본 연구는 현대인의 정보전달과 공유에 있어서 그 영향력이 대단히 큰 인터넷상의 '유아체육' 에 대한 검색결과를 조사·분석하여 나타난 문제점을 도출하고 향후 '유아체육'에 대한 보다 신속하고 정확한 정보검색의 방향을 논의하고 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적에 따라 국내 5대 검색 엔진의 사이트를 대상으로 하였으며, 최상위 카테고리(Category)에서 최하위 카테고리(Category)까지 조사하되, 최상위의 카테고리(Category) 또는 디렉토리를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. '유아체육' 카테고리(Category) 형성의 미흡으로 정보검색 방향이 난해함. 2. 제2수준에서의 카테고리(Category) 형성 분류의 명확성이 결여됨. 3. 사이트 등록에 있어서의 '유아체육'에 대한 학문적 인식이 부족함. 상기와 같은 결과를 통해서 볼 때 '유아체육'검색 카테고리(Category) 형성의 방향성을 제시하자면, 첫째는 '유아체육' 웹사이트 제작자가 인터넷 검색 기능의 효율성을 제대로 인식해야 되겠으며, 둘째로는 검색 카테고리(Category) 분류에 있어서의 신중성과 세분화를 고려해야한다고 본다. 셋째는 '유아체육'웹사이트 개발자의 검색 등록시 유아체육 비 관련자에게의 위탁을 지양해야 한다는 것이고, 넷째는 '유아체육'의 학문적 위상 정립을 위한 끊임없는 연구 활동이 계속되어야 할 것이다. Internet have a effect on information-sharing and transmission of the modems. This research aims at deduction of a point at issue on checking and analyzing retrieval and then presenting more quick, exact information-retrieval about the infant physics of the future. According to the purpose of the research, five best search engines of domestic here in Korea are selected, from the investigated highest category to the investigated lowest, we draw the following conclusion of the best category or directory. 1. Because the form of infant physics category is insufficient, we have the difficulty in finding the direction of information search. 2. The clarity of category forming classification lacks from 2nd level. 3. There to be to site registration, the study recognition about an infant physics is insufficient. Through the above conclusion we can suggest the direction of infant physics search category from like that. First the infant physics web site manufacturer can recognize the efficiency of internet search function. Second they may consider the foresight and in search category classification departmentalization. Third when we register the manufacturer's infant physics. Web site, we should stop the consign to the non-relatived persons in infant physics. Forth we should continuously study to put the position of the infant physics highly.

Following the 3.1 Independence Movement, fervent hope and discourse for social change were sweeping across colonial Chosun of the 1920s. In July 1920, the most influential newspaper of the time, DongA Ilbo began to run a reader's column titled 〈Jayujong/Bell of Freedom/자유종〉, which became the place that demonstrated how newspapers readers, the consumers of ideologies, thought and got involved with social issues. 〈Jayujong〉) often found itself in midst of heated debates among readers, and such debates clearly manifested the educated public's perceptions and attitudes toward social issues of the time. Perceptions toward newly-imported thoughts such as "individuality" and "personality" particularly dominated the debate scene. Opinions on freedom of love and divorce, especially, were pitted against each other. However, the era's conception of individuality or personality were being adopted and consumed in an inconsistent manner. While personality and identity were being perceived as the latest ideological weapon attacking traditional family relationship, Korea's intellectuals were blatantly meddling in most private matters of people in the name of public interest. This paradoxical attitude was made possible by consciousness of crisis according to the theory of social evolution. When a crisis found a nation on the verge of being extinct, there proliferated an ideology to rapidly evolve the society in order to survive as well as desire to quickly catch up with Japan and the West that successfully modernized their societies. The contradicting attitude of valuing individuality and personality but prohibiting personal boundary was born to such crisis and desire. In addition, the flood of letters submitted to 〈Jayujong/자유종〉 shed light on the fact that the ideological environment of the 1920s were far more completed and volatile than were previously thought. Socialism and nationalism were beginning to take its root and boundaries that separated different ideologies were blurred and intersecting. That fueled the heated debates and sums up the ideology of the 1920s.

