        기술로드맵(TRM) 추진과 활용의 결정요인에 관한 연구 - 기술정보활용을 위한 조직역량을 중심으로 -

        This research focused on the major determinants for the technology roadmap utilization of the R&D project after the adoption of the technology roadmap in the R&D intensive organization. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and qualitative case study approaches. The results of this study are summarized as in cases where the R&D project team has higher organizational capability - specifically, relation and research capability, even more technology roadmap is used. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the technology roadmap utilization is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D-oriented organizations and technology-related studies in coming years. 본 연구는 연구개발 조직에서 기술로드맵을 추진한 후 R&D 프로젝트를 수행하는 과정에서 기술로드맵을 실제로 활용(utilization)하게 되는 주요한 결정 요인을 고찰하는 것에 목적을 두어 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 기술로드맵의 개념과 특성을 밝히고 기술로드맵 활용의 주요 요인을 조직역량이론을 중심으로 하여 명제를 도출함과 동시에 사례분석연구를 통하여 기술로드맵 활용의 실제를 분석하였다. 이러한 이론연구와 사례분석을 통하여 기술정보활용을 위한 R&D 프로젝트의 관계구조역량과 연구역이 높을수록 기술로드맵을 활용하며, 기술로드맵 혁신의 속성을 조직 내로 내재화시킬 수 있다는 것을 고찰하였다. 기술로드맵 활용을 위한 조직역량을 실제적으로 분석한 본 연구는 기술로드맵 추진 후에 이를 실제로 활용하려는 연구개발 조직에게 큰 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        질화붕소나노튜브(BNNT: Boron Nitride Nanotube)는 뛰어난 기계적 물성과 전기적 절연성, 높은 열전도도, 열적/화학적 안정성 및 열중성자 흡수 등의 물리화학적 특성으로 인해 다양한 과학기술 분야에서 응용될 수 있는 소재이다. BNNT의 응용성을 증진시키기 위해서 정제 및 표면개질을 통해 BNNT 합성 공정 중 포함되는 불순물의 제거와 용매와 기재에 대한 상용성을 개선해야 할 필요성이 있다. 이에 본 기고에서는 BNNT의 정제 및 표면처리 연구동향에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

        우리나라 어선감척사업 현황과 개선방향

        The fishing vessel buyback program, that is, the project of fishing vessel reduction is a complex challenge that needs to take into consideration for both fishing resource protection and industrial restructuring. By the way, the fishing vessel buyback program in Korea is still poorly fruitful and there are few applications for the project in the country. For example, the buyback program of this nation has some problems like uncertainly set goals, conflicts among targets, no flexibility in the program implementation, low participation in the project and lack in follow-up actions. To solve these problems, this study offers the following alternatives. First, it is setting up detailed targets for fishing vessel buyback. Those targets should be what can be actually driven under policy support, such as reduction in illegal fishing, decrease in an exact number of fishing vessels and decline in fishing capacity rather than what seem to be comprehensive such as protection of coastal or offshore fishery and industrial restructuring. Second, it is taking measures for the livelihood of those who would face disadvantages due to fishing vessel reduction. Those measures providing or supporting the re-education and re-employment of fishery workers and building up systems that help the workers transfer fishing to another job. Third, it is adopting the governance system that overcomes lacks in communications between the fishing vessel buyback program and improves the performance effectiveness of that program. Here, governance means that businesses and authorities concerned in the program interact and cooperate with one another in making and implementing policies related to the project of fishing vessel reduction and assessing the results of that project. Fourth, it is taking actions for fishery reorganization after the fishing vessel buyback program. Factors that can be considered as those actions include supporting fishery workers’ cost of fishing vessel reduction, decreasing and modernizing fishing fleets and improving the quality of fishing equipment. In conclusion, the fishing vessel buyback program should be prepared with comprehensive actions or measures that can cope well with a variety of problems that may be arisen from it while keeping itself on the track of its original goals.

      • 교회학교 아동부 교재에서의 성령이해

        The purpose of this article is to analysis and revision the children curriculum of the Presbyterian Church of Korea(PCK). The children curriculum in the PCK started newly by the name of the God’s people, light of the world(GPL) on the 2013. GPL curriculum emphasizes Holy Spirit by the critical reflection to the 3rd curriculum of the PCK. This article analyzes all the texts from 1st texts to 5th texts, and suggests the alternative curriculum for the children education to Holy Spirit. For revision and alternation of the children education to Holy Spirit, this article says the foundational theory of the Holy Spirit based on the evangelical theologian theories. Foundational theories are the identity of the Holy Spirit, the understanding of Holy Spirit related to the Word of God, the understanding of Holy Spirit related to the church, the understanding of Holy Spirit related to the world. This article suggests a reconceptualization with the understanding to Holy Spirit in the play group of perichoresis as a being mode of the triune God. Holy Spirit is Spirit of play. The goal of Holy Spirit’s play has a meaning in its own itself instead of the results of the play. Holy Spirit’s history as play has a meaning in process rather than the end of history as product. Holy Spirit’s play is not a transfer model as concentrating on concepts moving from the teacher to the student but a transformative model inviting the children to make the journey of discovery for their personal theological meaning. The content of Holy Spirit’s play emphasizes the wondering method as conceptual play on the Word of God. Wondering opens the creative process and draws both the lesson and the child’s life experience into the personal creation of meaning. Wondering on the Word of God is to playing with the parables such an unusual experience for children. In parables there is not single answer but many right answers. Holy Spirit related to the church in children education stimulates to play the children in the faith community with circle forms. Circles as church of children’s faith community are a fundamental shape in the world and in our imagination. And circles articulate the sky as a bowl turned over above us. Circle never end when one travels around their circumference. Circles give an equal opportunities to the teacher and the learners to participate in worship, lesson, and many kinds of activities. Holy Spirit related to the world of children emphasizes the character education by activities and participates in project method. By the project character education, children could have opportunities of a formation of characters for their social life in home and school by themselves. By the expressive art, children express their feeling and thought to the faith through Holy Spirit. And the curriculum of children in PCK needs to including children who suffer, anxiety, and even death from living in communities plagued by violence.

        Pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis is an uncommon condition characterized by the presence of multiple gas-filled cysts within the wall of the gastrointestinal tract. It is still a poorly understood phenomenon, considered to result from primary mucosal insult from varying causes. However, it is associated with various diseases, including gastroenteral obstructive and connective vascular diseases and even pulmonary or endocrine diseases. Authors report a case of pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis with volvulus in the small intestine that developed in a 44-year-old man without history of any special underlying diseases.

        Prolene Hernia System을 이용한 성인 서혜부 탈장의 임상적 분석

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to detail clinical experiences with a type of tension-free herniorrhaphy using the prolene hernia system (PHS) and analyze the system’s usefulness. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 122 patients who underwent an inguinal hernia repair using PHS between March 2004 and August 2008. Results: There were 116 male and 6 female patients ages 14 to 99; 79 indirect, 33 direct, 10 pantaloon hernias. The right inguinal hernias were more frequent (64.7%). The mean operative time for inguinal hernia repair using PHS was 45.2±1.5 minutes and the mean postoperative hospital stay was 3.5±1.5 days (101±82.9 hours). The most frequent combined disease was hypertension. The most frequent complication of PHS repair was hematoma. The mean number of used analgesics was 3.1±3.3. There were no postoperative recurrences. Conclusion: Tension-free herniorrhaphy using PHS is thought to be a useful method of inguinal hernia repair in adults because it offers lower postoperative pain, shorter operation time and shorter postoperative hospital stay.

        [기술정책]기술혁신 클러스터 구축의 전략방향 설정에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 기술혁신 촉발의 인프라로 여겨지는 혁신클러스터 구축의 개념과 이론을 살펴보고 시나리오 플래닝을 통해서 판교 테크노밸리 운영의 전략방향을 설정하여 본다. 이러한 클러스터 전략 방향 설정의 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 클러스터의 개념, 이론 및 국내?외 주요 추진 사례를 살펴본다. 구체적으로 사례분석으로는 해외의 핀란드 오울루, 미국 리서치 트라이앵글 파크, 국내의 대덕특구연구단지 및 경기도 기술혁신 클러스터를 분석한다. 또한, 이러한 사례분석을 통한 성공 요인 고찰에서 더 나아가 미래예측 방법론 중 하나인 ‘시나리오 플래닝(scenario planning)’을 통하여 판교 테크노밸리 혁신클러스터 구축의 미래 시나리오를 설정한다. 또한, 이를 통해 바람직한 미래 (preferred future)를 달성하기 위한 전략적 방향을 설정하였다. 본 연구를 통해 판교 테크노밸리 클러스터 추진의 성공을 위해서는 클러스터 육성?지원 기능 강화, 혁신클러스터 정책과의 정합(alignment) 및 클러스터간의 네트워크 구축이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 기술혁신 클러스터 추진의 전략방향을 시나리오 플래닝을 통하여 다차원적으로 고찰한 본 논문은 향후 클러스터 추진 관련 연구 조직에게 큰 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This research focused on the strategy consulting of the ‘Pankyo Technovalley’ for the formation of the innovation clusters The study was performed based on both theoretical study and related qualitative study approaches. Particularly, ‘scenario planning’ as a foresight method was used for the strategy formulation of the innovation clusters. The major determinants for the success of the formation of the innovation clusters can be summarized as follows; the enhancement of the service of the host institution of clusters, the alignment of the national cluster policy with the strategy of the host institution and the networks of the clusters. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the strategy for the formation of the innovation clusters is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D organizations and technology cluster participants in coming years.

        There is no ideal curriculum that does not requiring a revision in the change of ages. Theological university curriculum needs to revise in the considering of the tendency of academic and social change. In these days theological university curriculum has a tendency of change toward a competency-based curriculum. The competency-based curriculum is the attempt to set the learner"s competency development as the core value of education, design and operate the curriculum, evaluate the achievement level of the students based on the set competency, and improve the quality of education. The contents of this paper are as follows; First, the curriculum"s revision of theological university starts with the development of the image of right people, the key competencies, and the following competencies by the core value of the university. Second, In the next step the liberal arts curriculum and the major curriculum need to have a image of right people and competencies in liberal arts or all major courses as the following competencies in the level of departments. Third, the forms of instruction and evaluation of classes in the theological university needs to revise in accordance with the key and following competencies of the theological university and needs to diversify of the forms of instruction and evaluation. Finally, this paper summarizes with conclusions and recommendations for the continuous revision of the curriculum.
