      • 주파수 가변형 밀리미터파 필터의 제작 및 측정

        In this paper, new micromachined tunble bandpass filters for multi-band millimeter-wave telecommunication systems are proposed. Two types of mm-wave tunable filters are fabricated using micromachning technology and the responses of the filters are measured. One is two-pole lumped elements filter and the other two-pole resonators filter. Frequency tunability of the filter is achieved by changing the gap between a common CPW ground plate and the movable cantilever beam connected to the transmission line with the controllable renge of 2.5${\mu}m$. The deflection of cantilever beam is measured with the applied DC voltage. With the applied bias voltage from 0 to 50 V, the fabricated filters show 0.6 GHz(2.3%) at 26.6 GHz, and 0.8 GHz(2.5%) at 32 GHz center frequency shift for the lumped elements and resonators filter, respectively. The life time of the fabricated gold cantilever structure are tested.

        서비스모델 혁신을 위한 HPT 적용 사례연구

        그 동안 IT서비스 업체들은 국내시장을 중심으로 고객사의 정보시스템 구축을 근간으로 하는 IT서비스를 제공하는 기업으로 자리매김해왔다. 그러나 IT가 다양한 산업기술들과 융합하여 산업간 컨버전스, Intelligence, Mobility를 가능하게 하는 기술인 스마트기술로 변모함에 따라, 그에 맞춰 IT서비스 사업모델도 그 영역이 점차 다양화되어 가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 트랜드에 맞추어 기업 내부적으로 기술의 다양화에 따른 서비스 전문화와 서비스 혁신을 추구하기 위해서 수행공학(HPT; Human Performance Technology)을 적용한 사례를 제시하고자 한다. 즉, 수행공학을 통하여 IT서비스의 사업방향을 스마트 기술을 중심으로 하는 방향으로 변화시키고, 사업을 수행하는 임직원들의 일하는 방법을 변화시키는 노력과 관련된 LG CNS사의 교육 프로그램 개발방법의 혁신 사례를 소개하고자 한다. Until Now, Many IT Service companies in Korea have grown up by giving the useful service of Information Technology System to customer in the domestic market. But nowadays, When Information Technology becomes a Smart Technology that give convergence between some industries, Intelligence, Mobility by combining so many industry technologies, business opportunities with smart technology increase bigger than ever. In accordance with the above directions, this study introduces the result of case study in the LG CNS Companies. This case involves a story that innovate a service model by smart technology, and create educational programs to change the way of employee working by Human Performance Tehnology.

        레이더의 유효 반사전력을 이용한 도로 상태 측정

        스마트하이웨이는 고속 주행하는 운전자에게 교통안전 개선 및 교통사고 발생률 감소, 지능적이고 편리한 주행환경을 지원하는 차세대 고속도로이다. 스마트하이웨이를 구현하기 위해 도로조건 및 주행 중인 차량들의 상태, 기타 다양한 데이터의 수집이 필요하다. 현재 고속도로에서 광학센서(CCTV 등)를 이용하여 교통정보를 수집하고, 분석하여 운전자에게 제공하고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 기법은 다양한 정보수집의 한계, 기상여건에 따른 정확도의 결여 및 유지관리의 한계 등의 문제가 있다. 도로상태 정보를 운전자와 자동차에게 안전주행정보를 제공하기 위해서는 환경 변화에 영향을 받지 않은 레이더 시스템과 알고리즘 처리 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 노면상대 성능을 실험하가 위해 9.4GHz 레이더를 이용하였고, 표적 탐지 성능 시험은 개발한 레이더 시스템을 사용하였다. 각 레이더로부터 획득한 데이터를 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 성능을 비교, 분석하였다. Smart Highway is a next generation highway that significantly improves a traffic safety, reduces incidence of traffic accidents, and supports intelligent and convenient driving environments so that drivers can drive at high speeds in safety. In order to implement smart highway, it is required to gather a large amount of data including conditions of a road and the status of vehicles, and other useful data. To provide situation information of highway, it has been gathered traffic information using optical sensors(CCTV, etc.). However, this technique has problems such as the problem of information gathering, lack of accuracy depending on weather conditions and limitation of maintenance. It needs radar system which has not effect on environmental change and algorithm processing technique in order to provide information for a safety driving to driver and car. In this paper, it is used radar with 9.4GHz to test performance of a road surface and developed radar system for detecting test. And we compared and analyzed a performance of data acquired from each radar through computer simulation.

