중성자 조사에 의해서 생성된 FZ 실리콘 웨이퍼 내의 점결함 및 저항 변화에 관한 연구

The effect of irradiation damage on FZ silicon crystal properties has been studied by electrical measurements. 4 FZ silicon wafers of high resistivity of 1000∼2000Ω-㎝ with (100) orientation were irradiated with thermal neutron fluences of 1.815E18/㎠ and 6.406E18/㎠ by HANARO nuclear reactor to compare resistivity, point defect due to fluence differences. SRP results showed that the obtained resistivities approached to the designed ones. Point defect generation due to irradiation was observed using FTIR and DLTS. In the case of Si-1, two point defects were observed at 100 K and 230 K and they were named E_l and E_2. The sample of Si-2 had four point defects which were included two point defects of Si-1 sample. The two point defects of Si-2 were measured at 125K(E_4) and 300K(E_3). The point defects which were E_2 and E_3 were first observed in this study.

반도체 소자의 기판 재료로 사용되고 있는 실리콘 웨이퍼는 그 정밀도가 매우 중요하다.본 연구에서는 균일한 Dopant 농도 분포를 얻을 수 있는 중성자 변환 Doping을 이용하여 실리콘에 인(P)을 Doping하는 연구를 수행하였다.중성자 변환 Doping, 즉 NTD(Neutron Transmutation Doping)란 원자번호 30인 실리콘 동위원소에 중성자가 조사되면 원자번호 31인 실리콘으로 변환되고, 2.6시간의 반감기를 갖고 decay 되면서 인(P)으로 변하게 되어 실리콘 웨이퍼에 n-type 전도를 갖게 하는 것을 말한다.본 연구에서는 하나로 원자로를 이용하여 고저항(1000-2000Ω㎝) FZ 실리콘 웨이퍼에 중성자 조사하여 저항의 변화를 관찰하였고, 중성자 조사시 발생하는 점결함을 분석하여 점결함이 저항 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다.중성자 조사 전 이론적 계산에 의해 16.8Ω㎝와 4.76Ω㎝의 저항을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 예상되었고, 중성자 조사 후 SRP로 측정한 결과 실리콘 웨이퍼가 3Ω㎝와 2.5Ω㎝의 저항을 가지고 있을 확인할 수 있었으며, FT-IR 분석결과 점결함의 변화 양상을 확인할 수 있었다.
봉침을 이용한 무작위배정 비교임상시험연구에서의 유해사례 보고에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

ObjectivesBee venom acupuncture (BVA) is emerging as a potential therapeutic option for several conditions. However, evidence regarding accurate estimates of its adverse events are not available. Therefore, by combining occurrence rates of adverse events in rel-evant randomized controlled trials (RCTs), we have aimed to give an overall estimated rate of each adverse event following BVA intervention.MethodsA systematic search for adverse events of BVA in Pubmed, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Embase, NDSL, KoreaMed, KISS, RISS, KISTI, and KMbase was performed. For the quality assessment of the trials, we applied the CONSORT harms reporting recommendations. The overall occurrence rate of each adverse event was as-sessed as the primary outcome. The overall drop-out rate due to adverse events was as-sessed as the secondary outcome. ResultsTen RCTs reported adverse events following BVA. Two RCTs were eligible of fur-ther synthesis. Adverse events of pruritus, localized edema, and erythema occurred sig-nificantly more frequently in the BVA group compared to the control group. Data of drop-outs were available in seven RCTs. However, no comparisons showed a significant difference.ConclusionsCurrently evidence of adverse events is far from sufficient for assessing a reliable, precise occurrence rate. Still, limited evidence shows a tendency that adverse events occur more frequently after the appliance of BVA compared to the control. Thus, we await well designed future studies of BVA with more proper and strict harms reporting methods. (J Korean Med Rehab 2014; 24(4):97-109)

Using DFSS tool, achieved engine mounting system optimization and readied crux that can do robust design at noise. Optimization direction is Studied by Smaller-the-Better so that decrease diffusion and seat track acceleration. Optimization item is decided to Idle vibration, key on and engine shake much engine mounting effect degree. Result of optimization confirmation improved Idle vibration and key on.
