        2023 주니어 기계체조 선수들의 평행봉 연기내용 분석

        이 연구는 미래의 국가대표로 발돋움할 수 있는 주니어 대표선수들의 남자체조 평행봉 종목의 경기력을 향상시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공할 목적으로 EG, D­score, E­score, 난도 분석을 진행하였다. 첫째, D난도를 기반으로 하는 E난도의 수행이 필요할 것이라생각되고, D­score가 낮으면 상위권으로 올라서지 못할 것으로 생각되며, 시니어에서는 고난도를 습득하려는 노력이 필요할 것으로판단된다. 둘째, EGⅠ은 상위기술로 변형이 가능한 기술들로 기초를 만들고, 특히, Diamidov는 EGⅡ, EGⅢ의 고난도 기술에서도 신체의 회전이 동일하게 나타나기 때문에 선수들이 습득해야 할 기초 기술이라고 판단된다. 셋째, EGⅡ는 주니어부터 상위 난도로 발전시킬 수 있는 기술을 설정하여 연습해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 넷째, EGⅢ는 C난도 Giant swing bwd. to hdst가 기초동작으로 Giant swg. bwd with Diamidov to hdst를 수행해야 할 것으로 사료되며, D­score를 향상시킬 수 있는 기술이라는 것을 인식시킬 필요가 있다고생각된다. 또한, D난도의 Tippelt, E난도 Bhavsar는 수행 동작이 동일하다. 꾸준한 연습으로 E난도까지 수행 가능한 기술이라고 판단된다. 다섯째, 평행봉 종목의 마지막 동작인 EGⅣ에서 D난도 이상의 정확하고 완벽한 기술이 필요하다고 생각되고, 선수들이 가장 선호하는 내리기 동작인 D난도의 Double salto bwd. p를 완벽하게 착지할 수 있도록 연습하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 사료된다. 내리기동작에서는 고난도의 수행으로 0.1점의 상승보다는 완벽한 착지가 더 좋을 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to provide a basis for improving the performance of junior national team athletes on the parallel bars in men's gymnastics. First, it is believed that it is necessary to perform E difficulty based on D difficulty, If you have a low D­score, you will not be able to move up to the top, and it is judged that you need to make an effort to acquire a high level of difficulty in senior. Second, EGⅠ creates a foundation with skills that can be transformed into higher-level skills, and Diamidov, in particular, believes that it is a basic skill that athletes should acquire because the rotation of the body is the same even in the more difficult skills of EGⅡ and EGⅢ. Third, EGⅡ should be practiced by setting up techniques that can be developed to higher levels of difficulty from juniors. Fourth, for EGⅢ, it is considered that Giant swing bwd. to hdst of C difficulty should be performed with Giant swg. bwd with Diamidov to hdst as a basic move, and it is necessary to recognize that it is a skill that can improve Dscore. Also, Tippelt at D difficulty and Bhavsar at E difficulty are the same movements. It is a skill that can be performed up to E level with consistent practice. Fifth, the last move of the parallel bars event, EG IV, requires a precise and perfect technique of at least D level, and it is recommended that athletes practice to land the most favorite downward move, Double salto bwd. p, perfectly. It is thought that a perfect landing would be better than a 0.1 point increase due to difficulty in the downward movement.

        부모의 그릿이 자녀의 그릿에 미치는 영향 -자율성지지와 강요에 의한 다중매개효과-

        본 연구의 목적은 부모의 그릿이 자녀의 그릿에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 두 변인 간의 관계에서 부모의 자율성지지와 강요의 다중매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원에서 제공하는 한국아동⋅청소년패널조사(KCYPS)의 중학교 1학년과 부모의 1차년도(2018) 총 2,400쌍의 자료를 활용하였다. 주요변인의 측정도구는 한국아동⋅청소년패널조사(KCYPS)에서 부모와 자녀를 대상으로 그릿을 조사한 8문항, 자녀의 관점에서 조사를 실시한 부모의 자율성지지, 부모의 강요 각각 4문항으로 이루어져 있다. 주요 분석방법은 Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS macro와 부트스트래핑 기법을 활용하여 간접효과를 검증하였다. 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 그릿은 자녀의 그릿에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 그릿과 자녀의 그릿 간의 관계에서 부모의 자율성지지와 강요의 간접효과를 확인해본 결과, 자율성지지의 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 그릿의 세대 간 전이가 이루어지는 메커니즘을 밝히고 초기 청소년기의 그릿 향상을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to find out about the effects of parents’ grit on child’s grit and to verify the double mediating effects of parental autonomy support and coercion. For this purpose, the Korea Child and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) provided by the National Youth Policy Institute (NYPI) used pairs of data of 2,400 first-year middle school students and their parents in 2018. The measurement tools for major variables consist of eight questions surveyed on grit by parents and children in the Korea Children’s and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS), four questions each for parental autonomy support and coercion conducted from the perspective of children. The main analysis method was to verify the indirect effects by utilizing the PROCESS macro and bootstrapping of Hayes(2013). The main results are as follows: First, parents’ grit had a positive effects on their children’s grit. Second, the indirect effects of parental autonomy support and coercion in the relationship between parents’ grit and children’s grit were confirmed to have a mediating effects of autonomy support. Based on these results, the mechanism for the generation transfer of grit is revealed and the implications for the improvement of grit in early adolescence are presented.