This paper presents the dynamic characteristic analysis of Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM) according to variable load. In order to analyze dynamic characteristics, finite element method(FEM) was used for calculation of the parameter and the Matlab simulink was used for dynamic characteristic simulation. The measuring system of the dynamic characteristics was manufactured and the experiment results were compared with the simulation results.

During the last decade the dairy industry in Korea has been greatly grown up in light of the number of dairy cattle and dairy farms. As the number of dairy cattle and dairy farms are increasing, one of the most important problems to which a dairy farm operator faces is the problem of handing the increased amount of manure. This study was intended to investigate the present situation and problem of livestock wastle management systems of large scale dairy farms. Field survey by means of qustionare, direct measurements, taking pictures and sketching was conducted to obtain the necessary in formation for the study. Kyung-Ki Do region was firstly chosen for sampling area since it has included more than half of the number of dairy farms of the whole country. The results obtained in this study are summarised as follows. 1. Alomost every dairy farm has the barn cleaning system of hydraulic type. The systems, however, are not efficiently operated because of the ill-designed manure gutters and the lack of liquid manure storage. 2. No dairy farm has the system for the waste-treatment process. There are only four dairy farms which have the liquid manure storage or the semi-liquid manure storage, and three dairy farms which have solid manure storage. The liquid and semi liquid manure storage have storage capacity of less than one month of detention time which is far from the normal duration of least three months or six months. 3. The average rate of manure application to the land is in the range of 100to 400 tons/ha,which is not too high in comparison with the rate odtained from the foregin countries. 4. In general, the manure treatment and storage portions are ignored in the waste management system. 5. The following two types of waste management systems might be recommended for Korean dairy farms. For the hydraulic cleaning system. Especially the values of compressive strength, tensile strength are recorded as the lowest level.

This paper describes the novel control techniques design of VSC(Voltage Sag Corrector) for the purpose of power line quality enhancement. A fast detecting technique of voltage sag is implemented through the detection of instantaneous value on synchronous rotating dq-reference frame. The first order digital filter is added in the detection algorithm to protect the insensitive characteristics against the noise. The relationship between the total detection time and cut-off frequency of the filter is described. The size of the capacitor bank used as the energy storage element is designed from the point of view of input/output energy with circuit analysis. Finally, the validity of the proposed scheme is proven through the simulated results.

국내외 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)에 대한 관심과 요구가 높아지고 있는 가운데, 아직까지 개념적 관점의 역사적인 고찰과 시기별 기업차원 전략에 대한 연구가 매우 드물다. 본 논문은 탐색적 연구방법을 통해 주요 경영학 저널에 대한 문헌연구를 통해 기업의 사회적 책임에 대한 역사적 고찰과 기업전략의 특성에 대해 조사하였다. 이에 따라 기업이 CSR을 반영하기위해 주요 핵심요인과 이에 기초한 기업단위 실행전략을 제시하였다. 첫째, 비용 및 리스크 감소 전략, 둘째, 기회확보 및 레버리징 기회를 통한 경쟁우위, 셋째, 명성 및 브랜드 가치확보, 넷째, 시너지적 가치창출 전략 등이다. 이를 통해 계속기업으로의 기업전략을 재검토하고, 점차 강화되고 있는 CSR에 대한 다양한 요구에 대해 나아갈 방향을 제시하였다. The notion of corporate social responsibility (CSR) becomes increasingly popular internationally, but there are few studies which investigated historical development of CSR at corporate level strategy. Based on an exploratory research approach, this paper studied the historical perspectives of CSR and the relevant corporate strategies. The analysis suggests that CSR cannot be separated from corporate strategy. Thus, firms have several factors to consider with respect to choosing appropriate CSR strategies. With the descriptive findings, this study addresses four CSR strategies for industries. These include cost and risk minimization strategy; gaining competitive advantage by developing business opportunity and leveraging opportunity; reputation and brand value strategy; and synergistic value creation strategy.
