Basketball is one of the most popular winter sports in Korea. Korean basketball league has started in 1997 with 8 teams. Currently, there are 10 teams participating in it and the average number of spectators in 2010~2011 season reached 3,815. However, it has not been making good profit. It would be meaningful to analyze and evaluate the operational efficiency in order to provide basic information to improve the efficiency. This study used data envelopment analysis to figure out comparative efficiency of the teams in the Korean basketball league. As a result, Jeonjaland, LG, and KT were evaluated to be efficient teams and Orions, Ginseng, and Mobis were not.

강의 서비스품질 측정도구 제안

강의평가는 질 높은 수업을 실현하고 개선${\cdot}$발전시키기 위해서 일련의 수업체계 및 과정을 평가하고, 분석한 결과를 이용하여 강의 내용을 재조직하거나 강의방법을 개선하여 대학교육의 질적 수준을 높이며, 더 나아가 양질의 교육을 제공함으로써 교육 소비자인 학생들의 만족도를 제고시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 즉 강의평가는 교육현장에서 수행되는 강의에 대한 평가를 통하여 교육 소비자인 학생들의 만족도를 제고시키기 위한 서비스품질 측정 도구라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 강의평가를 통한 교육 서비스품질 향상이 중요한 만큼 강의 서비스품질 측정을 위한 타당한 측정도구를 제안하였다.

자료포락분석을 이용한 지역대학의 효율성분석

Data envelopment analysis is a relatively new data oriented approach to evaluate the performance of a set of peer entities called decision making units which convert multiple inputs into multiple outputs. It has been extensively applied in performance evaluation and benchmarking entities such as hospitals, universities, cities, courts, and business firms. This study provides the evaluating results of the operational efficiencies of local universities using a DEA approach. In addition, we explore the difference of the efficiency between regional flagship national universities and non-flagships.

Q방법론을 활용한 보완대체요법 선호에 관한 연구

오늘날 현대인들은 건강한 삶, 질적인 삶을 영위하기 위하여 부작용 없이 손쉽게 자신을 관리하는 방법들을 모색하게 되었고 최근에는 각종 보완대체의학에 대한 관심이 점차 늘어나고 있다. 보완대체 의학이란 미국에서 사용되는 학술용어로서, 그동안 문제가 되어온 현대 의학적 난제들을 해결하는 대안으로 제시할 수 있는 자연치료의 의학적 방법들을 총칭하고 있다. 이러한 보완대체의학이 지금보다 더 활성화되기 위해서는 이용자의 주관성에 기초한 연구가 있어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 주관적 유형분석 방법인 Q방법론을 활용하여, 보완대체요법 선호에 관한 유형과 유형에 따른 특성을 파악함으로써 특성에 대한 이해를 높이고 선호요인을 찾아내어 보완대체의학을 실제적으로 적용하기 위한 사정시 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 그 결과 3가지 유형-'생물/약용식물요법 선호형' (제1유형), '혼합 선호형' (제2유형), '수기요법 선호형' (제3유형)-으로 구조화됨을 알 수 있었다.

Statistical Errors in a Research of Clothing and Textiles

본 연구는 통계적 방법의 올바른 사용을 통해 의류학 분야 연구결과의 과학성과 윤리성을 높이는데 도움을 주고자 실시되었으며, 나아가 본 연구가 통계적 방법을 활용하는 의류학 관련 연구 발전에 기여하는데 의의가 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통계적 방법의 적용이나 통계패키지의 활용과정에서 나타나는 오류는 의류학 관련 연구에서도 예외는 아니었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국의류학회지를 대상으로 연구과정에서 자주 발생할 수 있는 통계적 오류에 대해서 알아보았으며, 그 결과 각 단계별로 많은 오류가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 요인분석 등에 있어 올바른 분석방법을 적용하고 있지도 않을 뿐더러, 천편일률적으로 기계적인 기술을 하고 있었다. 또한 교차분석의 경우에도 가설설정이 없으며, 검정의 내용을 혼동하는 경우가 많았다. The purpose of this study is to examine the statistical errors, which may occur in the process of applying statistics, by major stage of research, for greatly contributing to promoting research power through rightly utilizing statistics at the point of time that the application of statistics is increased in the research of clothing and textiles. As a result, it confirmed that there are many errors by each stage. First, it is a point that there was not any research that mentioned on the impact of analysis in the researches, which test the appearance of significance based on the collected data through experiment or survey. Second, the existence of mechanical description which is monotonous as well as not applying right analytical method in factor analysis. Also, even in case of cross tabulation, there was no hypothesis establishment.

