靑年文化 形成을 爲한 國民倫理學의 역할 : 哲學的 接近을 通한 하나의 硏究

This paper firstly intends to solve the issue, whether the National Ethics could contribute to the youth culture. On the assumption that the cultivation of mental power is indispensable for us to take initiative in the Unification of Korea, the National Ethics should take part in establishing the Youth, subjecthood through the philosophizing. Therefore, this paper investigates the philosophy of life, the theory of Value and the philosophy of action in expectation of solving the problems of National Ethics more desirably. In the result, 「Menschwerden」,「Wertschoepfer」and the autonomous morality are brought into relief, for they are required to establishing the subjecthood.

This paper intends to investigate 「the Thesis of the Socialistic Education」which has surely exercised an important effect on the North Korean education since Sept. 1977. The Thesis was analyzed if it has the conceptual clarity of the terms and the logical consistency of the statements. The outcome of this paper reveals the following points: (1) some statements in the Thesis are no more than the tautologies, while they have been stated in the logical inference, (2) the education of the North Korea in theory and practice has been under the control of the Communists' Party and Kim Il Sung, (3) the contents of the political education are multiformly expressed, but they are convergent on the faithfulness to the party in the end, (4) the Thesis will continue its role as a means of political education for the time being.

The key notes on 〈the relation of 'is' and 'ought' in the usages of the ethical terms〉 was already introduced in my essay, 〈the relation of 'is' and 'ought'(1)〉(1998). This study starts from the question about the possible approaches to the thesis, when "the ethical terms" is added to. Some of ethical writers appreciate that 'is' and 'ought' are separated each other, and insist the tautological argument, that 'is' is 'is', while 'ought' is 'ought'; others (Searle and Hare) think that 'ought' can be derived from 'is'. This essay stressed the performative meaning of the ethical terms by the aid of the Austin's pragmatics and through the application of the internalitic approach, and introduced the hypothetical performing processes of the ethical utterances in details.

일상생활 및 제반 활동을 유지시키는 중요한 사회 기반 시설은 상수도이다. 본 논문에서는 상수도 관리의 기본이 되는 유량의 계측과 분배, 관리를 위한 상수도 유수율 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 상수도 유수율 관리 시스템의 개발은 상수도 시설의 유지관리와 상수도 시스템의 효과적인 운영을 위한 데이터를 체계적으로 관리하여 양질의 수량 공급과 합리적인 용수 수요량의 예측 및 누수 방지를 위한 상수도 기반 시설의 설계 방향을 제시할 것으로 판단된다.