        기계체조 안마 Wu Guonian 동작의 운동학적 분석

        이 연구는 Wu Guonian 기술을 수행 할 수 있는 국가대표선수 5명을 선정하였으며, 과학적 정보를 기반으로 운동학적 분석을 통해서 기술을 분석하여 문제점을 찾고 제시하여 선수와 지도자에게 정보를 제시하여 기술의 완성도를 향상시키고 효율적이고 안정된 동작을 수행할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 동작분석의 자료처리는 Kwon3D XP프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론은 얻었다. 첫째, 일정한 회전관성과 함께 안마와 신체가 접촉되지 않도록 수행해야하며, 소요시간의 적절한 배분이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 둘째, 중심이동을 원활하게 수행하고 회전반경을 크게 유지하기 위한 속도 조절이 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 오른손을 이동 할 때는 동체를 멀리 움직이며 중심 속도의 감속이 필요할 것으로 사료되고, 왼손을 이동할 때는 신체의 회전을 위해 속도를 증가시켜야 할 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 주관절과 견관절은 신체의 회전을 안정시키기 위한 신전과 굴곡의 움직임을 수행해야 할 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 대상자별 움직임을 제어하는 방법이 다른 것으로 판단되며, 이로 인해 대상자간 고관절의 굴신이 다소 다를 수 있다고 사료된다. Wu Guonian 동작은 원운동으로 빠르고 크게 이동하면서 불안정한 신체의 균형을 유지하고 복구하기 위한 움직임이 필요할 것으로 판단되고, 신체중심의 안정화가 필요하며, 이는 좌․우 움직임이 최소화일 때 최대 안정화가 될 것이라 사료된다. This study selected five national team athletes who can perform Wu Guonian skill, and it is designed to find and present problems by analyzing them based on scientific information and to present information to athletes and leaders so that they can improve the perfection of the skill and perform efficient and stable operations. Data processing of motion analysis was analyzed using the Kwon3D XP program and the following conclusions were obtained. First, it shall be carried out to prevent contact between the saddle and the body with constant rotational inertia, and it is believed that proper allocation of the time required will be required. Second, it is thought that speed control will be necessary to carry out central movement smoothly and maintain a large turning radius. It is believed that movement of the right hand requires a long movement of the fuselage and a deceleration of the center speed, while moving the left hand requires an increase in speed to rotate the body. Third, it is believed that the elbow joint and the shoulder joint must carry out the extension and flexion movements to stabilize the rotation of the body. In addition, It is judgment that there is a different way to control the movement of each subject. As a result, it is believed that the flexion of the hip joint between the subjects may differ somewhat. The Wu Guonian movement is thought to require movement to maintain and restore balance of unstable body while moving rapidly and loudly by the original movement. need to stabilize body's core, It is believed that this will be the most stable when left and right movements are minimized.

        채점규칙 변경에 따른 기계체조 세계선수권대회 링 연기구성의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to analyze participants 32 players from 8 team Final, 4 Korean players ranked 9th, and a total of 36 players to the revised scoring rules. First, in Group I, C-difficulty swing fwd. with straight arms. to hdst.(2s) and Uprise bwd. or giant swing with straight arms.(2s) suitable for the requirements, and D-difficulty Jonason and C-difficulty Yamawaki should be performed. Second, Group II thought that either D-difficulty nakayama or Azarian, which can be usefully postponed even in the 2022 rules, should be performed. As the swallow form of roll bwd. swallow with str. arm and body to slow(2s) is lowered to E-difficulty and determined to have the same difficulty as From cross. press to swallow(2s), the selection of D-difficulty Hirondelle and technology is important. Third, Group III It is believed that players and coch will have to decide what skills to perform. but Players are thought to need to acquire technologies such as Uprise bwd. to inverted cross (2s), where technologies in the form of inverted cross have been determined to be upgraded from D to E difficulty. Fourth, Group IV it is double salto bwd. t. with 2/1t. thought that performing a perfect landing rather than a performance may produce better results. Fifth, Team Score can be said to be essential for even difficulty and stable performance of players participating in the game, and it is believed that not only high-level skills but also skills should be improved.

