H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>-HI-H<sub>2</sub>O-I<sub>2</sub>계의 2 액상 분리특성에 관한 연구(I)

Iodine-sulfur 사이클의 연속 공정 운전을 위해서는 분젠반응에서 생성되어진 황산과 요오드화수소의 분리와 일정한 조성을 유지시키는 기술이 필요하다. 그러나 황산과 요오드화수소는 황과 황화수소를 생성시키는 부반응이 일어나므로 부반응을 억제하며 두 개의 산을 분리시키는 기술이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 부반응이 최소화되는 조건에서 2 액상 분리에 관한 물의 영향에 관하여 조사하였다. 물 몰분율이 0.86에서 0.91까지 범위에서 2 액상 분리가 일어나고 물의 증가에 따라 황화수소의 생성이 억제되었으나 물아 몰분율이 0.92 이상에서 2 액상 분리 현상은 관찰되지 않았다. The two important problems to solve before the industrialization of the iodine-sulfur (IS) process are (i) methods to separate $H_2SO_4$ and HI and (ii) to maintain constant components. However undesired reaction was occurred and $H_2S$ and S were formed during the Bunsen reaction. It is necessary to forbid the undesired reaction between $H_2SO_4$ and HI by separating the two acids into two different layers. The experimental conditions for the present study was chosen in such a way that to achieve the separation between the two acids and minimize the side reaction. $H_2S$ formation was reduced and the separations of the two liquids were occurred at $H_2O$ molar fraction from 0.86 to 0.909. But the separations between the two liquids were not occurred at $H_2O$ molar fraction more than 0.92.

In this study, maldistribution of flow in plate heat exchangers was modeled as a differential equation and its effects on pressure drop was calculated. A numerical analysis algorithm was developed to solve the equation. The predicted results were compared with experimental data and the deviation of calculated pressure drop was within 5.3% from measured data. From the numerical study, it could be concluded that maldistribution to channels in plate heat exchangers at headers became more severe with the increase of plate numbers and this maldistribution gave noticeable influence to the total pressure drop.

Objectives; To manage patients with low back pain, multi-modal approach, including physical therapy is necessary. To achieve generalization of this concept of therapy on military, we started the low back pain school program focused on physical therapy. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the low back pain school program on military personnel. Methods; Patients of low back pain in outpatent of neurosurgery at Il-dong armed force hospital during 2015 12 ~ 2016 04 was included in the study. Physical therapy of the low back pain school program is progressed as 4 weeks of schedule. Data were obtained by survey of VAS(Visual analogue scale) & ODI(Oswestry Disability Index) at 3 different times (at admission day, discharge, and 1 month after discharge) Results; All 22 patients were male in his twenties (median age : 22, range : 21-29). As answer to survey at admission day, median score of VAS-LBP was 1 (range,1-5) and VAS-RP was 1 (range,0-5) and ODI was 29% (range, 12-49%). At comparison of three group of VAS-LBP, VAS-RP, and ODI, there is statistical significant difference from admission day to discharge and 1 month after discharge. (p-value: <0.001, 0.022, and 0.022 respectively) At comparison of two group of VAS-LBP & ODI, there is statistical significance between discharge and 1 month after discharge. (p-value: 0.001, and 0.001 respectively) Conclusions; The low back pain school program of 4 weeks programme to military personnel is effective. It is desirable to apply division medical corps as well as military hospital.
