금융권 개인정보 활용 실태와 개인정보보호법 시행에 따른 IT컴플라이언스 준수방안 연구

국내 시중에는 약 304개 금융회사가 금융 및 보험 상품 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 최근 금융감독원에서는 국내 304개 금융회사(생·손보 39개사)를 대상으로 한 개인정보수집·이용제공 동의서 운영실태 점검 결과 총 49개 금융회사에서 문제점이 발견되었다. 2012. 2. 17일 개정된 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한법률에서는 본인인증확인기관, 법령에서 별도로 수집·이용하는 경우와 방송통신위원회가 고시하는 경우 이외에는 주민등록번호의 사용을 제한하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 개정된 정보보호 관련 법률 관점에서 현 금융회사의 개인정보 활용 및 그에 따른 보안 실태를 연구하고 관련 결과에 따른 법적 IT컴플라이언스를 준수할 수 있는 개인정보 치환 및 관리 방법론 등 관련 법률과 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)을 만족시킬 수 있는 방안을 제언하고자 한다.
P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub>-SnO<sub>2</sub>계 유리에서 용융분위기에 따른 구조와 물성에 미치는 영향

In this study, tin phosphate glass system($SnO_2-(1-x)P_2O_5-xB_2O_3$) that occur during the melting of the metal oxide inhibition of the oxidation reaction, and to reduce oxides of high melting temperature in the following three methods were melting. The first is the general way in the atmosphere, and the second by injecting $N_2$ gas under a neutral atmosphere, and finally in the air were melted by the addition of a reducing agent Melt in the atmosphere when the oxidation of the metal oxide is inhibited by low temperatures were melting. In addition, the deposition of crystals within glassy or inhibit devitrification phenomenon is also improved over 80% transmittance. This phenomenon, when the melting of glass, many of $Sn^{4+}$ ions are reduced to the $Sn^{2+}$ was forming oxides SnO, because it acts as a modifier oxide.
자유형 수영선수들의 플립턴 동작의 운동학적 교수 변인 분석

본 연구의 목적은 수중 비디오카메라를 이용하여 자유형 플립 턴 동작 기술을 2차원 DLT방식을 활용하여 우수집단과 비우수집단간 자유형 턴 동작기술의 운동학적 변인들을 비교·분석함으로써 경기력 향상을 위해 턴 기술의 기초자료를 획득하고 특성을 규명하기 위해서 남자 자유형 단거리 선수로서 우수선수 3명, 비우수선수 3명 총 6명을 대상으로 자유형 플립턴 동작을 비교·분석하였다. 국면별 동작수행시간에서는 우수집단이 비우수집단 보다 모든 국면과 총 동작수행시간에서 빠르다고 나타났다. 신체중심의 수평변위에서는 우수집단이 비우수집단 보다 모든 국면에서 길게 나타났다. 신체중심의 수평속도에서는 우수집단이 비우수집단 보다 E1, E2, E3, E5에서 빠르게 나타났고, E4에서는 비우수집단이 빠르게 나타났다. 하지의 각도변화에서는 발목각도와 엉덩이 각도에서 우수집단이 비우수집단보다 크게 나타나는 경향을 보였다. This research is intended to identify the kinematical variations including movement elapse time, displacement of horizontal, velocity of horizontal, and angle of joint of each phase accompanied by male university swimmers` flip turn motions(excellent players group VS non excellent players group) by analyzing and comparing the results of the both groups, using 2DLT-dimensional cinematography and comes to the following outcomes. First, the result showed that on every phase of movement elapse time and the total amount of time, the excellent players group is faster than the non-excellent players group. Second, at the displacement of horizontal center of gravity, the excellent players group showed the longer superior to the non-excellent players group in every phase. Third, at the velocity of horizontal center of gravity, there was no statistical remarkable difference between the two groups. Fourth, the excellent players group showed the higher angle of ankles
適正 確率降雨度式 算定에 關한 考察 : 晋州地方을 中心으로 On Jinju Area

This study was carried out to find most suitable formulaas for prabable rainfall intensities to the return periods in regard to it with analysis for charateristics of shortterm (30.60.120.180.360 minutes) rainfall intensities according to the return periods at JinJu district. Above mentioned formulas induced by study can he contributed to the calculation of runoff meaeurenents for urban sewerage system and a small drainage basin. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. Standard diviation of Japenese type came out as the most small value for 1.41∼1.97 among the probable rainfall intensity formulas. 2. Standard diviation by the precision method were less than that by the specific coefficient method. 3. The most suitable probable rainfall intensity fomulas for the return periods at JinJu district, It is as table 4.

In this study, I studied in order to know the precipitation surrounding Chinju area in a given time, the results obtained in this study are as follows: ① As the materials, I quoted from the paper of automatic raingage in Yungnam Land Construction Bureau of Nam River Dam. ② I select the precipitation in 24 hours, above 80㎜. ③ I gained the following formula, after I had studied the statistic analysis. i. e. γ_T=R_24/24(4.708/√R-0.0036) ④ I doubt whether this poor formula would be useful or not, because the period of observation is too short. Since 1997, the Korean Government has increasingly introduced CM(Construction Management) system which is a new project delivery system, with the opening of the construction market. In case of Korea, not only the applicable criterion of CM but also definition of that has not still established. This study aims to minimize trial and error that may occurre when CM is applied to the domestic construction by examining the background and progress of the American CM system. 대수응력모형과 레이놀즈응력모형에 의한 표층밀도류장의 연구

The programs of two models(Reynolds Stress Model and Algebraic Stress Model) were developed and the distribution of mean velocity and buoyancy by RSM and ASM were computed to compare with experimental data in two-dimensional buoyant surface jet. The results of numerical analysis are derived : 1. RSM and ASM yield satisfactory prediction of distribution of mean velocity and buoyancy without regard to densimetric Froude number F_do in momentum domain region and transition region. 2. But, the computed results of distribution of mean velocity and buoyancy by two models are not in agreement with the experimental data correctly without regard to densimetric Froude number F_do in buoyancy domain region.
