiting glucose uptake than their aglycones. In addition, genistin and daidzin did not significantly affect the insulin-stimulated glucose uptake, whereas genistein and daidzein did significantly inhibited glucose uptake compared to the vehicle control group by 47.5% and 24.8%, respectively (p < 0.05). The isoflavones also significantly inhibited glucose uptake in adipocytes isolated from rats fed a high-fat diet (50% of total calorie intake) when compared to the vehicle control. Finally, the isoflavones were found to enhance lipolysis in adipocytes isolated from high-fat fed rats, where the glycerol released by the aglycones was also higher than that released by the glycones. The current results showed that the inhibitory effect of daidzein on glucose uptake was very similar to that of genistein. The aglycones were more potent in inhibiting the uptake of glucose and a more potent stimulator of lypolysis than the glycones in adipocytes isolated from high-fat fed rats.

Introduction: Infi ammatory fi broid polyp is a rare benign tumor of the gastrointestinal tract. The most common site of the tumor is the gastric antrum, followed by ileum. It originates from the submucosa. It is composed of fi brous tissue, blood vessels and numerous infi ammatory cells such as eosinophils. In the cases of infi ammatory fi broid polyp in the ileum, most of polyps are solitary lesions and they usually present as intestinal obstruction or intussusception. Case: A 42 year old male presented epigastric pain. He had peptic ulcer 2 years ago. Under endoscopy, he had peptic ulcer with partial gastric outlet obstruction again. But, CT (computerized tomography)scan showed ileocolic intussusception secondary to ileal mass. Laparoscopic hemicolectomy was performed. The ileal mass was an infi ammatory fi broid polyp. Conclusion: It was diffi cult to diagnose this intusscusception secondary to infi ammatory fi broid polyp in the ileum because of partial gastric outlet obstruction. Careful investigation is important to diagnose this disease exactly.
Classification of Korean Green Tea Products Based on Chemical Components

The prices of domestic green tea products are relatively expensive and price differences within products of the same levels of quality are various. Also, there is no basic criteria on evaluation of green tea quality. To group 43 commercial green tea products into several parts by the principal component and cluster analyses, this work was done by use of 8 chemical constituents which were analyzed by NIR system. The principal component and cluster analyses revealed 8 groups. The first group included 16 products that had lower free amino acid and theanine contents. The second group included 5 products having higher free amino acid and theanine contents, but lower ash contents. The third group included 13 products showing medium values of 8 constituents. The IV group included 4 products having higher contents of moisture, free amino acids, and theanine. The V group included 1 product showing higher moisture but lower catechins contents. The VI group included 2 products that had higher moisture and catechins contents, but lower free amino acid and theanine contents. The VII group had higher moisture and catechins contents. The VIII group had higher ash and vitamin C contents. The free amino acid contents which were the most important in flavor evaluation of green tea quality did highly positively correlate with the contents of total nitrogen (0.956**),~;theanine~;(0.981**),~;and~;caffeine~;(0.793**) , but negatively with the contents of ash (-0.884**) . The catechins used as for functional ingredients did correlate with contents of caffeine(+) and vitamin C(-), respectively.