DEA 및 맘퀴스트 지수를 이용한 전라북도 지방상수도 효율성 사례분석

우리나라의 상수도 사업은 규모의 영세성, 지역에 따른 경영과 서비스의 불균형, 지역 간 수자원의 이용 및 관리에 있어 불합리한 문제점 등 취약한 산업구조로 인해 효율이 낮은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 자료포락분석(data envelopment analysis)을 활용한 효율성 분석 및 맘퀴스트(Malmquist) 지수 그리고 통계적 방법을 통해 전라북도 지방상수도 사업소의 생산성 변화를 탐색적으로 파악해 보았다. 그 결과 규모 효율성이 1인 사업소가 6개로 나타났으며, 주로 군 단위 사업소에서 평균 이하의 생산성지수를 보임으로써 이들 사업소들은 생산성 증가를 위한 노력을 경주할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 DEA뿐만 아니라 맘퀴스트 생산성 분석을 통하여 생산성의 변화를 측정한다는 점에서 선행연구들과 차별화되는 바, 전라북도 지역 상수도 부문의 효율성을 제고하는데 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

According th expansion of computer technology and fast spread of network today, change is accelerated to electronic filing document in information carrier that use existent paper. Accord ingly, it became very important issue that create electronic filing document, and manage information that is included to electronic filing document. XML is expected to act important role in electronic commerce, electronic library, construction of point application system of imagination college and so on furthermore as well as can be complicated in Internet and ease storage of structured document data, administration, search. It is not easy work that peon makes out this XML document. This dissertation is research about edit method to make out XML document as more easy and convenient. Introduced concept that input XML document using document form for this, and separated input process by process and process that make out actuality XML document using made XML document form that make XML document form. Such detached input method can improve efficiency of XML input because can input easily XML document if use XML document form that offer input person who do not know well about XML specialist or system.

고등학교 수학과 교육과정 중 확률.통계에 나타난 의미의 연결망 구조와 분석

According to the $7^{th}$ reform of high school education curriculum, contents on probability and statistics in mathematics of high school curriculum have been expanded compared to the previous curriculum. Thus if the curriculum contains the contents to achieve the goals for probability and statistics, more efficient education on statistics is expected to meet the needs of information age. In this thesis, we studied through network analysis if contents on probability and statistics in mathematics of high school curriculum are composed to achieve the goals. We reviewed contents on probability and statistics in mathematics of the $7^{th}$ reform of high school curriculum whether they are conformed the purpose and direction of the reform or not. As a result, the concept of probability distribution and statistical estimation with a random variable was described clearly. But, census and sample survey were not connected with other items. In a part, there were expressional mistakes.

제4회 전라북도 지방선거 결과자료 분석

The next local election for Jeollabuk-do will be held in 2010. In preparation for this, we conducted a study to observe whether or not if minute regionalism occurred during the fourth "Nationally coordinated local election" which was held on May 31st in 2006. This study is based on Jeollabuk-do provincial governor election data. For this, we introduced a RS index which is used to measure how evenly each candidate for governor of the province received votes, and chi-statistics that measure each candidate's local intimacy. Further more, we checked out whether minute regionalism occurred or not by putting to practical use correspondence analysis. As a result, we could confirm that minute regionalism occurred to a few candidates. After reviewing many measurements, we found that a RS index's validity is not high.

간이분석법을 이용한 동료평가의 공정성 향상 방안

Peer assessment is an educational valuation system that involves studying with a colleague and granting value to the progress made by the colleague. Although this method has many merits, there is also a drawback pertaining to calculating the mean of the scores that were granted to the levels of contribution. However, this has been improved upon by a diversified study. However, the concept of the chi-square test and p-value used in the preceding study is not easy individuals engaged in the industrial engineering field or education when using peer assessment. This study uses simple statistics like standard deviation, in addition to, investigating the availability of a suggested method as well as examples of utility and application. This study can contribute to increase the convenience of users through the use of convenience analysis and with this method.
