Under high temperature and high pressure, cyanogen disinter gration distruction mechanism brought followings results through continuous plug flow reactor system. 1. The temperature was a important reacting factor in cyanogen disintegration. Over $612.8^{\cird}K$ high disintegration rate or 99.99% was shown even under $2000{\;}mg/{\ell}$ cyanogen density. 2. The conditions of cyanogen disintegration was gained through experimenting the supercrietical condition of water in basic. To gain 99.99% disintegration rate under $1000{\;}mg/{\ell}$ early cyanogen density, the pressure showed 52.8 seconds at $523^{\cird}K$ and 84.2 atm and gained $0.56{\;}mg/{\ell}$ operating density. 3. Here is the reaction velocity formula of cyanogen disintegration by hydrolysis: This formula indicates the high possibility of cyanogen disintegration within a short time. And it also implys the potential possibility on treating NBDICOD and the technology in developing the environment cleaning progress as small size automatic controlling equipment.
수도권지역의 노후 배급수관의 Scale 생성원인 및 용출물질 저감방안 연구

This research was conducted for four months between September 1, 2003 and December 31, 2003 for the purpose of determining the cause of scale formation. Effect of rust water due to corrosion and scale on the change of water quality was examined and the tests on elution and corrosion rate as well as the structural examination by an optical microscope were carried out for each material. The results of the examination are summarized below: 1. Scale consisted of components such as calcium carbonate, spathticiron and iron oxides. 2. Elution test for residual chlorine showed decrease of 0.24mg/L in the Ø150mm KP ductile cast iron pipe. 3. Corrosion resistance in the corrosion rate test revealed 33.66-39.85mm/yr (average, 36.51mm/yr) in the KP-Joint of cement mortar lining ductile iron pipe. 4. The fine structural examination of pipes using optical microscope showed spheroidal graphites dispersed evenly in horizontal and vertical surface of the pipe in the cement mortar lining DCIP.

This paper has concentrated on estimating the improvement of sludge dewaterability for the application of ozone in sewage treatment plant sludge. The experiment for the study was conducted by batch reactor, contacting ozone (5.0 g O$_3$/hr/l) to waste sludge and measured the Specific Resistance to Filtrate (SRF) varying pH, pressure and reaction time of ozone. And then checked the dissolved solids concentration of flitrate. The results of experiment were as follows: 1. When the total solids concentration of excess sludge was 9, 000 mg/l, the optimum injection rate of ozone was 5.0 g O$_3$/hr/l, and then pressure was 50 cm Hg for the measuring SRF. 2. In the range of pH 3~5, the effect of ozone injection was excellent, but it was unsatisfactory in the range of pH 9~11. Therefore, the ozone injection by acidifying pH level was effective in improving the dewaterability of sludge. 3. It was estimated that the dissolved solids concentration of flitrate was increased in proportion to the injection rate of ozone.
