        연료 고온물성을 고려한 초음속 연소기 재생냉각 유로 설계

        A design study on the cooling channel configuration in a regeneratively cooled supersonic combustor was performed. The flow parameters on the hot- and cold-side channels were calculated using a quasi-one-dimensional model. The heat transfer between these two sides was estimated as a part of the flow calculation. For the reference configuration, the total amount of heat exchanged was 10.7 kW, the heat flux was 566 kW/m2, and the fuel temperature increase between the inlet and outlet was 153 K. Seven designs of the heat exchanger channel were compared for their heat transfer performance. 초음속 연소기에 대해 연료에 의한 연소기 재생 냉각을 가정하여 재생 냉각 유로 형상 설계를 수행하였다. 준일차원 모델을 사용하여 고온 측 및 저온 측 유동 계산을 수행하였으며 이 과정에서 양쪽사이의 열전달을 계산하였다. 기준 형상에서 총 열교환량은 10.7 kW, 열유속은 566 kW/m2, 열교환기입출구에서의 연료 온도 변화는 153 K으로 계산되었다. 7개의 열교환기 유로 형상에 대하여 열전달 성능을 비교하였다.

      • 가스 터빈 엔진 추력 측정의 불확도 평가 방법 개선

        이 연구에서는 현재 운용 중인 엔진고공환경시험설비에서 가스 터빈 엔진의 추력을 측정하는 데 있어서 기존에 수립된 측정 절차와 측정 불확도 평가 절차를 재검토하였다. 또한 기존의 절차에는 포함되지 않은 추가적인 측정 불확도 요인을 도출하였다. 추가로 도출된 측정 불확도 요인 중 일부는 정량화를 완료하였으며 일부는 현재 정량화 계획 중에 있다. 정량화된 측정 불확도 요인은 기존의 측정 절차와 불확도 평가 절차에 반영하였고, 나머지는 향후 반영 예정에 있다. 이를 통해 추력 측정의 신뢰도를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. An altitude engine test facility is currently being operated to measure the thrust of gas turbine engines. In this study, the procedure of this thrust measurement and its uncertainty assessment, which is already established in previous studies, is reviewed. Also, additional factors of measurement uncertainty, not included in the existing procedure are itemized. Some of these factors are quantified and included in the existing measurement procedure and uncertainty assessment procedure, some are planned to be. It is expected that the reliability of thrust measurement will be more improved through this study.

        Korean Learners’ Production of English Sentence Stress:A Syntagmatic Observation

        The present study examined Korean learners’ production of English sentence stress which has been known to affect native listeners’ comprehension. The investigation was conducted syntagmatically in terms of acoustic cues (vowel duration, pitch (f0), and intensity) used for 8 accented words. Comparisons were made between two focus types (broad vs. narrow) and two word types (content vs. function). A total of 39 participants were divided into three groups based on their length of residence in an English speaking country: Long Residence, Experienced, and Inexperienced Group. The results showed that, first, the narrow focus was more easily learned than broad focus. Second, the accentuation in broad focus was especially problematic when it occurred on function words. Third, some Korean learners marked the accented words by varying f0 cues with ease. In EFL context, more consideration of English sentence stress is needed in the instruction of English pronunciation for the learners to be better understood in the communicative context. Furthermore, it should be considered important that Korean learners be taught not to reduce function words and not to rely on the f0 cues too heavily when accentuation is needed in the given context.

        Fracture Toughness of CFRP Laminated Plates According to Resin Content

        CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced plastic) has recently found wide use in different industries. The material, however,is very prone to damage from collision with foreign objects. This study aims at finding Ĵ-integral in mode Ⅱ for CFRP laminated plates based on classical bar theory for dynamic conditions in consideration of inertia forces and eventually to finding dynamic inter-layer fracture toughness. Dynamic inter-layer fracture toughness was observed using an in-house ENF (End Notched Flexure) experimental facility using Split Hopkinson’s Bar (SHPB). Also the variation of the fracture toughness depending on different resin contents and fiber arrangement in the CFRP specimen ([0°3/90°3/0°6/90°3/0°3], [0°20], [0°5/90°10/0°5]) was observed. It was established that under both quasi-static and dynamic load conditions, the critical load and the inter-layer fracture toughness increased sharply following the extension of the resin content. Thus, it may be concluded that the resin content is the major factor determining the inter-layer fracture toughness in the CFRP laminated plate.

      • 고온분위기하에서 탄소섬유강화 복합재적층판의 충격손상과 잔류굽힘강도

        In this paper, the effects of temperature change on the impact of CFRP laminates was experimentally studied. Composite laminates used for this experiment are CFRP orthotropic laminated plates, which have two-interfaces$[0_6^{\circ}/90_7^{\circ}]_s$ and four-interfaces$[0_3^{\circ}/90_6^{\circ}/0_3^{\circ}]_s$. The interrelations between the impact energy vs. delamination area, the impact energy vs. residual bending strength, and the interlayer delamination area vs. the decrease of the residual flexural strength of carbon fiber epoxy composite laminates subjected to FOD(Foreign Object Damage) under high temperatures were experimentally observed.

      • 集中荷重作用点에서의 有限 平板의 應力解析

        In the stress analysis of plate, Classical plate theories are generally used. But, in applying these theories the stresses undereath the concentrated load point cannot be analyzed because the solution of stress fails to converge. In this paper, therefore, an attempt is made to analyze the stresses directly underneath the concentrated load point for a supported square plate by using the three-dimensional theory of elasticity and the potential theory of displacement on the supposition that uniformly distributed load acts on the central part of it. In order to clarify the validity of the theoretical analysis, experim-ents for strain are carried out with a square plate. It is shown that these theoretical results are in close agreement with experimental results. Specially, this analysis is in a good agreement with actual phenomenon in case of the thick plate.

      • 연료전지 무인기의 에너지 저장 장치 최적화

        연료전지 및 이차전지, 태양전지를 탑재하고 4.5시간 동안 비행하는 무인기에 대하여 에너지 저장 장치인 연료전지 및 이차전지의 중량을 최적화하기 위한 계산을 수행하였다. 주어진 탑재물 중량에 대하여 비행체의 크기 및 중량, 비행에 필요한 에너지 및 동력을 계산하는 모델을 작성하였다. 이를 이용하여 전체 비행체 중량을 최소화하는 연료전지 대 이차전지의 중량비를 구하였다. 탑재물 중량 1 kg 및 기타 입력값을 가정하고 계산한 결과 연료전지와 이차전지의 중량비가 6.3:1일 때 전체 비행체의 중량이 15.5 kg으로 최소가 되었다. Weights of energy storage devices are optimized for a UAV carrying a fuel cell, a secondary battery and a solar cell, and using the first two as its energy storage. For a given weight of payload and flight endurance, UAV size and weight, and its required energy and power are calculated using a simulation model. The weight ratio of the fuel cell and battery is optimized using this model to minimize the total weight of the UAV. Given the payload weight of 1 kg and other input parameters assumed, the total weight is minimized as 15.5 kg when the weight ratio of the fuel cell and battery is 6.3:1.
