전동기 축 일체형 유압펌프의고장은 유압펌프뿐만 아니라 유압동력발생장치가 포함된 시스템 전체의 신뢰성과 수명에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 이에 대한 신뢰성 분석과 신속한 수명예측을 위한 가속 모델의 개발은 매우 중요하고 의미가 있다. 본 논문에서는, 전동기 축 일체형 유압펌프의 고장분석으로서 FMMA, FMECA, FTA, 그리고 2-Stage QFD를 작성하였고, 유압펌프의 압력 및 전동기의 회전속도를 가속인자로 한 가속모델을 제시하였다. 그리고 실제 사용조건을 고려한 가속계수를 계산하여 수명시험시간을 산출하였다.

The solenoid actuator is an electromechanical device that converts the electrical signal into mechanical motion, and which is used to generate mechanical linear motion. Due to their simplicity, high reliability, and low cost, solenoid actuator is used as core components in automobile and aircraft industries, and also widely used in pneumatic valves, electric relays, and switches. To establish the ideal design technology of solenoid actuator for pneumatic valve operation, we must consider the detailed design conditions which are maximum attraction force, magnetic flux density, plunger shape, bobbin dimension, analysis of magnetic material, value of space factor, and coil temperature. And also, it is essential that manufactured goods must be same as the initial design condition. A manufacturing error of frequent occurrence is related to the coil which is unusual winding when turning the coil at the bobbin, irregular assembly between the bobbin and the yoke, and a short coil that occur from molding procedure. In this paper, we prove the effect of unusual winding coil on the motion of solenoid actuator through the experimental test. Four types of coil shape are used to test, and we compare the test results which are attraction force, temperature rising, and consumption power. The experimental test results were presented.

For a design of on/off solenoid actuator for valve actuating, designer must have the experimental knowledge as well as general electromagnetic formulas to design object. It is possible for theoretical knowledge to do the out-line design, but it is impossible to optimal design without experimental knowledge which only can be achieved through many repeated experiments. In addition, in present on/off type solenoid actuator field, the smaller, lightening, lower consumption power, high response time are effected as the most important design factor. So, experimental knowledge is more needed for optimal design of solenoid actuator. In this study, we derived the governing equations for optimal design of on/off solenoid actuator for valve actuating and developed a design program composed electromagnetic theories and experimental parameter values for inexperienced designers. And we proved the propriety of this program by experiments.