        미국의 분열적 중동정책과 제1차 석유파동 - 아랍-이스라엘, 메이저 회사, 국내정치적 구조

          While precedent researches on the impact or results of the First Oil Crisis are numerous, those on the cause are rare. It may be because the phenomenon of 1973 oil crisis includes extreme complexities. Though this phenomenon must be analyzed from the Fourth Middle East War to international oil system, precedent researches was partially involved in separate spheres. This study is the trial of overcoming this limits. I tried to explain the cause of the First Oil Crisis comprehensively with the results of U.S. foreign policy toward Middle East.<BR>  The structural change of international oil industry has resulted in irreversible quadrupled price, and the decision of oil weaponization, the Fourth Middle East War and embargo-production cut of oil, had catalyzed this outcome. I tried to suggest this framework of these three factors, oil weaponization, the structural change of international oil industry, and irreversible quadrupled price as a definition of the First Oil Crisis.<BR>  U.S. split-policies toward Middle East made direct and indirect influences on these three factors. First, the decision of oil weaponization can be analyzed in the two parts. On the Fourth Middle East War, the political portfolio of Nixon bore the failure of Rogers Plan and the flop of winning Egypt over to U.S. side. On the embargo-production cut of oil, U.S. ignored the warning of King Faisal on the embargo and production cut of oil due to split status in policy-making, and the ignorance made stable backgrounds for initiating the war. Second, the sphere on the structural change of international oil industry can be explained through U.S. split-policies toward major oil companies. In one side, U.S. government supported major oil companies temporarily for the other purpose, indirect aid to oil-exporting countries, and in the other side, she offered the competitive circumstances with independent oil companies in terms of quota system, and at the end major oil companies was made satisfied in stable domestic market. The other dilemma of major oil companies was the schizo-tendency of the other branches of governments, Department of State and Judicial branch. While the former required national strategical cooperations to major oil companies, the latter shook the basis of the adjustmental power of major oil companies through antitrust law. As a result, no one could expect the public function-domestically and internationally-on major oil companies, and at last companies could not but being at a loss before negotiating tables with oil-exporting countries enriched by indirect revenue aid of U.S. government. On the other hand, the oil import quota system of U.S. influenced the market of supply and demand, so that it aggravated the decline of domestic production and the abrupt increase of demand. Finally, the Economic Stabilization Programme which pursued both price control and production increase, at last, drove the international oil market more overheated, so that it exaggerated the impact of oil crisis by precedent changes.

        농업 R&D 사전경제성분석 평가지표 개발에 관한 연구

        농업분야는 급속한 세계화, 기후변화에 따른 식량공급의 불안정 등으로 농업 생산성 향상을 위한 농업 R&D 투자증대가 필수적인 상황이다. 하지만, 농업 R&D 투자가 실용화나 사업화 성과로 연결되지 못하고 있다는 비판이 꾸준히 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 R&D과제의 사전경제성 분석을 위한 성과지표를 개발하였다. 먼저, 국내외 주요 기관의 사전평가체계와 항목을 비교하여 상위속성 및 대분류 지표별로 분류를 하였다. 이를 토대로 하여 사업성 평가모델의 큰 틀을 유지하면서 농식품 분야의 특성을 반영한 새로운 지표를 개발하였다. 2개의 대분류 지표와 4개의 중분류 지표, 8개의 소분류 지표를 산출하였다. 마지막으로 전문가 그룹에 의한 AHP 설문을 통하여 평가지표의 가중치를 도출하였다. 분석결과 농업R&D는 수익성(25%)뿐만 아니라 생산유발효과(20.5%)와 고용유발효과(16.8%)도 높은 비중을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 농업 R&D과제 사전경제성평가의 틀을 제시하고 객관적인 평가를 통하여 국가예산의 효율성증가 및 경제성에 대한 연구자의 의식제고에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. We developed a performance indicators for agricultural R&D pre-economic. In the agricultural sector, it is essential to increase agricultural R&D investment for agricultural productivity by rapid globalization and unstable food supply due to climate change. The proportion of R&D investment in agriculture is steadily increasing for strengthening competitiveness and food security in response to these circumstances. However, there is a growing criticism that agricultural R&D investment is not linked to commercialization or commercialization. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a preliminary review to determine the economic feasibility from the planning stage of agricultural R&D. The result was followed. First, we classify by high attributes and indicators comparing pre-evaluation system and items of R&D tasks of domestic and foreign major institutions. Then, we developed a new index that reflects the characteristics of agriculture maintaining a large framework of R&D feasibility evaluation model. It was actually developed two major classification indicators, four intermediate classification indicators, and eight subclass indicators. Finally, the weight of the evaluation index was derived through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) survey by the expert group. As a result of the analysis, agricultural R&D shows not only profitability (25%) but also economic effect such as production inducement effect (20.5%) and employment inducement effect (16.8%). It is expected to contribute to the efficiency of the national budget by raising economic efficiency at the planning stage of the agricultural R&D task. It will also improve the researcher's awareness of economics.

      • 입구 불균일 유동에 의한 원심압축기 스톨에 관한 실험적 연구

        In this paper, the effect of circumferential inlet distortion on performance and stall has been experimentally investigated in a high-speed centrifugal compressor, comparing distorted cases with undistorted one. The performance of compressor was slightly deteriorated by defect of inlet static pressure which is caused by the circumferential inlet distortion. As stall was fully developed the inlet distortion did not affect the number of stall cell and the propagation velocity. It also did not affect stall inception at 40,000 and 50,000 rpm. However stall occurred at the lower flow rate for distorted flow at 60,000 rpm. For 50,000 rpm a unexpected phenomenon occurred : stall occurred first and then it disappeared.