        기계체조 안마 LI NING 동작의 운동학적 분석

        This study was to Securing the time required for stable performance while properly distributing the time by section appeared as a characteristic of handstand motion to ensure stability in order to switch to the next movement. it was also shown that it would be easier to position the body close to the hand and, due to the nature of the hand"s alternating pommer horse, to control the speed of holding the handle with both hands. Lastly, we should create body position rase and stabilization with practice to change the by using swing. it turned out that in order to perform the handstand without a stop, the hip`s, needed to be the maximum. Li ning is a technique that can be recognized only when standing on the handstand without stopping, and handstand posture will minamize back and forth shaking and stabilize the body, it is not a good move since it can cause a mistake, be judged as a demerit, and can also cause a failure of a skill in severe cases.

        안마 선회동작의 종류에 따른 비교분석

        The purpose of this study was to kinematic comparative analysis on circle type in pommel horse. Five elite gymnastics players were participated in this study for the comparison. The kinematic data were collected for each circle motion. Conclusion is as following. Tail circle the handle to avoid conflicts with the hip flexion and abduction of the was larger. Rotates circle away was to keep the extension of hip. Strengthen the force of circle the shoulder of action was to do great extension. rear circle to the heel turn, and far and wide extension was larger. tail circle and the rear hip flexion is expected to perform slowly. rear circle to the bend of the hips upward foot by doing one was faster.

        안마 물구나무서서 내리기 동작의 생체역학적 비교분석

        This study researched 4 people in national teams and 4 university players about analyzing handstand Dismount of the V group affiliation which they should perform during pommel horse and we get biomechanical variances which can utilized as a data for systematic training thorough motion and eletromyography analysis. Taken together the results of this study, we can find that starting from low center of gravity position, moving up consistently, making rotate and raise at the same time, and minimizing the body movement of right in stable condition is more efficient. And performing minimal movements in action for moving up using rotational inertia was more expeditious. In addition, securing the body center-of-gravity by putting their hands quickly laying on the shoulder in a straight line, fixing the upper limb in performing small curve of the hip, and raising the lower limb to form a vertical axis seems more efficient for a change of body direction. Making raise from the left hip joint by performing the extension of left shoulder joint quickly is thought to be advantageous for raising the center of gravity. the knee joint need to be changed in action because it show various curves at specific point of time. Finally, using muscles of left and right equally is more desirable.

        테니스 포핸드 스트로크 시 그립 형태에 따른 하지관절 움직임 및 상지근의 변화 차이 분석

        이 연구는 남자 테니스 동호인 5명을 대상으로 포핸드 스트로크 시 세미웨스턴 그립과 웨스턴 그립의 하지 움직임을확인하고 상지의 근활성도를 파악한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 전체 구간별 소요시간은 유의한 차이가나타나지 않았으나 세미웨스턴 그립이 P1, 웨스턴 그립이 P2에서 평균적으로 빠른 소요시간을 나타냈다. 둘째, 신체중심 전후, 좌우, 상하 위치변화 변화에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나 임팩트 순간 좌우 폭의 변화를 줄여회전력을 크게하고 전방의 이동으로 체중이동 원활하게 하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 하지 관절각도에서 좌측 고관절 E1에서 세미웨스턴 그립과 웨스턴 그립은 통계적으로 유의한 차이로 세미 웨스턴 그립의 좌측 고관절에서 신전이 크게 나타났고(p<.05), 우측 족관절에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 넷째, 근활동에서는 유의한차이가 나타나지 않았으나 하지의 운동에너지를 원활하게 전달하기 위해 광배근과 척추기립근의 동원으로 몸통회전을 일으키고 강한 스윙을 위해 삼각근과 완요골근의 활성을 임팩트까지 효율적으로 하여 볼에 운동량을 전달하는것이 중요한 요인인 것으로 나타났다. The study was to examined the lower extremity movements of the semi-western and western grips during the forehand stroke in five male tennis players and determined the muscle activity of the upper extremities, with the following conclusions. First, the overall duration of each segment did not show significant differences, but the semi-western grip showed faster duration on average at P1 and the western grip at P2. Second, it was found that it is desirable to reduce the change in left-right width at the moment of impact to increase the rotational force and facilitate the weight transfer with anterior movement. Third, the lower extremity joint angles showed a statistically significant difference in the left hip joint E1 (p<.05), and a significant difference in the right ancle joint. Fourth, the mobilization of the spinae muscles to generate trunk rotation for smooth transfer of lower extremity kinetic energy and the activity of the deltoid and hip flexor muscles for a strong swing were found to be important factors in transferring momentum to the ball.

In particular, players might contain technology developed by Asian players in technologies that will be sufficient to perform is considered too technical development of country players.
